Our multigenerational family had a lovely time at this well stocked house. Larry is a very accommodating, communicative host. We loved the warm pool, hot tub and kayak. All the living space is a floor above the pool which we appreciated as we had 6 young children along. Tigertail beach is an easy walk, but you do need to heed the tide times to wade across to the beach. We thought it was a fun adventure and carried our stroller while the kids splashed along. Highly recommend this well cared for property in a great location.

We held a multigenerational Christmas vacation at the Seabreeze home. There was room to accommodate 11 people and Larry was able to provide an airbed that we set up in the games room as an additional bedroom area. Larry was an attentive host and was readily available by text and checked in a few times to make sure we had what we needed. The house came with extras like paddle boards, a kayak, bicycles, fishing poles, and a Christmas tree was added for holiday decor. Favorite parts of the house included the private pool area, back balcony area, sunning deck and dock area. We even saw a dolphin a couple of times swim down the canal. There was lots of outside seating but no extra pool toys. Beds were a little soft for our liking but that is personal preference. Kitchen had most everything we needed, although new knives would be useful. Living area could use a couple more seats for large groups but we moved chairs from the game room for the times when needed. Additional lighting on the front exterior would be helpful at night since it was sometimes hard to see all the stairs. Getting to the ocean was about a ten minute walk if you walked through the lagoon, about five minutes longer if you walked around. Water shoes can be used but the lagoon has a sand bottom. We enjoyed Marco island and the Seabreeze home, unfortunately the weather was not always on our side.

This house was perfect for our extended family. There is a lot of space in the common areas, all the amenities that we would need, and also privacy. Very responsive host, we felt very welcome. The house is well located, walking distance to the beach and close to grocery stores and shopping. Honesty one of the best VRBOs I’ve been to.

This home was perfect for us. We are a group of 7 friends who wanted to celebrate our 70th birthdays together. We loved the pool, hot tub and paddle boards. There was plenty of room for dining, playing games and watching tv. We enjoyed being so close to Tiger Tail Beach, golf and great restaurants. The host, Larry, was so accommodating and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved being so close to Tigertail, which is an amazing beach, and we didn’t mind crossing the lagoon at all because that’s what keeps the beach less crowded, which we really appreciated. We loved the pool and outdoor dining table with the screen to keep away the bugs, and we loved that the back of the house was facing the mangroves rather than another house, which really did make for a beautiful sky at sunset and lots of privacy. The house itself had plenty of space and everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. A great experience!

Stayed here for 5 nights with 3 families during the first week of April 2023. Had a wonderful time. Six days of bright sun and warm water. Location can’t be beat for families who love the beach. Communication and service from Larry was top-notch. House was very clean, and kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock in the morning and evening. Made it hard to leave Marco! Thanks for a great stay, Larry!

The whole family enjoyed spending our day around the pool and the close access to Tiger Tail beach.

This home is very close to Tigertail Beach and park, which was a huge plus for our toddlers and preschooler. The 2-man kayak and SUP boards were fun to use in the canals, and we did see some porpoises. The pool is a nice size. While we were there, the regular-sized hot tub was out of order and the owner had installed a blow-up hot tub, which was fun for the little kids but really not useful for adults. The beach wagon and tent were very helpful.

Very clean and well organized. Larry was very quick to respond to any needs.

We had a great family vacation at Larry’s property. We enjoyed the layout of the home, plenty of space for three couples and three kids. It’s a short walk to Tigertail beach park with a great playground but to get to the ocean it’s a very long walk - so just be ready for that!

Our stay was really great in September unfortunately we had to leave early because of the hurricane. Would definitely love to come back down!!

A great placer for our family of eleven to get out of the cold weather for 10 days. Very clean and well situated on Marco island. Property owner was very responsive to our needs.

Very nice house with all the amenities as stated. So easy to go out the door and jump into a warm pool. East access to the beach. Would love to stay there again.

Our family group spanned 5 to 80+ and all had an enjoyable stay. The pool was perfect, and we made use of the paddle boards and kayak (which has seen better days but understandable in a rental). Ample space for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Quite a walk to beach for young children, so we parked at Tigertail beach park to enjoy the perfect shelling beach. A handful of inconveniences: unable to open propane valve to use grill; microwave over oven didn't work (thankfully a 2nd microwave available), and one fan over patio not working. Note lots of stairs to access main house can be challenging for the less mobile ... our little old ladies spent a lot of sitting on patio overlooking pool and canal which they enjoyed. On the whole a great property for active families.

My husband and I, our 17-year-old son, and his three friends had a great stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. It was a well decorated and equipped home. It was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and in an excellent location. Larry, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay for our mini family vacation. The pool was warm and plenty big enough, the hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of the day. The house had ample room for several different families.
