Brilliant location close to town and soo close to the beach. We walked straight down to surf the bar. Just a quick weekend. Lots of heaters to keep the log cabin warm. Loved it

property is set in an amazing area, walking distance to town, wharf and beach. Had everything we needed for a great holiday. A lawn big enough to play games on. Great communication with property owner. Will stay again.

We loved being so close to the beach and main center - walking distance. Very handy for the surfing event which we came down for. Owner very good to deal with. Thank you :)

Maybe it was not our priority at the time of booking (we had a wedding to attend), but we think this place is undersold on the listing. It is CLOSE to the beach and jetty - a perfect location right near the Whangamata town centre and anything that matters. Everything worked, no endless instructions and dos and don'ts. We would happily stay at this property again and who wouldn't like to try a log cabin experience!

Basic but it's all we needed for our stay at whangamata for the Waikato/Bop Dart regionals .
Handy 2 minute walk to the main street.

Was just what we wanted, nice a close to the beach. Loved the out door shower. Few noisy neighbours and bit of out door rubbish.

great spot but very dirty. TV did not work and had no response all weekend from owners to try and rectify. Did not use sove as so dirty, we even cleand the top and under elements just so we did not have to look at it. We took photos as soon as we got there to show hoe bad. Also photos to show it was way cleaner when we left. Two good bedrooms but third with single bed was basically a bed in a hallway. Very disappointed when other family paid the same, in a very nice are also but beautiful home that was spotless and well appointed. Both pet friendly.

Loved our little weekend getaway! lovely little cabin to stay in with our children and so close to the beach and shops, would definitely recommend this place and might even do another trip in future! Thanks again for the awesome experience ☺️
