This Lakeside Condo at Keystone was perfect for our vacation! The condo was clean and well decorated. It is a great location in the bus route making it easy to get to the slopes. Easy walks to a nice restaurant and a pizza place. Also easy to get to the lake skating on Keystone Lake. Would recommend this with a winter or summer vacation spot!

We are a family of five adults & a toddler and decided on Keystone for our winter vacation. Hosts & property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we booked, Sandra offered insightful tips & gracious accomodations to our needs. Warm & cozy, this property had all we neeeded to enjoy the iced lake/skating rink right outside the property! My grandson had a blast! Thank you!!

Just as described - 5 stars all around! Great location for our ski trip. Easy to catch shuttle or a 15 min walk to Mountain House. The views of the surrounding mountains and lake are absolutely perfect. The manager is so hospitable and responsive.

Property is in a great location for fun winter activities. We skated the pond the first day there and skied the next two. Shuttles are easy to catch or it’s an easy walk to the Peru lift. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the master is awesome. Fireplace was great when we were relaxing after a full day of skiing. Sandra was also easy to communicate with and quick to reply. We really enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I came in for a conference and this was the perfect place to land. It was walkable to the conference center, had access to many activities and a very comfortable spot to land every night! The host was more than responsive to all my questions prior to checking in which is always reassuring. The condo was well situated and we had everything we needed. I know nothing is perfect so If I had any negatives it would be the pillows were not comfortable and the lighting was really dim- so difficult to get ready in the morning. But such minor issues that don’t distract from the stay!!! Thanks for a great long stay!

There were 5 of us that stayed here. Our main goal was skiing at Keystone. This place was perfect for that! It was very close to the ski resort. The fireplace was warm. The beds were comfortable. We used the crockpot to have dinner waiting for us when we got home from skiing. It was just all around perfect! The owners were pleasant and easy to work with also. Would definitely stay there again!!!

We had a blast hanging out at the condo after skiing all day. The kids still had energy and were able to go skating followed by the hot tub/ pool. Everyone had something to do. We really appreciated the toys and skates that were available to use. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect location

We had an amazing time at Sandra's and Steven's condo! Location is amazing as it's easy to get around. Good restaurants and stores. Super close to Keystone resort. We could have taken the shuttle but opted to drive. The condo was super cozy and comfortable. I put 4 stars on cleanliness because there some things not so clean but weren't in your face. I did inform the owner Sandra who immediately contacted the cleaning company and addressed the issue. The view is incredible and if the weather wasn't so harsh, we would have been out more but it was soo cold that we decided to stay in. Sandra was extremely warm, accommodating, helpful and thorough. super responsive and quick to provide helpful tips. Her instructions were very clear and helpful so everything was very easy to get to. Overall, it was a lovely time and everything was extremely smooth and enjoyable. We will absolutely go back during the snow season but we also are thinking to try it during the summer as the view and location would be great for a sunny mountain get away. Thank you Sandra and Steven for making this a memorable weekend!

This property was conveniently located. It was well stocked with items that you need to have a comfortable stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice vacation! We had a wonderful Christmas!

The Ackley's place was perfect for a four-day getaway in Keystone!

Great experience for our family and parents. Sandra was a great communicator, flexible when we needed extra parking at the last second after my wife’s surgery, and empathetic to our situation and mobility issues. Thank you for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Very convenient to everything and had everything we needed. Sandra was also great to communicate with she answered any questions we had quickly and just overall very nice to talk to. We will definitely be staying here again

Other than the beds not being the best we had great stay.

We stayed at Lakeside Village for a ski weekend from MN. My only complaint was that I wish we had had a little more info on the shuttle service available to and from the MTN-but that was also on us for not doing our research. I can't say enough positive things about Sandra. Our son started vomiting at about 0130 on our 2nd day-she had wonderful communication with us regarding altitude sickness and even offered us the option to go to one of her homes in Denver where we would have been lower in altitude. She also offered to let us stay past the 10am check out if needed. She was incredibly kind and gracious. This condo is absolutely perfect-each bedroom has its own full bath-plus a 1/2 bath downstairs. The ability to do laundry if needed was also a huge bonus with our son being sick. The location is fantastic as you are just a few miles from Keystone resort, A-basin, and I got to spend a day in Breckinridge while my family skied. Would highly recommend :)

Wonderful views from the condo, condo is in a great location, less than 5 min from Keystone slopes and conveniently located near Frisco and Breckingridge. The condo had everything we needed for our stay
