This is our second time staying here. We are a family of 5. The home is plenty big. Another couple could have easily fit. The home is clean and well maintained. Colleen (the owner) is very responsive and easy to message with. Recommend this place for any season, not just for your ski trips.

Excellent property. Close enough to walk for the ski/boarders and a short drive for the parents with babies. Clean and easy to check in/out. House had a full kitchen and cooking supplies. Only two very minor issues: hot tub can only be accessed from master bedroom and master shower had minor drainage issues (just slow). Thanks for the fun trip and we will be back at this house next year!

Communication was great and all questions were answered fast. They really care about providing a good experience. Check in was super simple and easy. The property is short distance away from the keystone ski resort and the property is really nice! Plenty of room and space for a cozy stay. If you are considering to stay I highly recommend!

The kids (ages 7, 5, and 3) all slept on the bottom comfortably. 2. Owners were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 3. Location was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only a 15 minute walk to the gondola or a quick 5 minute drive to the pick up/drop off zone. Overall, you can't go wrong with this home.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The townhouse is well-stocked for cooking and well-furnished for living and still feels virtually brand new. Colleen is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with - virtual keyless check-in was great. And we loved the 2-car heated garage (with heated ski boot storage!) and hot tub. The location is great - we drove to the ski lifts each day (3 minutes away) but you could also take the free shuttle bus (parking at Keystone was free and plentiful in early season so it was just easier to drive). We would definitely return to this townhouse in the future! Thanks for a great family vacation in the midst of a worldwide pandemic!

Great location near the slopes. Colleen is incredibly responsive before, during and after the stay. House is equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Great biking paths including proximity to Loveland Pass. Would recommend without reservation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will come back every year we have a chance. It is perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is large and has everything you need...including a crock pot. You can seat 8 at the table and 4 more at the bar area. So much room and so clean. The other reason we love this house is the property managers. They are so accommodating and respond quickly every time we had questions. We came up for Spring Break this year...right as they were shutting down the ski resort. They proactively reached out to us and offered to refund our money for any days we didn't use. I definitely recommend this property!

The property was a short drive to the lift, had a wonderful view of the mountains, and was well supplied. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

My family and I stayed over New Years and we couldn't have booked a better place. We had a larger crew (adults and kids) and everyone fit nicely. The beds were great, the hot tub was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. You can’t beat the location. Colleen was super responsive both before our stay and during. I recommend not messing with the thermostats as the temp is difficult to control for the whole house if you are not familiar with radiant heating.

This was perfect for 2 family’s. Everything is updated and the bus stop for skiing is only about 100 yards away. We would definitely stay here again and the owners were great to work with.

This is a new home and is beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for 3 families. The kids loved having the downstairs all to themselves. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We are minutes away from the slopes. There is new construction in the area, but that never affected us at all. We would highly recommend this property!

Loved our time at Keystone and this home was the perfect base camp. Easy walk to the bus stop, or a short drive to the village, made this home perfectly located for a family ski trip. Colleen was quick to respond to our questions in time of need. Hot tub was a real hit!

If you like skiing Keystone and, in particular, A Basin, this location is perfect. It's an easy, scenic walk to Keystone village or you can take the shuttle, which picks up close to the house. We had teenagers who took the shuttle from A Basin back to Keystone, which drops you at River Run, and then took the orange shuttle bus to the house. They liked the convenience of being able to leave before everyone else was done skiing. The parking at A Basin can fill up quickly so it's nice to have the shuttle as an option as well. The house was perfect for 2 families. The downstairs bedroom, living space provided the perfect hangout for teenagers (the house has a good WIFI signal). I have rented many houses in this price range, but very few have stocked the kitchen as well as this one did. There are plenty of pans, utensils and a crock pot. The house even had Tupperware, which is very handy for leftovers, but rarely provided in rentals. The living area has very comfortable couches and plenty of seating. The two-car heated garage was really nice when the temperature was only 6 degrees outside. The property managers are very organized and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house.

We stayed 5 nights during Christmas of 2018. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom two level home. All amenities were top of the line. Radiant floors, heated garage, and a private hot tub! The split level home was perfect for the adults upstairs and the teenagers downstairs with their own living space! The owners were very helpful on any questions and have a private website for information during your stay. The home is a short 5 min shuttle ride to River Run. We had an incredible time making s’mores around the fire pit on the deck! The kitchen has high end dishwear and appliances. The crockpot was a nice amenity for our soup at the end of a long day of skiing. We cannot wait until our stay again next year!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, it’s a newer build and reasonably priced. The rooms are great with all the beds being super comfortable. The hot tub is big and awesome to watch the stars at night. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with glasses, plates and pots/pans to cook a variety of things. They have a large table that fits up to 8 people and is great for playing games at. It is very open and great for everyone to hang out together. We would love to stay here again. There were plenty of towels for everyone to include extras for the hot tub. Its location is great, about a 5 minute drive to the Keystone area where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s about 15minutes to Dillon if you need to hit the grocery store. We super impressed and hope we have an opportunity to stay here again.

The house was stocked with things that we needed and never thought to bring. It was an extremely nice place and the cost was completely reasonable. The only two complaints is that we’ve never had radiate heat. Was hard to find a happy temperature. And not enough towels. Is there ever though? Plan on booking again for next year!!

It was our delight to stay in Colleen and Taylor’s home for a girl’s birthday getaway during a beautiful autumn shoulder season weekend. As long distance friends, this allowed us the perfect place to unwind, connect, and celebrate in a lush, modern rustic setting. The home is brand new and as such is absolutely immaculate. There are serene and understated furnishings— we loved cozying up with blankets on the leather couch with wine by the fire and savoring the mountain view out the picture window. There is no clutter but everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen; the open design promotes leisurely cooking and conversation. We took advantage of a local grocery delivery service recommended by the hosts which made our experience even more hassle-free. We appreciated the convenient walk/bike trail crossing a gorgeous stream and leading to River Run Village and its cafes and shops only a 10-15 minute walk from the doorstep. In terms of the practical, we found the security system easy to use and it gave peace of mind. Host Colleen was immediately available when we struggled to find the place upon arrival, and was generous, accommodating, and warm. The hosts provide a helpful Welcome Guide with clear instructions and local suggestions such as for area hiking and eating we would not have known about. This review would be remiss if we did not also emphasize how perfect the hot tub experience was! We took advantage at sunrise and sunset of having a nice private soak gazing among the trees on the hillside. We left with our eyes dazzled from drinking in all the colorful views of the skies and mountain and our spirits replenished from such a relaxing experience in the home. We cannot recommend it enough for other families and friends seeking a supremely enjoyable, resplendent mountain home to connect with each other.
