Property was as advertised. We had a wonderful time! Pool and hot tub were great. The view on canal was fantastic for watching Dolphins and rays. Peaceful and relaxing. House is clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner/management team was responsive and informative. We look forward to returning!

The property was fantastic--the view of the canal was incredible. Very close to beaches and shopping and dining. The house was well equipped with towels, beach equipment, TVs, a pool table and hot tub. I'd stay here again!

We loved everything about the house. The location was perfect, the owner was incredibly responsive and also kept a constant stream of communication before we arrived. Our son even lost his first tooth in the pool and caught his 1st fish off the dock!

Loved this property. Centrally located. Easy to get to beach, restaurants and shopping. Lots of places for walking and an easy walk to the Farmers Market on Wednesday. The property owner was great to deal with and the property was exactly what we expected it to be from the description online. We would definitely rent this property again.

Our vacation here was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication from the beginning throughout the whole visit. Our son and wife with a 5- and 2-year-old also joined us. We could not get our 5-year-old granddaughter out of the pool we all loved it. The sandy beach was great for the kids to hide seashells and play in the sand. My husband and son caught a couple of fish out of the canal. we also saw 2 dolphins swimming in the canal. The setting was so peaceful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great walking to the park and Farmer's Market on Wed is a must to do. The beaches were easy to drive too or ride bikes. Across the street we saw 2 burrowing owls. We were able to bring our dog along and she loved it too. We were able to take her on long walks. We will defiantly be back. Thank you!

My husband and I had an awesome two weeks!! Could not have found a better property to relax and unwind. So enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing off the dock and the beautiful water view. Especially nice to catch the dolphins going by, and to see the pelicans and herons along the canal. The house had everything you need and the owners were great! Our first trip to Marco but not our last...the only disappointment is that this property isn't available next year!

This is a great place to relax! It was also very clean, a well equipped kitchen, and the owners were very quick to respond to any question. My only suggestion is to add a small cabinet for groceries.

House was very clean and perfectly suited for our family. The manager was exceptionally attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was great and comfortably fit our family of 7 including our baby! Location was great, only a 5 min drive from the beach and shopping. Clean, lots of common space. Pool was clean and warm. Overall good property.

The house was absolutely beautiful!! Waking up to the waterfront view was straight out of a magazine! The house had everything we needed, there’s cute burrowing owls across the street (a little Marco Island info we learned about.) it’s close to the beach and the owners provided everything like beach chairs, a cooler, and even a little bag to collect shells! The hot tub lights up with beautiful colors and we utilized that and the pool everyday! I would recommend this place to everyone!! The little beach out back was so relaxing! It was everything we could have asked for and more! The beds were comfortable and each room has TV. We appreciate the great property it was perfect for all of us!

Highly recommend!! If you want a nice relaxing getaway this is it! The place was spotless! It was just my husband and I for our 35th anniversary. We had everything we needed and then some! Our hosts Norman and Qi were wonderful!! What a pleasure!!

We loved staying here. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out. We loved the view out back and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Communication was great. It's also a great location.

This is our 2nd time renting one of the Qi & Norman family Marco Island homes. Our experience was exceptional both with the house and communication with the owners who have shown themselves to be so kind and considerate. The house has an open, cosy beachy feel and is very well appointed. It’s set up for family fun and a tropical vacation vibe. Everything was very clean, well stocked. TV in every room dvd player and games in the family room, beautiful pool view and wide waterfront channel view from every bedroom and kitchen, dining, family room areas. Really enjoyed using the pool table and bikes provided. We especially loved having coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings sitting outside on the little sandy makeshift beach out back by the water. We saw dolphin a couple of times. Great memories made! We were relaxed and very content and plan to return. Thank you, Qi & Norman family!

We truly enjoyed our week in this home. It is exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 small children. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and canal for fishing. We also enjoyed the separate living spaces, the kids and adults could both watch tv and not be bothered. The neighborhood was safe and had everything extremely close by. I told my kids to the nearby park one day, it was awesome! We would recommend and rent again.

It was amazing. Beautiful place with great extras. Loved sitting outside beside water watching dolphins, birds and manatees. Hope to rent again next year. Property owners were wonderful and responsive. My kids said best vacation ever.

The house was great! The pool and hot tub were are huge hit with all of us! Location was great! Loved that the sliders opened up completely to lanai! Can’t wait to vacation there again!

We stayed here to be somewhat close to things in Florida we wanted to explore. 40 minutes from Everglades City where my husband wanted to fish in the Ten Thousand Islands. 2.5 hour day trip drive to go snorkeling in the turquoise waters off Key Largo. Plus Naples for anything needed. The house has all that you could need and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The pool and hot tub on the canal made you feel like you had privacy despite Marco Island having lots of houses all right next to each other. My kids enjoyed the pool table as well as the large TVs as the Copa America soccer cup was going on as well. Lots of beach towels which was so nice! Marco Island itself had all the amenities you could need as well. I’d stay here again to use as a base for our Florida trips,

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Being right on the canal was great for fishing and seeing several fish and dolphins! The pool and hot tub were great and it’s close to the beach! The owners were very responsive and checked in through the app to make sure the stay was going well.

Family vacationI love the view place was very clean but I had a couple little tweaks but overall I would stay there again matter-of-fact I seen there’s an opening in February and I’m thinking about getting in touch with you about that we had a wonderful family time cooked in the unit it is great went out to dinner just one night with totally used it for quality time with our family
