It was a nice experience staying in Ami hotel. We have been updated for free to a bigger suite, which we really appreciated. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The view from the villa room is worth every penny. Room was spacious, clean and sound proof, bed was comfortable. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant is nice. Pool is just big enough for a swim.

The spa is working from 4pm. You have to pay extra for the salt room. And nobody is looking after the children who are jumping in the pool (which is forbidden) and acting like they own it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern stylish hotel with the great view from our balcony, nice facilities, convenient location and tasty breakfasts! Cleanliness level meets all the highest standards. Hotel stuff, especially Isidora ( front desk), was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond at every touch point. Bar service, especially Bozidar, made my stay unforgettable due to his warm welcoming attitude - I felt much appreciated and cared. Thank you very much, guys!

This hotel is new, rooms are nicely furnished and have great view. everyone was nice and helpfull. good breakfast and a lovely indoor swimming pool for a rainy day.

The hotel has a very nice view, the rooms are beautiful. The hotel has an indoor pool and sauna und free parking in the garage. The food was good as well, however they do not have orange juice for breakfast. The spa area is also nice and clean, but almost all facilities closed down (only one sauna and pool are working).

The staff was kind however there was no service. If you wanted a drink in bar, you must go to the bartender and order it, nobody came and asked for your order. At the dinner there was the same. The hotel has the potential to be a 5star hotel, but with this management/ service it is not. At spa no drinking water or/and cup (only upon request because staff don't refill the tank) provided.

Staff 10/10 + Every interaction with literally every staff member was super friendly and professional - from the reception, to the bar area, the spa, the beach area, and the restaurant. Facilities 9/10 + Wi-fi signal is fantastic throughout the hotel: from breakfast area, to the bar, the rooms, and yes - the private beach, albeit, sometimes it disconnects for several minutes before it comes back again. - While the rooms have a coffee making machine and a kettle, they don't have cups. Making hot beverages in a glass is not optimal. Full-disclosure - we probably could have asked for the cups, but we didn't, so, yeah, there's that. Comfort 10/10 + From hotel lobby to bedrooms, every piece of furniture is super comfortable. The rooms have plenty of extra pillows, and I believe some are softer than the others so there's something for everyone. Location 10/10 + The hotel is just a short walk from the seaside. They have a shuttle that can take you directly to the private beach which is handy if you're carrying a lot of stuff with you or in a rush to get something from the room during midday. It's close enough to all the restaurants and bars, away from all the noise, with a fantastic sea view. Breakfast 10/10 + The breakfast has plenty of food options to choose from, and it easily fits with any diet. Variety of fruits, vegetables, types of bread, meat, and eggs - a true feast. They also have plant-based milks but you have to request one from a waiter.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Very convenient location, close to the promenade with restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store in the hotel building if you need to buy water or something else. Inside the hotel is very cozy. We had a standard room with a sea view. From the 9th floor, it was possible to observe a superb sunset and sunrise. A small spa area with two types of saunas, an indoor pool, and a hammam. There is also a salt cave for a fee and massage services. The breakfast is varied for 4 days of stay, we overate with fresh pastries and fruits. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their sensitivity and attentiveness! It so happened that at the time of my stay it was my birthday. Received a very delicious cake from the hotel. Thanks a lot!!!!

The only complaint about the hotel is the lack of delicious coffee at breakfast. Tried coffee from different machines to hotels and different types. Unfortunately, it's all a matter of taste.

Ami is amazing, pictures speak themselves. The breakfast was plentiful and very wholesome. The staff is very friendly and understanding.

location is perfect! 5 minutes walk from the beach. the hotel has private beach with service. no need to take anything with you. a nice gym and a very cool spa great two pools the suits are big and comfortable for families. food and breakfast are great you will not want to leave

The whole facility was great, staff was prepared and kind. We enjoyed every moment of our 9 night stay. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are beautiful with a stunning view. We would return.

Exceptional staff, wonderful room upgrade, guidance, very clean, excellent room service, both pools were wonderful, private beach wasn't bad,excellent room, wonderful view and balcony, location,free golf car shuttle to the beach, breakfast was wonderful snd coffee was very good.

The beach access wasn't direct (about 4 minutes walking distance or golf car shuttle), the glof car shuttle was only for the beach and for limited time, they refused to empty the minibar, the SPA services wasn't all available, no jacuzzi.

We usually try and stay at good hotels, if we can afford 5 stars we will pay the extra money, but not all 5 star hotels are really fit to have that title...this is a huge exception. AMI hotel is a truly 5 star hotel and it's easy to see and feel it, from the feception staff to the facilities and beyond. We had a very clean and spacious room and all we needed for a good relaxing time was provided. Superb parking facilities and 5 minutes walk from the beach. We will be there again, guaranteed!
