Really enjoyed our 3-night stay this week. The house has a spacious main floor and full kitchen that we used for some light cooking. The bathrooms are large and have walk-in showers. The pool is small but perfect for after the beach and relaxing. There is beach access literally steps away from the house - the boardwalk has no steps so it’s easy to push a loaded beach cart like we had. Make sure to check out Papa Vito’s and the Sandbar Sports Grill for great places to eat. The owner was very responsive and answered emails very quickly. We will definitely rent this house again if we find ourselves in Cocoa Beach.

The property was fantastic. Very clean and well spaced out. Near the beach. Property Manager was really great. Made an otherwise great experience come out fantastic. Thumbs up and highly reccomend.

This house is great. It was clean and had everything that you need for your stay. Anytime you have a question they respond back quickly with an answer. We will definitely stay here again.

We needed to find somewhere private where we can have a safe vacation. This home was perfect. Very comfortable for our family. Property right on the beach. Although the beach is open to the public, it has a very private feel. Even at it's busiest it was very relaxing.

Everything about this place was perfect for our group of 10! Other reviews talk about the pool being small & shared however it was great and found no issue with the size and the fact it is shared with the other property! We loved it. The house itself was configured just right for our group of 10. Kitchen had all of the gadgets you need to cook. Bathrooms were roomy, beds were comfy! Owner was very accommodating and we will be future customers! Thank you so much!

Only thing I didn’t like was sharing a pool with neighbors. Our 4 kids and their 4 kids in such a small pool isn’t ideal at all. And the tiny spiral staircase I wish there was another way to go upstairs. Other than that it was very accommodating and clean! The view from the balcony every morning was just breath taking! The kids had a blast!

This property is on the ocean and ant get any closer to the ocean. Pool area was great and there is a shower to rinse the sand off before going back the house. The view and ocean breeze is incredible from the upper deck. House had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, super clean and cozy. We have already booked directly with Rob at Sea & Sun Realty for next year and saved a little money. Highly recommended.

My wife and I really enjoyed both the beach and the pool. We would get up early and watch the beautiful Sunrise while sitting on the upper deck, drinking a morning cup of coffee. The house was set up very well, the kitchen was roomy and the island in the middle was to die for. Bathrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The owner had some helpful hints for dinning out but he forgot one.... PLEASE try FISH-LIPS near the cruise ship dock... the food was 5 star...so was the service. We will be back...please keep a look out for little sea turtles....we found one and took him to the wildlife resource center.... It was exhausted from the long trip towards the water....but he will make it now with a little help from his friends. Enjoy your stay and We are planning our next trip now....Thanks for making this a great vacation.

We had a great week stay with a beautiful beach view. It does take some effort to utilize all of the house. There is 18 steps straight up to the main floor. Then to get to the master bedroom, it requires a 14 step small circular staircase; it is beautiful though. The master bedroom does not have privacy; the 2nd floor is open on that floor and to the main floor. The best floor to view the beach is the master floor; it is covered and a wonderful place to relax. I wish the main floor had a covered outside area as well. The pool is small, but clean and wonderful with an outside shower. There is also availability to horse shoes. And... you are a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. We would have no problem with returning to this property. The other property, sharing the pool, is much more private (separate bedrooms) and easier for all to access (fewer steps).

This house was in the most perfect location for a bunch of hardworking snow birds who just wanted to thaw in the sun for a few days. Basically this house comes with a private piece of beach which you really can't put a price on. I will say after long days of beaching or sight seeing, we all agreed the beds we flopped into at night could have been way more comfortable. Like.....ouch. Otherwise, communication with the homeowner was simple and friendly and we would overall recommend it!

Can't wait to book again next year! The house was great, the beach access was great and the manager was great to work with! The tower view for morning coffee and sunrise was wonderful too!

We loved staying here! Being able to walk right out to the beach, then pop back to the house for lunch and a dip in the pool was the exact get away we were looking for. We loved that we were in a quiet, more residential area, while close enough to walk along the beach to check out Cocoa Beach Pier. Excellent downtown restaurants were an easy 10 minute drive, while Publix was just down the street so we could make our own meals in the great kitchen. The owner was immediately responsive to questions, and also went above and beyond, by shipping a forgotten suitcase home to us next day! Renters should know that this part of the beach does not have lifeguards - but even during the off season, we were never completely alone on the beach and felt very safe.

Well maintained property with great pool and views from upper deck in unit are amazing as is the lookout deck right on the beach. Super stay in beautiful spot .

There were 6 of us ranging in age 7 to 75 and we all had a blast. The house was perfect for our needs and the stretch of beach was beautiful. We loved spending the day on the beach, coming back to the house and showering off in the outdoor shower, grabbing something to eat and heading back out to the beach. When we needed a break from the sand and saltwater we'd just hang out in the pool. It was nice to be close to so many restaurants and shopping and the theme parks and Kennedy Space Center were just a short drive away. Only a few minor things made this less than 5 stars, I'd give it 4.5 if that were an option. We will definitely be back!

Everything was nice very clean the pool was a little small also not enough pots and pans would definitely stay there again

We had a great family vacation located in the best, little beach town. I couldn't believe our view of the space launch from our balcony either. This home provided everything we could ever need. It was so much better and CHEAPER than any hotel we've previously stayed at for a week. Our own pool, beach access and privacy was well worth it! We felt like we were at home. A truly exceptional vacation with finding this lovely beach home.

