View was amazing and was well situated in Palm Cove.
It was a very functional apartment. Good family venue, air con, fans, kitchen with equipment coffee&tea provided (most of which we didn't use) and allowed us to eat in several times.
Booking agent was very proactive in advising on activities to do and making those bookings for us.
Could do with a bit of freshening up - bathroom in particular was a bit dirty.
We stayed a full week and I thought the allocation of things like toilet paper and garbage bags was stingy. Called agent to get some delivered and it never came, so we had to buy things that in my extensive experience are supplied.

Location, so close to beach.
The stairs a bit of a challenge but did know that was the case. Worth it for the outlook.

Loved the position and the main bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Clean and large. Loved it.
We slept in the single bed rooms and the beds were terrible. My mother in law also slept in a single bed (aged 88) and it was as hard as a rock. Need to bring single beds up to the same standard as the large beds.

Well appointed, great location!
Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, sink in ensuite blocked, wooden venetians in 2nd bedroom unable to be closed and all night external lights on so sleep was difficult. Way too much renovation occurring within the resort at this time resulting in overwhelming paint fumes or terrible drilling noises!

The view was amazing. The apartment was lovely, spacious, comfortable & well equipped. Even had a desk in the bedroom so my husband could work.
The location & amenities with the 3 pools & adults pool were wonderful. We loved the rock pool
Wasn’t sure going as It was a private apartment but Antje & Tania were easily available for any queries & help. Everything was ready. A wonderful stay

Best location, beachfront, deck chairs on balcony which we could relax and our view was amazing.
The rock pool was a perfect temperature water for my grand kids and us too.
We had to leave.

The view was amazing and the apartment was so comfortable for our family of 4! Great location in Palm Cove as well and easy parking.

We only received one key for access to the apartment which was an inconvenience. Although the apartment was in an excellent location there were a few things that were disappointing. The cleanliness of the couches, lots of marks on them. Also we were unable to use the dryer because each time we used it, it circuited the entire power of the apartment. Some of the utensils were dirty and the sandwich maker was disgusting, not cleaned and full of leftover eggs and grease.

Loved the location away from the vehicles and the busy area! W as so great being so close to Nu Nu’s
Everything was so convenient beautiful setting
Didn’t realise that there was no lift. Lucky my friends were fit and healthy.
The extra key was not available as previous tenants took it with them and the drier was shorting out when we went to use it.
