After much research to decide the best city for our Amalfi Coast home base, we selected Salerno, and more specifically, Holiday Home Neverending Sea hosted by Pasquale. Salerno is on the high speed train line from Rome,and it gave us easy access by boat to Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Positano, and CapriOur apartment was even nicer than described in its listing, and Pasquale was at our disposal whenever we needed him.

Pasquale was very attentive during our stay. He was waiting out on the street for our arrival. He arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station upon departure. You are only a 20-25 minute walk from the train station and the ferry terminal. Apartment was very much as shown. Nice to have two balconies, one for viewing the ocean and the other for hanging up your clothes to dry. Would stay there again should we return to Salerno.

Apartment is as described. Pasquale is a very accommodating and attentive host. He will provide brochures, trip planning ideas, and restaurant recommendations, as needed. The kitchen is well equipped, and a suitable size for meal preparation and dining. We preferred to eat outside on the balcony. Two balconies, one with enough space for two adults, a small table with two chairs, and lovely view. Very walkable location with ferry port, groceries and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms are a plus. One bath includes tub only, the other with narrow shower. Overall the best stay during our travels through Rome, Naples, and Salerno. Lower density & chaos as compared to Rome & Naples.

As one goes north, one could easily think it in Nice, or at Cannes in France. We highly recommend this unit and it’s owner, Pasquale!

It was very centrally located in Salerno with just a short walk to the Trenitalia train station and many restaurants and cafes that became our favorite hang outs. Pasquale told us about the Trenit! app for our phone that simplified our trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum (Ercolano scavi) and Paestum. With two full bathrooms it was very luxurious for my wife and I to prepare for each day. The apartment complex was very quiet. Being on the 5th floor it was always bright and cheerful. There was a really big supermarket at the end of the block that was so handy. No matter what time we wandered home at night, we always felt safe. We will stay will Pasquale again.

Vermieter Pasquale ist sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Unterkunft perfekt Zentrum nah und nahe zum Strand ist es auch. Bahnhof zu Fuß zuerreichen. Verbindung nach Neapel, Pompeji und Amalfiküste sehr gut.

This is a great place for families or groups staying together, clean, close to the beach and train access. The host was waiting for us upon our arrival and saved parking for us! The house is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a few meals in the home. The host also had brochures for all the tourist sights locally and in near by Naples, Capri, Sorrento and more! This helpful information that made our trip even easier!! I would recommend this place to anyone! We would absolutely stay here again!

Where to begin. Pasquale, our host was warm, helpful and made us feel most welcome. His lovely wife prepared a crostata for us so we would have breakfast in the morning. Our apartment was spacious, clean, bright and handy to all modes of transportation. There is even a car rental place nearby should you dare to drive in Italy! Pasquale was always handy to answer any questions we had and made recommendations of things we should see that we hadn’t thought of. The view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony was fantastic. You are a two minute walk from the Lungomare which runs along the sea front for miles. There were laundromats nearby that actually do your laundry for you. The prices in Salerno are quite reasonable compared to the rest of the Amalfi coast yet you are only an hour away from some of the most spectacular views and towns in Italy. We look forward To a return trip in Salerno and staying here.

Stayed for 4 nights and the apartment was clean, large and spacious. we had a lovely stay and the owner was so helpful for all our needs and information.

Perfectly situated apartment, newly refurbished, well equipped and clean. With a sea view from the balcony, close to all places of interest including shops, café-bars and restaurants. Warm and welcoming owner, Pasquale, always helpful and caring, which is a bit of rare lately. A place you would want to return to.

Pasquale's place exceeded all expectations, as it was a beautiful, perfectly clean and functional apartment in a great location within walking distance of all of the main areas of Salerno. The apartment was new, and beautifully finished and decorated. Everything was impeccable, spacious, and all that was needed for a stay in the apartment was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the new appliances were great. The Wifi was fast, and the balcony was large with a beautiful view of the sea and a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a day spent exploring the area. The balcony was such a nice place to spend time that we never even turned on the tv in four days, though like everything else I'm sure it worked well also. A very nice free beach was a 6 minute walk away! And now a little bit about Pasquale... Communication was quick and valuable, and the special considerations Pasquale afforded us were much appreciated......for example, as we arrived on a Saturday by train Pasquale offered to pick us up at the station. It was so much appreciated and made our arrival so much easier, even though we realized later that as mentioned above the station is an easy walk without suitcases. There were others, and as a result Pasquale is respected as a caring, genuine, and honest host who wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay both in Salerno and at his property. Thank you Pasquale!

I took a direct train from rome to salerno , came there and Pasquale and his daughter was in the train station from salerno to pick me up and get me to the appartment . The appartment its at 10 minutes of walking from the train station. When I came to the apartment , it was very big and clean , his wife cooked a delicious tart and cookies for me , I really felt like i was home . There is wifi , television , 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms + a big kitchen with every tools in it ( really great if youre planning to have a long trip there ) . The appartment is 5 mins walking from the sea , very close with a beautiful view and a lot of restaurants . From the sea shore you can take a swim and even walk 10 mins to take a ferry that gets you to the beautiful amalfi coast!!! I will recommend this place because everything was perfect and Pasquale and his wife was always at my disposition for whatever I needed , answering my messages fast and made sure everything was okay.

Pasquale was an amazing host! He was very communicative and helped us park our car when we arrived. He showed us everything we needed, had great tips on restaurants and showed us to the ferry stop we needed to take the next day. He even offered to give us a lift! The apartment was very clean and has a wonderful view on the balcony. Everything you need to cook is there and there are great grocery stores around. The apartment is very safe and has an elevator. He has many guides and maps so you could explore Salerno at its best. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We cannot recommend this property enough. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi and right in Salerno with local shops and restaurants so close by and a big supermarket across the road. The host was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay including delicious home cooked biscuits and cake! The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and clean and we loved our night caps on the balcony looking over the ocean.

Pasquale was certainly the most great host we have met since we rent properties for holidays. He reassure us as soon as we arrived after a long trip by car, the city area where we are was safe and at thirty minutes by walk along the seafront from the old city center of Salerno. The apartment was perfectly clean and Pasquale let us some pleasant little presents on our arrival. He help us to choose very good restaurants, give us some advices to enjoy the best of our trip, and for so many different things that I have only one thing to say : huge thank you.

The place is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, ferry and bus stops. The location is perfect for short day trips to the Amalfi Coast , Pompeii, Napoli as well as for exploring Salerno itself. The apartament is very charming, sparkling clean and has a great sea view.
