The house worked great for us, played a lot of Euchre.

Had a great stay. Easy access to downtown. Seven women for a girls weekend and even though there is only one shower we made it work. Having a large living room and dining room table made this a great choice for our group. Hosts were terrific.

Had a great time in Traverse and the property was perfect for us. Place was very clean and had all of the comforts of home. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Owner was responsive and willing to help. We will stay again

It’s a lovely, very well appointed Victorian house in a super convenient location with a host who responds almost immediately to concerns. It’s a great neighborhood on a the old west side of TC where you will enjoy walking your dog! The house has a master bedroom (with very comfortable mattress) on the main level along with a large bathroom with both a shower and deep tub for soaking. It has a very nice large, modern, well-stocked kitchen with all of the amenities. There is a very nice covered front porch with seating for 5 and a back door patio with gas grill, table with sun umbrella and seating for 4. The only down side for seniors is the lack of hand rails on basement stairs (where the washer-dryer are located), and lack of grab bar in shower. Also, I’m 5’2” and I had to use a step stool to mount the very tall bed in the master bedroom.

The property was clean and updated. We didnt need to reach out to the property owner but felt it would be easy to get a hold of them if needed.

Enjoyed the stay here with family for a wedding. The home was a perfect location for a short walk to town, or quick visit to brewery across Front Street. The house was clean, comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Perfect for 6 adults.

We had a great time at a great property. Beautifully updated house with all the nice amenities we were looking for. Very convenient walking distance to downtown area, several restaurants and breweries. The party store next door was a nice bonus after our long drive up from southeast Michigan area. It had begun raining and we didn’t really want to drive out for food. They had very comprehensive beer and wine choices to cover us plus really good pizza allowing us to stay in for a relaxing evening. We really recommend Tom’s property!

This spot was perfect for our group! We (a large group of friends) were in town to celebrate our dear friends' wedding.The house was absolutely perfect for resting between the many events of the weekend. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, proximity to local eating spots, and the two porches for spending time outside. It was such a perk to have access to beach towels and chairs as well. Tom and Jennifer were super responsive and kind.10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone!

This was a wonderful house for my family (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 tweens) in Traverse City. The neighborhood was quiet AND we were close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We were also able to take day trips to lighthouses, Mackinac Island, and Sleeping Bear Dunes and having this comfortable and relaxing home to come back to was a delight.

The property worked great and was as expected. Tom was super responsive and fantastic to work with.

This house is an amazing accommodation. It is exactly how the pictures look. It was updated and has every amenity needed. It’s also very clean! We got to chat with Tom, the owner, and he’s a super guy and was there if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend this rental !

This is a great house, in a great location. We were able to walk to a lot of places. And when we had to drive it wasn’t far from anything.

We had a great stay here! It was clean and comfortable, and had anything we needed. There was also plenty of space for all of us. And the hosts were easy to communicate with if we needed them. This was our second time staying here and we hope to return, we would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a nice long weekend with my sister, in our favorite place. House was in a great location, restaurants, shopping and liquor store was a couple steps away. House was very clean . A historic house beautiful updated!

The house was fabulous. We stayed with 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone was very comfortable and we were close to restaurants and Great Wolf Lodge. Will definitely rent again!

We did not want to leave a good review so it could be our secret get away. The property and hosts were amazing!! Went for a long weekend to tube and hike. 4 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 12. Great location and the house had a lot of room to hang out. Kitchen fully equipped.
