We enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the pool and whirlpool! Very relaxing environment. The only thing I would suggest is having mirrors in a couple bedrooms near outlets, so some can get ready while others are in the bathroom. Especially if there's a large group staying there. Even though there's 2 bathrooms. One being in the Master bedroom, if the bedroom is occupied, you've got 3 other bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location on the canal is really pretty- it was very quiet, and the view is serene and calming - the patio by the canal was my favorite part of the property, although the lounge chairs are cracked and worn and could use replacement. The hot tub takes quite a while to heat up and never got really hot, and the heated pool was on the cooler side, but that might be a plus depending on a person’s preference. We all enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean inside and outside. Well kept. The pool area was very nice and lots of room under the covered patio space. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided. Kitchen had almost all the necessities you would need. Instructions on counter were a plus. Loved seeing the wildlife outside. Some bunnies roamed free and we had a burrowing owl sit on the front window above the doorway all day! The only thing that I didn’t care for was the numerous 4 way stops throughout the neighborhood to get to the home. Traffic is terrible in and around Cape Coral trying to get to Ft Myers Beach, but that is pretty much everywhere in our state :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The house overall was good, clean. Love the pool area. Internet connection was very slow. Something not too welcoming was the signs everywhere, indicating the rules about the use and the penalties for everything, even for the kitchen mugs. Too many restrictions.

We had a good experience. We checked in late via the digital key lock box. The neighborhood was quiet. The next day we got in the nice pool and hot tub overlooking the canal. It’s an amazing house and I like that the pool sits up kind of high. I put a line in the canal that morning but didn’t catch anything. The last day we asked for a late check out and got it for $50. The kids enjoyed the extra time in the pool the next day. Mom enjoyed her trip. The interior of the home is immaculate and well appointed. I would have liked a Kuerig coffee maker but the TVs and appliances were all grade A. The home is not in the thick of things and the canal is not very deep. A little more not so bright are the surrounding homes that don’t all help the ambiance and there are some unfinished new constructions nearby. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend if you don’t mind not being in or close to some of the nicer, more populated, and buzzing districts and if you are not hosting friends or relatives you need or want to impress. I did not but we attempted to invite a few but ended up kinda relieved that they declined the offer.

Second time renting this property; absolutely love it. The pool and hot tub are perfect! Quiet neighborhood. The canal is interesting to watch. We saw turtles, fish, and lots of birds.

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well kept. Neighborhood was pretty quiet, and a reasonable drive to points around the Ft Meyers/Cape Coral area. Note: the pool does have a child fence, and a high latch on the patio door, which gave us some piece of mind. We would rent this property again.

We enjoyed this property very much. We have stayed in Cape Coral three other times and this home really hit all the boxes. The house was super clean. The pool and hot tub were great-the temps were perfect and the pool was a nice size. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. The couches were comfy. Melanie was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Bellevue is a well- planned property and spacious enough to be together or to enjoy alone time. Immaculate. Well-equipped. We loved the pool and pool area and the canal provides a nice back drop. This was our second year at Bellevue because the property was great and we totally trusted the management to meet our needs. If you’re fortunate enough to rent Bellevue, you’ll have a great time!

We loved staying here. Would definitely stay again. Only thing to be aware of is that the internet is not great (not the fault of the homeowner...apparently fast internet just isn't available in that area). Just to be aware in case you need to work during your stay. Otherwise we loved it!

Very clean and overall a perfect staycation for me and my family. I’ve rented plenty of homes through Vrbo and this has been one of my favorites!!

Really nice home, it was as advertised, and the pool was even better and bigger than we expected. A couple minor issues that were immediately addressed by Melanie (too bad I could not give her 6 stars for "Communication with property manager") and nothing that would affect this high rating. I can see a repeat visit to this property in our future. Thanks again for providing this property as a vacation option.

