The apartment is on thee 8th floor of a 10 storey apartment block immediately facing the beach and roughly in the centre of the beach front promenade in Estepona. The apartment is a corner apartment so the huge balcony/terrace wraps around the corner and faces west/south, so we had sunrise in the mornings and late sun in the evening with views down to Gibraltar and the North African coast in the distance. The street below is closed to traffic as it is being pedestrianised at the moment which is a great idea. The lady who met us with the keys recommended parking in the underground car park about 5 mins walk away for which she sent us the Google maps link. This was a great idea and we paid to park there for our entire stay at the little office in car park which worked out much cheaper than the daily rate, €40 for the week. The car park however opens at 08:00 so if you have a early departure from Malaga it could be a problem on the final day of your stay , there is a 24hr car park but it’s a little further away. The apartment is really just as in the pictures on Booking website, and really spacious and lovely and bright inside. It’s location is perfect for walking alone the promenade in the evening to either the old town to the left or the port area to the right, both about 10mins walk, and both are great in the evening with plenty of bars and excellent restaurants. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and little places to get a snack or drink along the promenade and some great beach bars.

Location is great, lovely balcony overlooking sea. Silvia showed us to our apartment and was very helpful. Beach towels provided.

We loved the location and views from the property. The apartment was bright and spacious, a couple of little things need touched up etc but overall in great condition and very clean. The Hamami group hosts Silvia and Vali were exceptional, from meeting us at apartment and showing us how everything worked etc to arranging transportation back to the airport for us. First class job.

Great location and stunning views from the balcony! The apartment is a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the pretty Old Town and the same in the opposite direction to the marina. The apartment is clean and bright with modern decor and comfortable rooms. The air con was really efficient and quiet. Beach towels were provided (one each) Communication with the host company was really good. I would definitely recommend the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here!

There isn't a key to the apartment - you have to download an app (took us 20 minutes upon arrival due to some issue with it) A good old fashioned key would have been so much better especially as my Dad who was with us doesn't have a smart phone so he wasn't able to easily come and go from the apartment throughout the week. Rubbish idea as we still needed a key for the front lobby door. The balcony glass was dirty/dusty. Understandable due to the location but something left to clean it would have been appreciated as it distracted from the view. We washed a few panes which was awkward but so mush better. The kitchen is small if you are a party of 8 and planning to cook. We were 5 and only did the odd breakfast so was fine.

Spacious. Good storage space. We'll equipped kitchen. Great views.

A few facilities missing. E.g. Lack of mirror in bedrooms. No drying cloth in kitchen. Toilet brush in both bathrooms.

excellent location, good clean rooms

Superb location in the centre of Estepona. The apartment is on the 8th floor with a corner terrace giving excellent views of the sea, Gibraltar in the distance and the mountains behind. It is in first class decorative order and had all the facilities we required for our short stay. Juan Antonio was great and there to meet us when we arrived.

Finding free street parking was a little tricky at times. However we managed. There is private parking nearby for a daily rate which might be a 'must' in the summer months when the town will be much busier.

Pretty expensive but you do get a lot.

Great !ocation. Very quiet spacious apartment. Plenty cutlery and crockery if you wanted to self cater. Waking up to the sound of the sea every day and seeing the sunrise and sunset was perfect. Property manager was very helpful.

Very little needed to improve the accommodation, just minor points such as could do with mirrors in the bedrooms and also rubbish bins in the bedrooms.

The apartment was perfect for us. Juan met us at the property and was very friendly and helpful. The terrace area wrapped around the apartment and the view and sounds of the waves were all we needed. The living area was comfortable and cosy. The TV did not have many channels that we wanted but we had our IPad and the wifi was excellent so we were able to watch our programmes on that. There was air con and heating in the living rooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was small but it didn't need to be any bigger for us. It was very well equipped but we went to the many restaurants and coffee shops near by to eat and drink out. The kitchen has a nice coffee machine and there were some pods available to use so I really enjoyed making my coffee every morning while looking out at a mountain view in the backdrop. The bedrooms were extremely clean and all have a view of the sea somewhat. The beds were very comfortable and there was no sleep interruptions as it was very quiet at all times.

We liked everything about our apartment and Estepona. I would have loved to stay longer and I am already thinking about when I will get back out soon again. We have stayed in many towns along the Costa Del Sol but this was by far one of my favourite places.

Fantastic sea view and perfect location

Juan Antonio is the perfect property manager. Everything was perfectly arranged and when our son forgot his teddybear he went to great lengths to get it back to us.

There was a small issue with the plumbing but not in a way that it ruined our vacation. It was solved after we reported it. The lighting in the bedrooms is very cold.
