Service. Waiting 20 minutes on the street before someone showed up. Breakfast starting only at 9:00 and month old mini muffins for earlier leave. Do not deserve four star rating.

Really hard to find initially and get into. Was a bit further away and a bit pricey for what we got however we also booked very last minute so to be expected!

Great amenities and the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Location was perfect distance from the beach, main strip of shops and the station. Always great to wake up and have a coffee too!

We were greeted by Assunta when we first arrived who was an exceptionally nice person and the breakfast was very good and the cleanliness of the whole suite and friendliness of the house keeper where all amazing and made us feel very welcome. Thank you all.

The location of the breakfast is not in the place itself. You have to go to a nearby cafe and there we only got a cup of coffee, glass of juice and a small pastry. This is not "breakfast". It's coffee and pastry to go... There was a small inconvenience on the morning of the check-out. According to the terms of the booking - the check out time was 11am. There was no staff at the reception (Christmas) but only the cleaner who insisted that the check out time was 10am. We insisted on going to the cafe to have our "breakfast" and only then leaving the room. She gave us an unpleasant feeling that we were holding her back.

Great hotel in Sorrento. Central location and very kind, helpful owner. The room was clean and comfy and we had amazing view from the balcony.
