The one regret we have about our trip is that we could not enjoy this beautiful home long enough. Everything was very clean and the host went above and beyond to equip guests with additional supplies like coffee, soap, detergent, shampoo, etc. I have no complaints at all about my stay.

We loved the cabin! It was very well stocked as well as with items that aren't usually included like wood for the firepit. It was very comfortable and cozy.

Large home at a great spot on Lake Lanier. Enjoyed the pool table and Foosball and grill. Well stocked kitchen. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Had our family vaycay at this nice house. Plenty of room. Great amenities- more than average. It is fairly close to many restaurants, shopping, amusements, but bring some Dramamine bc the roads are curvy and hilly. Bring your fishing poles and S’more ingredients!

Stayed for New Years and had a great time. The house is spacious, clean, very well equipped and has a great lake view with a private dock. Leland is a very accommodating host, will definitely consider coming back - maybe this summer.

We came to area for wedding at Neverland Farms . The home is very comfortable , clean, fantastic view and has everything to meet all your needs. We all want to come back when it's warmer to use the lake. Highly recommend.

The house was super clean and well stocked. The location on the lake is great. Our kids spent most of the days swimming and fishing off the dock.

Property was just as listed. Leland, our representative from Evolve, was fabulous! He responded immediately to our communication. Cleanest house we have ever rented. Gorgeous view! We will be back! We recommend to not plan on using community boat landing, but instead put boat in at Toto Park Public landing and drive to house. Already planning for a return!

The property was very clean and had all the essentials. Would have liked to have some hangers in the closets. The area was quiet and we got to enjoy nature. The boat deck could use some re-finishing and is not for children as the railings are wide open. Overall, a very positive experience!

This was a great stay. They had everything we could have wanted and needed in the home. The trees where not a problem. We had a great view of the lake although it was extremely cold during our stay. I must issue a warning if you dont like hills or steep roadways this is not the property for you. But over we loved it despite me being scared of steep hills getting to the home.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well stocked and a great location.

We stayed at the Lake House while wanting to spend afternoon and evenings in Dahlonega. It was a great home and very clean. We hope to visit next year when Covid is over and bring our family.

We loved this house. Easy check-in, well stocked and very clean. WiFi was great (we had 5 kids remote learning, no issues). It is tucked in the woods and right on the lake. There are neighbors close, but enough trees to give you privacy even on the huge back deck (spectacular view). My kids fished off the dock and were catching 12”+ catfish. We had a blast. We were here when hurricane Zeta blew through (as a tropical storm) and we barely noticed. This house is solid and tight! Great spot to get away.

Nice cabin - clean and well maintained. Did have issues with two of the TVs in bedrooms though. Was a bit disappointed in the view of the lake from the cabin - blocked by trees. Great view from dock!

We enjoyed a nice 4 day stay at the house with our 4 kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The dock and lake access are convenient. Everything was as described in the listing.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, the lake was very nice and the property manager/owner was very easy to deal with. There are a couple of things that might be helpful for those staying at the property to know: 1) The lake is very close to the house, but the path is not particularly easy. For us, with our older kids, it was fine. But if you have very young kids or senior, it could be difficult for them to get down to the lake. 2) Although the kitchen is extremely well stocked (really), there was not very much cutlery (4-6 pieces of each). Our family of 4 was constantly doing dishes b/c of this. I would bring some of my own next time. 3) The bunk beds in the upstairs room are really quite small(short). My 12 year old really didn't fit well and my 9 year old found it ok, but a little tight. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.
