Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen. Desgevraagd kon dat geregeld worden a 15 eu p.p. Dat heb ik gevraagd en voor 2 personen na het 1e ontbijt wat tamelijk schaars was, direct afgerekend voor 2 dagen. Ik had voorgesteld dat het savonds al zou worden klaargezet. Maar niets. En ook de ochtend van de 2e dag kwam de beheersteer niet opdagen. We zijn toen maar met een lege maag vertrokken naar Duinkerken en hebben daar een perfect onbijt gekeregen met alles erop en eraan, voor 14.50 pp. De 30 euro van het niet verkregen ontbijt bij Albatros, zou worden teruggestort. Maar toto p heden niets op de rekening. Ook reageert zij niet op Apps of telefoon ....

breakfast was sufficient and good

breakfast was served in a very light but rather small room, with view on the garden and large terrace. We had breakfast at a round table together with another couple at the same time, which normally should not be a problem for us. The second day however this couple told us that they were not vaccinated against corona ...... we were surprised ..... fortunately for them, we both are well vaccinated !

Quiet environment. Friendly hostess.

Some musquitto shutter would have been helpfull.

The location was excellent relative to the Koksijde World Cup CX race venue. Breakfast both days of our stay was excellent. The owner was very pleasant and accommodated our lack of Flemish (or French) language skills.

A little earlier check out time option might have been nice, but generally that's not the point of a bed and breakfast. 8:30 is perfectly reasonable and would fit most people's wishes perfectly (please do not take this as a negative, just a wish list item for our personal travel scenario).

Great location and very welcoming host. The place is very clean and very close to the main road links. Great garden with a trampoline and play area for the children outside.
