Frankly, great location, very reliable hosts, the house is super nice, everything was excellent.

The only negative point is the lack of full time staff, specially for preparing lunch. We have a young kid and don’t like eating out all the time. We like renting houses because it just feels better when traveling with family. But ideally, we like having full time staff so that we can avoid doing chores on holidays. Not possible here. But it’s not the hosts fault, I think it is just that reliable help is not widely available in the region.

amazing territory and garden, position (200m to the beach, chironguito and 0,4 km to the small supermarket). Best equipped property I’ve ever been to (they even had baby camera, cot, chair and everything was free). Pool is terrific and outdoor facilities too. Staff is amazing! Owner too!

Booking does not provide for real house layout - kitchen, salon, master bedroom and entrance hall are separate from all other bedrooms. Namely all other bedrooms have an entrance from the outdoors.

Many thanks to the owner for a great holiday! Very much enjoyed the original villa built in the old style. The lounge area has a beautiful view of the garden, we both had lunch and a barbecue enjoying the nice sunny weather. Thank you so much for the garden! We feel the owner loves the house and takes great care of it and the garden. The staff are very attentive and always helped us with our requests. The beds are huge with comfortable mattresses and we enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness. The kitchen has everything we needed, we didn't want to go anywhere, just enjoy the comfort of the house and the beautiful garden! Will definitely come back to you again and recommend your villa to our friends! 👍👍👍

The advertisement for this property is not truthful. The property has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms BUT only one bedroom and one bathroom are accessible from inside the property. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are ONLY accessible from the exterior of the property. This means if someone is having a shower, everyone else has to go outside to use a toilet, a ridiculous inconvenience in a villa charging this amount. This is crazy at night, when you have to go outside in the dark or when it is raining to use a toilet. Plus the villa has security doors on every door - so to use one of the bathrooms or bedrooms you have to go outside and then re-enter by unlocking two external security doors. Also the ‘fully equipped kitchen’ does not have an oven at all. There is only a microwave/combi oven that is only large enough for one dish at a time….so.no way of cooking a meal for a group, or even heating up a pizza as the microwave oven is too small. Really poor facilities for a property that is supposed to take 8 adults!