This house is how you imagine a beach house. It has the right size, privacy and everything what you need is inside. The best part of the house is the location on this awesome and perfect beach. Every morning you will love sitting on the deck planning your day or walking the beach. It was the best decision to stay here. Next time we will bring the entire family for a reunion on the beach.

We had a wonderful time! 5 of us stayed and it was more than enough room. The kids and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening to watch the sun rise and set. The view was fantastic! The house was excellent, comfortable, inviting, a home away from home! The kids were excited about being so close to the beach. I enjoyed the shower by the pool to wash the sand off the kiddos, makes mommy life a little easier. Anything and everything you could need or want in a vacation rental! We had the best time and will book every time we vacation at Cocoa Beach!

This was a great house for our family vacation. Cocoa Beach pier was just a quick walk down the beach but the area by the house was very quiet. The house is clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away!

We were so happy with this house. It was perfect for my our family - two adults and two kids. It's an open floor plan with only one private bedroom but it worked for us. We're coming back next year and are planning to rent the cute cottage next door as well.

What a great place to spend time relaxing with family! An amazing, spacious house with all the amenities you could ask for. Furnished to the tee with beautiful furniture, great flooring, awesome beds, and living room furniture like you have at home. The deck overlooking the pool and the ocean view through the large widnows and double doors off the upper level was wonderful. The beach is so wide and inviting and you can see dolphin during certain times of the day. There are many bars and places to eat within walking distance of the house. Overall an awesome trip at a great location and house. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! for a wonderful vacation. The house was even better than expected and was absolutely perfect! Everything was of highest quality and exquisitely maintained. It truly was the best vacation ever! We LOVED the pool and courtyard. Also, we were all very impressed with how clean and new and sparkling everything was. Every room was a dream and the size was perfect! It was so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella, as well. Basically, we have absolutely no complaints! Everything was perfect. The property manager was helpful and accessible and the home absolutely stunning. Everything we could possibly need was there and it was just so nice to have everything clean and nice and available. The upper level deck was also a huge plus for us. To sum up - we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and everything far exceeded our already high expectations!

WOW, what a vacation - We loved our stay. The home was very clean and the location was perfect. We were minutes away from anything we needed but enjoyed the peace and quiet of the beach the most. In the mornings we would see dolphins jumping in the ocean, during the day we could walk a couple of blocks to the Cocoa Beach Pier and in the evening we were able to see cruise ships leaving the port. Orlando was a quick hour drive for the days we wanted to venture out to the parks. Perfect family retreat!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. I cannot think of a single improvement. The owners have literally thought of everything! The house was clean, very open and roomy, and well stocked with everything you need. We had 6 adults in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is very clean in this area. The management company was very good to work with and, as stated before, this was just a perfect place to stay. This was a totally relaxing vacation and this was due, in great part, to where we stayed. I would highly recommend this wonderful beach house

Our family just had another excellent stay in Cocoa Beach mostly due to this wonderful beach front property. The house is tastefully decorated, very clean and furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need. House is in a perfect location right next to the beach access just outside the private yard. The kitchen with new appliances fit our group as well as the bathrooms and bedrooms being perfect for all age groups. We had 4 adults and 4 children in our party and we all were very comfortable during our entire stay. The pool courtyard was great for the kids and very relaxing in the evening for drinks and talking. There is a large kitchen table that seats 8 or 9 for meals and was perfect for the kids. The house is located right between Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach on the beach. Close to the Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral, mini golf/golf, restaurants/dining, grocery store, popular night spots in the area. Great for day trips to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Space Center and even Busch Gardens. We/ve been coming to Florida for years to enjoy the weather, beach and attractions, but this years vacation was the best one yet since we were trying to get our family together and stay at the same location. There were 18 members of our family able to get away and we had an exceptionally great expereince due to the amenities and location of the beach cottage and house. Both houses are co-located and share a private courtyard where we could meet for all our activities and get togethers. It is perfect for large families! The cottage is a charming and cozy beach getaway. Going to the beach with the kids, chairs, bogie boards, coolers, etc.. was a dream compared to other places we have stayed as it was right on the ocean and next to the beach access which made it easy not only for us but grandma and grandpa as well! The furnishings in the house were comfortable and in “like new” condition. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, even wireless internet for the kids and those of us who had to keep up with work on the rare occassion. It was clean as a whistle and the house was spacious enough for our entire family to enjoy. The backyard was very large with plenty of chairs to sunbath or relax when we took a break from the beach to have lunch or use the barbeque grill for a family picnic. In the evening hours, we could sit on the back porch and relax while having a glass of wine and watch the kids playing in the pool or take the time to throw horseshoes in the private courtyard. With such a large group, the cottage’s location was easy for some of us to do our own thing like walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier or down the beach toward Port Canaveral to watch the cruise ships leave or enter port; head over to see the Kennedy Space Center about 15-20 minutes away; or take a day trip to Disney/Epcot/MGM/Universal Studios or Sea World about 45-50 minutes away. Grocery and souvenir shopping was quick and easy and only blocks away. This is the ultimate vacation spot and we recommend it to all!!
