Breakfast was excellent including the eggs fantastic.

The breakfast was lacking in choice. It was unsuitable for diabetics.

There was no bar and no restaurant. We had expected that for the price we paid. The WiFi was not working when we got there and it took an hour to sort it out. The bathroom was beautifully appointed and large but there was no bath and the towel rail was not near the washbasins. We had to wait until 5pm before it opened although we got there at 4pm. (We had been warned about this but had hoped for fine flexibility.)

The place is lovely and madame was charming. Our room was very dramatic. Breakfast was enjoyable, but no meat or cheese.

Although our room looked exciting there was nowhere to sit, or put things so we had to use the floor. As the room is in the eaves the roof timbers offer many chances to bump heads. We felt tolerated rather than welcome. Having to enter a code to open and close the gates was not good. Sorry, not one to recommend.

An oasis in the otherwise not so beautiful suburbs of Le Mans Strange location in a middle class residential area but when you enter the property of Le Manoir it is like a huge relief - Very stylish and very quiet with very accommodating hosts.

There was an odour coming from bathroom in the ground floor room that I struggled to resolve

Nothing - everything was super

The property was to a very high standard , beautiful rooms , great pool , very secluded and peaceful. Host where very friendly and helpful, Charles went the extra mile and took me to their local mechanic as I had some car problem . His wife (sorry can’t remember name) took good care of us for breakfast and helping with restaurant booking etc . This is a place I would highly recommend and we will certainly go back again sometime soon . We visited during the period of COVID when there was no need to quarantine when returning to UK. Although they were very COVId aware and made us feel very safe with reduced booking to enable us plenty of space.

Nothing to dislike

From start to finish this hotel was perfect , the owners looked after are every need . Will be returning some time soon .
