This property was perfect for our family and close friends to gather and to prepare for our son's wedding that was held nearby. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was available. The check-in process was easy to follow. The owners were extremely accommodating with our special request. The home is well maintained although carpeting was soiled on the main level. We especially enjoyed gathering in the open great room area with vaulted ceilings. Views from the wrapped deck are stunning and relaxing at the same time. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!!!

This is our 3rd stay at this cabin. Courtney and Rich are the best host we have found. We have been going to star valley my entire life because half our family is from Thayne. We have a group of 12 sometimes 4 trailers, Courtney and Rich have always had the lot cleared to fit us all without even really asking. The cabin is in great shape

Great place for the winter activity that we enjoy doing. House set up works great for a large group of people.

We stayed here for 4 days right after Christmas as a three-generational Christmas getaway. This was the perfect place! Big and open enough not to be bumping into each other for games and dining. (10 people 17 years and older) It also had a fun basement with a pool table and movie set up that the younger generation loved. The older parents LOVED the cozy fireplace and barely left their seats by the fireplace. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Checking in and out was super easy. The setting was beautiful especially with the heavy fog that turned all the trees into a winter wonderland. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Rented for my family to stay in. They said everything was great except not enough hot water for a few adults to shower in the morning. Otherwise great. Space out your showers…

This is the second time we have stayed here. Our experience again was awesome. Great place to stay and enjoy Star Valley

We had four adult couples and one single person at the house and there was an abundance of room for all of us. We were looking for a place to spend some quality time together, and this was ideal. The place was spotless, all amenities were in the locations as advertised and all worked. When I initially had a bit of trouble getting the fireplace going, I was able to immediately reach the owner who assured me that it just sometimes took a bit of time; which it did, starting up as I was chatting with him. After checkout, one of my sisters realized she had left some jewelry behind. We were able to contact the owner and, with the help of the cleaning service, she was able to get it all back. I highly recommend this location and these hosts.

The home is very large and airy, with indoor colors that add to the feeling of openness. The yard and other property is very well kept. It's capacity for 14 people to sleep is nicely laid out. All the amenities we expected were there and easily accessible. The location is within a one-day round trip distance to two world-class national parks. Two small towns within 15 miles have all the grocery stores, banks and hardware stores you need for the stay. Wonderful stay.

We truly enjoyed our time at our location. Very clean and well cared for. Lots of room. We spent alot of time on the deck area enjoying views and watching the Humming birds.

This property was AMAZING! The space was much larger than expected, fit my wedding party and their families perfectly. Very clean house, unkept yard, and huge deck to sit on and enjoy the relaxing views of the mountains. The hosts were very responsive, usually within an hour or so, and they were very kind to work with us on having a few extra people stay with us. Would definitely book with this house again! Thank you for helping our wedding weekend be so special!

The cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of room with a practical layout for two-three families to have their space. The porch is beautiful for any time of the day. The yard was fun for the kids. There is a swing-set within walking distance (not on the property). Beautiful views. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. One thing we really appreciated was how much it felt like home and not a hotel. It is stocked with literally everything you need down to a permanent marker for me to label sandwich bags. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed Afton, Wilson, and Jackson Hole. This is a great place to stay.

This place is perfect for our gang of family and friends. Not too far from trailhead for snowmobiling. The house fits all of our needs. This is our second stay and we hope to return again next winter!

We stayed at the cabin for a weekend in February while we we're in town to watch the Shriner's Cutter Races. The cabin is located in a great little area, in the morning we say beautiful sun rises with fog on the ground just above the snow, it was amazing! The cabin was big, beautiful, clean and well taken care of. We saw a herd of deer jumping through the neighborhood, there was the nicest little border collie dog from the neighbors that came to visit us everyday. She was the sweetest girl ever, we we're sad to leave her behind, but she made sure to follow us out of the neighborhood before she returned to her home. We will definitely look at staying in this cabin again in the future we had a great time!

6 guys stayed there on a snowmobile trip, the property was perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out great amenities. Lots of parking with trucks and trailers. Great location will definitely rent again if available..

Our group of 8 stayed for our annual snowmobiling trip to Wyoming. Property was well equipped and had plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers.

This is our 2nd stay at this location, so we knew what to expect. The neighborhood is perfectly located far enough away from the main highway to ensure a tranquil time sitting on the porch swing with the morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over the nearby hills. With 3 sides of the cabin having a covered porch, you can move around to catch as much (or as little) of the sun. The basement has a full sized pool table for settling bragging rights, the central living area is situated around a beautiful fireplace, ideal for ACTUAL CONVERSATIONS, and not digital ones :). Loads of bedrooms with individual heating controls. It is just perfect for those searching for a family oriented holiday escape to Star Valley. Well equipped grocery store located just 7 minutes away, and the star gazing cannot be beat. Just an all around perfect space for a medium to large family. Going to try a summer visit next time, as opposed to our New Year Winter Trip.

This was a great home in Star Valley, convenient to Afton on the south, and Thayne just to the north., where we had several extended family events. Landlords were so accommodating, and the home was ideally laid out for our 11 family members who stayed there.

This is an amazing property. It is located a little "out of town" (10-15 minutes) but so worth it. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. Inside was all we could hope for, spacious, clean and inviting. Host was very responsive to any questions, and there were a few being a first time VRBO customer. would defiantly stay here again.

This was a fantastic home and stocked with everything we needed, 14 adults and children and we had plenty of room. Loved the porch and fire pit. The area was beautiful. We did head up north to the national parks as well. Thank you for a lovely stay. Might need to invest in new camping chairs. There were some there that were broken and we could not use.

Great location, clean, quiet and easy process

Our family of 13 had a great time at this fun cabin/home. Our 7 and 5 year old grandsons loved the loft. Both of our 2 year old granddaughters loved running on the deck which circles around the house. It provided plenty of room for each of our married children and their families. The kitchen was extremely well stocked allowing us to do some cooking there. The ice maker was broken but it was not a big deal to purchase ice at the grocery store just 10 minutes away. Plenty of towels including some beach towels available to use when we visited the beautiful Palisades Reservoir for paddle boarding 30 minutes north. It was also fairly convenient to visit Jackson Hole about 80 minutes away. Rich and Courtney were quick to respond to questions we had in preparation for our vacation and I'm certain they would have been quick to respond had we needed them at all during our stay. Highly recommend this location for families.
