Very nice apartment in a cool part of Knoxville. We really enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it. Very spacious. The only inconvenience was the lack of on-site parking. It's not feasible with this location so it's not a criticism so much as just something to be aware of. The parking garage is within walking distance and isn't expensive.

This is a very special spot… My friends and I were incredibly comfortable and had the best time while we were in Knoxville. Perfect location, crazy comfortable, every amenity you could want or need. The balcony is a great spot to hang out at the end of the night with a glass of wine and watch over the bustling Square. it was wonderful to be able to walk out of our front door and she’s from a half a dozen restaurants within just a few steps. We will definitely be back!.

This property is superb! CJ is so easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. Once you’ve parked your car there’s really no need to use it again. Everything is within walking distance. We loved spending our first Christmas away from home in this luxurious space!

We absolutely loved this place! It was very well stocked and very clean! We loved walking downstairs to all the shops snd restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We were in Knoxville to drop our daughter off at college. This was my first visit. I wanted a location close to campus and close to the best restaurants. This home was perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to campus and a lot of the best restaurants were within a block or two. The property itself is very comfortable to stay in. If you actually want to eat in the kitchen has everything you need. Also, communicating with the owner throughout the trip was great. Getting in was very simple. And if I had any questions they were answered almost immediately. I guess the best review I can give is I plan on booking this location many times in the future.

Our group had the pleasure of staying in CJ’s beautiful home for a week while in Knoxville for a wedding. It was a completely delightful experience! Our family celebrated my sister and brother-in-law's 25th anniversary with a family dinner for 20 and we were completely comfortable in this wonderful space. We had 8 people on the balcony, 8 at the dining table, and six at the kitchen table. Everything about the property is on a generous and comfortable scale. We could not have been more happy with the accommodations. The location is terrific with great food and affordable parking nearby. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the doings on the square below. We took an easy day trip drive up to the Smokies. This would be a great spot for a UT game weekend. The owner, CJ, was supportive and responsive to all of our needs. I strongly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Right in the heart of Knoxville, we were able to walk to UT, amazing restaurants and cute shops. The condo was very spacious for our party of 4. Condo owner had great communication and reached out a couple of times before and during our stay to make sure all was good and give recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

I’m writing this just as I’m about to leave and I’m honestly heartbroken! This place is just SPECTACULAR. The perfect location, immaculately clean, attentive and kind owners. We have been to Knoxville MANY times and although we have always enjoyed it this time we fell in love like being a freshman at UT all over again. I finished 2 books and two 1000 piece puzzles in the course of a week because we never wanted to leave. The bustle of the square. Glass of wine on the porch. Beautiful food right next door (Oliver Royale shout out!). I honestly can’t say enough. The home is beautifully furnished and has so many little hidden extras. Thank you for a fabulous CJ & Lee! This place has our hearts forever!

Enjoyed our stay. CJ was great. Condo was well stocked with supplies. Great location to enjoy downtown Knoxville and it’s many restaurants to choose from. Would definitely rent from CJ again.

Not only was this place amazing , CJ and her husband were so nice n friendly. They even offered a free bottle of wine . This place is amazing n as soon as I win the lottery I hope they sell it to me , lol . I will absolutely will re book anther stay with CJ . Worth every penny . Thank you so much CJ .

Everything was perfect; the location, the home, the decor and the amenities! The property manager was amazing to work with. I have recommended this property to all my friends and family and I'm hoping for another opportunity to enjoy myself as well!

We loved our stay here @ Market Square. Accommodations were warm and welcoming! CJ is an amazing host and had the house stocked with amenities over and beyond what we expected. It was perfectly clean and comfortable in every way!

This is just a fantastic place, on every possible level. It's gorgeous and very well decorated, yet a really comfortable place just to hang out and enjoy The location is literally the best you could have in Knoxville - right in the heart of Market Square with a balcony overlooking the fun and energy there. It's perfect for a tailgating weekend if you have people to entertain and meet up with. You are close to all the bars, restaurants, and even the stadium, but this place is so nice you're tempted to just stay there and enjoy it! I cannot recommend this condo highly enough for anyone who knows Knoxville, or wants to. Owner is great with communication and a wonderful host. I feel like I'm cheating her giving this unit only 5 stars but that's all they let me do.

This unit is fantastic overall. The floor plan is perfect for relaxing and having enough space to enjoy each other's company without being crowded. CJ thought of everything! The kitchen is perfectly stocked and lots of little extras you don't see many places were included. You won't be disappointed with the lovely front balcony where you can people watch and relax. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again! Book it!!

Rented this gorgeous condo for a weekend and held a catered dinner for 15 on the wide, second-story patio. CJ, the owner, is super sweet, and she went above and beyond to help me make a surprise dinner happen for my husband’s 50th birthday. She helped me move furniture around to accommodate what we wanted to do, and even met up with the rental delivery guys and the caterer at the condo to help me get that stuff done! She really helped make the weekend easy and special and was always super responsive and friendly. CJ went above and beyond in every way, really! She had a third bed set up at the end of the hall in case we needed it - it was all as cute as could be, with a fancy wooden privacy screen, had its own windows outside, and felt like a cozy little bedroom even though it was an air mattress at the end of a hallway because she put so much thought into making it cute and comfortable. So that was super nice! The other 2 bedrooms are both maxed on the plush, CJ has got luxurious bedlinens and towels in both of them, and the master bathroom is nothing short of palatial. The photos depict a realistic picture of what you can expect to see in person. The condo has access via stairs from both the front (market square) and back (alley where entrance to Peter Kern Library is). There are keypads at the doors. It’s super quiet inside the condo even though it’s right there on the square. And if you’re not already in the mood for the farmers market on the Square Saturday morning, get in the mood! You can grab a little coffee from the 3 bears coffee truck and wander about right outside your condo, shopping for everything from soaps to candles and fresh flowers and just tons of stuff, and there’s also delicious food trucks (if you’re not in the cooking mood) but you can buy fresh eggs/meat/bread/vegetables/fruits right there if you’d like to try out the gourmet kitchen in the condo! It’s huge and equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a fabulous meal. There’s a Bluetooth speaker you can jam out to while you’re in the main area of the condo that will really get loud. And omg, you will want to take that couch in there home with you. CJ put a few beers and wines in the wine fridge so they’d be cold for our family members who had been traveling all day, so thoughtful. And a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge. You felt so welcomed and at home! Everything was super clean and worked right. I honestly can’t complain about anything!

The condo was clean, updated and had a roomy layout! The owner was super friendly, very accommodating, and easy to work with! My questions were answered via phone, text and/or email. It's location is perfect as it sits in the middle of Market Square/downtown. I would totally stay there again!!!!

Great communication and easy to organize with owner and property manager. Location is prime with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Book it!
