Very enjoyable and a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our almost weeklong stay in this spacious and immaculate unit. The host was attentive and readily available when this northerner broke a hurricane latch! We would definitely visit again!!

Very clean and perfect location ! Overabundance of amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at Kawama in Key Largo. We had our family of 6 (2 kids, parents, grandparents). Felt we had ample space, towels, pool toys, etc. Location was ideal for excursions to biscayne NP and everglades. Without leaving the property, we could swim and snorkel in the lagoon (complete with many fish including parrotfish and tarpon) - this was a perfect place for my kids to get fun safe snorkeling experience in in calm water. The next day we took the ocean kayaks out on the ocean to the mangrove trails which we and our kids loved. From the point at the beach, again on property, we could take in spectacular sunrises AND sunsets each morning and night. Was a perfect spot for a stay in Key largo and would absolutely stay there again!

Clean comfortable rental in a beautiful setting. Norm was quick to respond to our messages, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots to do, and everyone we met was super friendly.

The place was very clean, the property manager very helpful but the extra sleeping spaces were somewhat limited. There were two double beds but we were 4 single people who do not sleep together.

Norman met us there upon our arrival and showed us everything. Property was great lots of things to do right on the property. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was lovely and exactly as pictured online. It was totally updated in pretty, beachy tones. Check in was seamless. Our amazing manager Norman greeted us and provided a detailed tour of the property as it is quite large. He showed us how to access all of the amenities including kayaks, paddleboards and bikes...really all you need if you want to stay at the property for a day without venturing into the Keys. The condo itself was perfectly situated. It is an end unit so there are neighbors only on one side. There are balconies in each room, some overlooking a beautiful lagoon with lots of interesting fish. The three floors and multiple bathrooms were perfect for our group of five. There was more than enough room for all with as much privacy as we wished for. The basement space was like a mini apartment that provided even more separation. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we hope to book again next year and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. My only areas of small improvement might be to add streaming services to the three TVs in the main living room and bedrooms. They did have cable, but I was surprised that there was no streaming ability in a condo of this high caliber. There was a smart tv in the basement. Also, the mattress on the pull-out couch in the basement is less than wonderful to sleep on even with the topper. However, pullout couches are not known for comfy mattresses. Again...just minor things. Our stay was great!!

The location & quality of the accommodations were excellent. The kayaks & bikes were just everywhere & it was difficult to know what we could use & what we shouldn’t but that wasn’t a big problem. The host was a hoot.. very personable. I recommend this property.

Pros: responsive host, nice location, nice amenities, nice beach area with chairs, grills. Beach area has large rocks along water but stairs to water. Rained so we did not utilize pools. Extremely well stocked w/ kitchenware, seasoning, etc for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Nice, screened in decks to sit on with patio furniture. Cons: Property description not accurate. On the "plus" side, each floor has a bathroom AND shower (description did not mention shower in 2nd floor bathroom). States 1st floor apartment has a "double sofa bed and one twin bed." It does NOT. It has a sofa bed and a COUCH. I contacted host before our stay to verify b/c pictures looked like a couch and I was assured it would convert to a single bed, but it was indeed, just a deep couch. Living room states "1 double sofa bed" but it was just a sofa. I was disappointed as our group had 2 couples and 2 singles & I had wanted everyone to have a bed, but one had to sleep on a couch. When we arrived, there were wet towels in the dryer and wet towels hanging in the bathroom. Host said house keeping was very busy (busy time of year) and rushed and hung up damp towels that were clean. We just pushed them aside and used clean, dry towels. Host was very apologetic about this, by the way. Overall, I really liked this property and would highly recommend it.

Property has everything you need to have a good time! Norman is great and was there at any hour to help. Hoping to come back again next year!

We rented this place as a last minute winter getaway. The townhouse was very nice, the property has a lot of wonderful features and is in a great location on Key Largo. We would definitely come back.

This property was incredible for our 11 and 9 year old kids and my husband and I. The salt water lagoon provided the perfect place to practice snorkeling, we had pizza and sunset views on the jetty, we packed a picnic dinner and grilled burgers on the beach area, wandered the docks looking at the boats in the marina and hunted for crabs as the tide went out. The house was well-stocked with supplies for indoors and out. Our beds were comfy and we especially enjoyed cocktails on the screened in porches after dark. My only small suggestion to make this place an A++ is a couple of plastic laundry baskets to make doing laundry for a family and getting it up and down two flights a little easier. We hope to come back again next year!

