Clean, modern decor, cozy studio in great McMinnville location. Easy walk to dining and wineries. Great value.

The location was fantastic - just one block from the hustle and bustle of Third Street in downtown McMinnville. We were easily able to walk to coffee, dinners and tasting rooms. It was also a great central location to explore the many vineyards in Willamette Valley. The studio itself was just as advertised - clean, updated and cozy. Highly recommend!

Loved the property. One block off the main street, but very convenient. A modern and very clean one-bedroom apartment that had a huge bathroom!

And a big comfy bed, and a nice hot shower ! Perfect for walking to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. Humble Spirit was delicious, as well as Cypress.

The loft unit was excellent. High end finishes, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great setup with the bedroom area separate from the living area/kitchenette. It was key to be walking distance from restaurants, wine tasting and shops. The location was close to wineries and hiking, so you can't go wrong with the location. Two suggestions for the owner: -Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels -Some sort of dresser to unpack clothing. There are only 2 small nightstands and 6-7 hangars, which doesn't allow your guests to unpack their clothing.

Perfectly located for walking everywhere. Nice couch and tv, big bed was so comfy. Huge shower lots of towels. We would book again!

Loft was perfect for two with all we needed. Tastefully decorated and comfortable climate in July. Close to all the local restaurants and wineries in McMinnville. Walked around everywhere. Ventured out to the coast to Cannon Beach and hit several wineries. Favorite Restaurants were Humble Spirit, La Rambla & Capa Pizza! Will be back!

Very new apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Nice to have your own reserved parking. Would stay again if in McMinnville.

This property is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful studio with comfortable bed and couch. Only issue was the internet log on and password had changed but a couple calls to Vacasa and new information was provided. Highly recommend this property.

Very good, very comfortable bed, great shower. Could have a bath mat in shower. Would be nice to have a few carpet runners if they want you to remove shoes. Maybe a stool or something to sit on by door to take off shoes.We would definitely rent it again

We enjoyed our stay in this studio apt. It was very clean. The fireplace made it very cozy on the cooler nights. We were able to walk to many wine tasting locations and restaurants. We were the only ones there so we can't speak to what it's like when other renters are there. We are considering a return trip to McMinnville. If we go, well definitely try to rent this apt again.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. The studio is within walking distance to the adorable 3rd street restaurants and shops- we walked each night for dinner and felt safe. The property was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Loved the fireplace and large bathroom- absolutely no complaints!

This is a beautiful vacation property: clean, spacious, contemporary and well-appointed with a kitchenette and comfortable bed. And quiet. All that and it's proximity to McMinville's darling downtown made for a very pleasant stay in the heart of the Willamette Valley's wine country. Thank you.

A charming and well-appointed studio just steps from the shops, tasting room, and restaurants of downtown McMinnville. Extremely clean with newer furnishings. Lovely place to stay.

The loft was a quiet well thought out space. Great location and light. QUIET. Fun shower and comfy bed. Our only comment was the unfortunate 10 am departure Rules are made by those who break them we understand however 10 am is a bit unreasonable 11am at least would be more user friendly. We have stayed in both hotels and VRBOs all over the world and never encountered a 10 am exit. We will be back often as our children work for several wineries. Recommend this loft highly. We would definitely stay here again as we have family in the wine business in McMinnville..However the check out time is 10 am which we found a bit unreasonable given this is a get away spot.. All the other amenities were perfection. Great shower and bath and comfy room. QUIET

This was our first trip to the Willamette Valley. The studio was perfect - beautiful and it had everything we needed. A great location within walking distance to many restaurants and tasting rooms, and a short drive to tons of vineyards.

Really great location if you're staying in McMinnville. We were there for a wine weekend and this spot was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to go. Everything is 2 block away and easy to walk. Parking is on site. Couple of notes for travelers: to get to the studio, you need to go up a long flight of stairs. Wasn't excited to carry our luggage and cooler up that, but it was doable with both of us. Second, the bed is VERY SOFT. I loved it, but I suspect not everyone will. Lastly, there is a microwave, but no stove or hotplate so not a good place to bring your own food to cook.

Super clean and convenient walk to downtown. The kitchenette is perfect and room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The whole experience was very easy!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because we had to take a couple cold showers. They must not have a water heater large enough to accommodate all the units. Other than that, I had zero complaints.

The location of this property was great for exploring 3rd Street and perfect for day trips to wineries in the area. Everything was clean and well stocked.

The studio's proximity to 3rd street and the Granary District is awesome. We easily walked to get food and taste wine the entire weekend. The room was very comfortable and nice. There is a microwave in the cupboard not pictured, but we didn't end up needing it because there were so many dining options close by.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend in the Willamette Wine Country. We had a great time! The apartment was clean and within walking distance to great restaurants and breweries. It’s also in a central location for great wine tasting.
