Check in process was extremely frustrating for us, though it was no fault of the property manager. We were a late check in as we got (got there around 10:30pm) and the property had security there for the holiday weekend. Security gave us incorrect instructions, led us to another building and told us we couldn’t get in to the property and that there wasn’t anything they could do for us. Driving in from 5 states away made this a horrible initial experience. After calling the emergency number, which was extremely helpful - we were able to check in and enter the condo without a hitch. Clean condo, wonderful location, nice property. Elevator was a little scary so my family and I preferred to use the stairs most of the time. The only real downfall of the condo itself was that a good portion of the blinds were on the ground upon arrival. We had to be extremely careful opening and shutting the door to balconies so we didn’t break any.

From the moment we walked in and the cute way the towels were folded to the decorations around the condo, the place was perfect! We ended up spending more time at the pool than the beach because of how clean and friendly everyone was! We had a few issues, but management addressed it right away and came out in less than 24 hours! I’d definitely come back to this condo next year!

Cindi was perfect for us. Located walking distance from the public beach. Longer walk to town, about a mile. Pool was clean and not over crowded

location nice - did drive to beach each day - due to an older friends that was with us... everyone very nice - loved the pool area - elevators need cleaning a little more often...

The building is dated and a little tired. It needs to be modernized. Elevater is slow and noisey. Some outlets didn’t work, some shades were inoperative,and some plumbing fixtures were a little iffy. Walking distance to beach was longer than represented by agent. Wouldn’t return.

Great location & very clean. Like others have stated before me the furniture in this condo needs to be replaced . In fact, it needs to be taken out of the rotation and renovated . The receptacles wouldn’t hold when you plugged something into them. Dresser in master should have been thrown in trash along time ago. We had issues trying to lock the entry door with key all week. Once you did get it locked you would have grease all on hands and clothes from where maintenance is greasing it to keep it going.

First time at Siesta Key and the Gulf. Had a great experience for our 50th wedding anniversary get away. Unit was clean, and right across the street from the beach. Property management was great and very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely be back!

Starting from my booking of the condo, our stay here was awesome. We love the beach and the calm, clear water. The younger kids can play all day without the surf beating them up. We wanted to be centrally located and we were. The only down falls were the very slow elevator, and the condo is noisy with all the main road traffic below. The kayak rental at Turtle Beach was very nice. I will stay here again.

Loved this unit, clean, had everything we needed for a three week stay. Great view of the beach, one mile walk to the village, did it everyday. Tried most of the restaurants at the village, all were good. Questions to the management were answered promptly. The only negative we had was the pool, it was small, which we expected. Everyday we went to the pool was ruined by kids running, jumping, and diving in the pool sometimes just feet from us. Many times these kids were at the pool by themselves, parents using the pool for daycare. On one occasion two boys put chaise chairs by the pool and jumped over them, adding chairs until they hit the chairs instead of the pool. My wife tried to warn them about getting hurt. They gave her grief. There was no enforcement of the pool rules. One day three students were so obnoxious that all the adults had to leave the pool and they took it over. This one thing hurt what was otherwise a great time and may affect future stays. The water in the gulf was wonderful.

Love the location, decor, view, pool, parking, amenities. Beach is very close. Loved the beach access. Loved the book with info. Very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key immensely. Our daughter was graduating college and we wanted to make this a vacation for us as well. She stayed with us 2 nights and it was perfect. The condo was exactly as the pics shown on VRBO. All the comforts of home, and then some. We will definitely be back.

I would redecorate the two bedrooms. Master furniture old other bedroom needs carpet cleaned also tv did not work. If we come back will rent another unit.

Convenient location. Airport transfers were smooth and on time. Shuttles easy to access to get around Siesta Key. Very prompt response to service needs to replace a broken hair dryer.

This is out 2nd year in this unit and we LOVE it. Its always clean and ready when we arrive. We had an issue with the beach cart and a new one was delivered within an hour. This is the perfect location within the beach & pool right outside our door!

The condo was directly across the street from the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Convenient with beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed our vacation, would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice and clean. The twin beds need to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be restocked. There was only 1 wine glass. I'm sure if we told the property manager they would have provided more. The property manager was excellent. We would stay again!

We had a great week at the property. Location is great. Beautiful view of sunsets on beach side and moon rises on pool side. Clean condo. Could use a few more things in kitchen but otherwise a perfect stay.

The condo was perfect! We had a great time and had all the amenities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Can't beat the view and the pool was a welcome refresh after a long day on the beach!

This is the third unit we have stayed in at Our House at the Beach. The condo is comfortable with all the equipment you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen is small but functional and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and the air mattress is a queen AeroBed with a built in pump so it was comfortable for my teenaged son. We would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to Siesta Key.

Nice unit, couple things may need a little updating such as wall plugs, had a hard time getting plug in items to stay in plugs, they kept falling out. Also, mattress's were a little lumpy and bumpy, the one I slept on was a twin bed by the far wall, and I believe it has a permanent slope in it. Would have been great without that. Also, the ocean was a lot further away than I planned on, the pics were deceiving in that manner. I have a bad knee so I was not able to make that hike and I was disappointed by that. Other than that I loved the porches on the unit, they were great.

The view was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. This condo is so roomy. The balcony is amazing & was one of our favorite places to hang out. Thank you!