My wife and I spent most of a week at L5 in the Kawama Yacht Club and loved it. The location is an end unit - although it seems the walls are well insulated from sound from adjoining units - and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. Great location convenient to the Miami airport, Everglades Ntl Park and Key West. Norman reached out a couple of days before our arrival and gave us some pointers about arriving and also met us when we got there. He's a wealth of knowledge about this area! Would highly recommend and stay there again!

Our stay began poorly. We arrived after 7pm and discovered the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests (four days prior). The property manager (Norman) was not helpful at first, telling us we could go somewhere else. He said, "Good luck finding something this late". A housekeeper (Diane?) arrived and suggested we wait in another nearby unit until she could clean our unit. She was super helpful and tried to make the best of a bad situation. We were able to occupy the unit around 10pm but were offered no adjustment for the inconvenience. The unit is lovely and well-stocked. The property is in a great location and provides lots of amenities with nearby shopping and restaurants--- outside grill, beach access, marina, bikes, kayaks, etc. The property description listed access to a golf cart. However, when we asked for the keys to the cart, we were told it was the owner's personal cart and was not available. When we persisted that one was listed, the property manager brought another one for our use. In spite of the misunderstandings, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was clean and representative of photos. Basement appears to have been finished since the original listing so property is bigger than we initially expected. Great place for the kids to have their own space. We enjoyed the lagoon, beach access. Overall great experience and perfect way to welcome the new year.

Enjoyed the location, very family oriented. Appreciated the kayaks and other items that we could borrow. Disappointed that a few basic items were not available (ie hand soap in bathrooms and toilet paper, paper towels).

Property manager (Norman) very responsive and excellent to deal with. Only issue, and could be a big one for some, is that the advertised unit (one of the townhouses) that we thought we were getting was not the one we were placed in. Fortunately this was disclosed during communications prior to arrival, but it wasn’t prior to renting. The tower condo we ended up with worked perfectly for our needs, but I can see where that might not be the case for everyone. That said, our unit was beautiful, the Kawama Yacht Club amenities are excellent. Only negative is the girl at the front gate whose job it was to ensure we got our gate access code did not, causing an inconvenience one evening in attempting to access the property. I would certainly stay here again!

First, we intend for this review to be constructive and positive so others can ask questions ahead of their booking. We worked with Norm before and during our visit and he tried very hard to accommodate our concerns. After some adjustments, we settled in and had a very enjoyable visit. The property location is very nice and quiet with exceptional security, patrols, amenities, and equipment for outdoor activities. Positives: 1. Well stocked and had everything needed to begin your stay and incredibly well stocked kitchen spices, cooking utensils, etc 2. Good location and close to shopping and marinas 3. Great pools, lagoon, and outdoor community pavilion (including grill) 4. Norm - management - was very attentive and worked hard to address concerns 5. While we did not use the sporting goods, Norm provides extensive access to outdoor equipment for kayaking, fishing, beach, coolers, etc. BEST WE HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE! 6. This property is a really good value for the Keys 7. The other guests at the facility are respectful and quiet, making for a relaxing stay Constructive feedback: 1. Could use more towels and paper goods 2. Be cognizant of steep stairs, which may be typical of the Keys 3. Ensure the pictures match your booking, our property did not match the pictures 4. Property does not have the means to lock externally (granted crime is low but this is important if leaving valuables or pets) Thank you and we look forward to visiting again. This facility will stay on our list.

Great house ,great location!

We absolutely loved the property and all of the amenities. Lots of opportunities to relax and then venture out with kayaking, paddle boards, snorkeling, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very home like feel to the house with everything you could possibly need and more for and extended vacation. Rental owners are very personable and go above and beyond to explain everything you need to know.

I have been staying throughout the keys for years now. The Kawama Club and Casa Cayo is by far the best place I have ever stayed. If you are an angler looking for easy access and a place where people respect boats; this is for you. Carol could not have been more accommodating and I am already looking at dates for a return trip. Highly recommend!!

We would definitely stay at this property AGAIN if we were to Visit Key Largo in the future. The hosts were great and we didn’t have any issues. We especially enjoyed our walks around the property, sitting out in the enclosed porch/ balcony areas, and riding the bikes provided during our stay ! I’m sure you’ll love it as much as we did.

The condo was well appointed, peaceful location and clean. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a dresser so we had to live out of a suitcase for the week, otherwise this was a great condo.

This property was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay with our high school senior. So many activities in the area!

The condo, location and amenities were fantastic! The condo was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We loved our morning and evening walks to the marina and spent most of our time in the pool. The property manager, Carol was wonderful to work with. Carol made us feel welcome and her communication was above and beyond our expectations.