I loved this house. It was a great place to stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. My husband liked the hot tub while the kids were a huge fan of the pool. It was cool that it was fairly deep. The house is big for a large group. It was the cleanest place we have stayed. If there was one thing I would say that they could add to make it better would be for them to add places to go such as the closest grocery, best food places near the house. We googled everything. I finally got my bearings just when we were leaving. All in all this is a great place to stay that anyone would be happy with!

Was very easy

The house had enough space for 2 families: The bathrooms were spacious, we had enough storage space, the kitchen was well equipped, the dining table was big enough for all of us and the whole house was very modern and clean. We found some games and books in the kids room which was a nice touch. They even had bicycles and other toys in the garage which our kids loved. The pool had a good temperature but it took us two nights to figure out how to get the spa hot (even with instructions). The house has direct access to the canal - don’t swim in it, we saw an alligator :) There were a few minor things we didn’t like (but not annoying enough to not give a 5-star rating): - When my husband moved at night I was getting sea sick. The beds are comfortable but not very stable. - The kitchen is big but the layout is not made for more than one person in the kitchen at the same time. You can either open the fridge or the dishwasher. When one is open you can’t get straight to the sink - you have to walk around the big island. When we were cooking we always felt like we were in each other’s way. - The outdoor area looks nice but the furniture is kind of uncomfortable. You always slide down. I also wished that there was a bigger table outside for having snacks, coffee time or even lunch/dinner. A small table for four is just not big enough for a house for 8 people. Overall we enjoyed our time in the house.

This was a great home away from home. Family of 6 enjoyed having the room and spaciousness of the property. The kids loved the pool and my wife and I loved the safety net. KUDOS. It was great to have privacy as the home had landscape to cover the pool. It was great to be able to cook and not have to go out every night while visiting the surrounding beaches on the Gulf. The house was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. My family loves to cook and the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and enjoyed our time fishing on the dock.

Had a fabulous time the house had lots of room for the 6 of us. The pool and spa was great. The beds were uncomfortable but that is the only so so factor of the stay. The location was great. We were within 20 minutes of great restaurant and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Fabulous rental; would definitely stay again. Clean, room to spread out. Pool and hot tub were good size and great temperature. Loved over looking the canal; saw turtles every day. Books, cards, multiple TVs in case people wanted to watch different things. Was nice to have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer too! Location was quiet and convenient.

This was our third time renting a home through VRBO In Cape Coral and by far the best! 1) A+: Communication with the owner and her property manager. They were unbelievably responsive to our every question or need. For example, the dryer wasn’t heating properly and Brian (property manager) came over that very day with a different dryer! Melanie (owner) and Brian made it clear to us that they wanted to fulfill whatever we needed. 2) A+: The home and pool area were immaculate. 3) A+: The furnishings were spot on. We really appreciated that it wasn’t cluttered with excessive decor. The furnishings were in wonderful condition, taste, and cleanliness. We casually mentioned that different and more chaise lounges on the pool deck would be nice and voila! 4 lovely new chaise lounges were delivered. Bottom line-we were provided with a great vacation home, thanks to Melanie, Brian, and Zoe and have reserved it for 5 weeks next year.

House is modern and updated. I would suggest better pool area furniture (plastic lounge chairs, small dining table, couch set that is not comfortable) and better cooking pans. The price was fair but expected a little more.

Super clean home and great floorplan for a larger family. Property manager has excellent communication. Between the tropical storm ripping the pool netting and a small issue with the thermostat, he was super quick to get back to me and help with troubleshooting. The pool was great. We loved it. We were stuck inside during the storm and the floorplan was great for our large family. All in all, a great vacation away from Indiana.

The house was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and sitting by the canal drinking coffee in the mornings. I even got to see a baby manatee one morning, but I scared it off before I could get a picture. It has nice views of the canal, and the house is gorgeous. It had anything you may need to make it feel like home away from home. Can't wait to book again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home :)

Amazing stay, it was a girl’s trip so we really enjoyed the pool. Very cleaned property and the owner was very quick to respond to my emails with concerns I had. Differently, recommend this property. Also, very close to Publix and restaurants.
