This was our second stay at the River Breeze and it did not disappoint! Location is beautiful and gives the family owned vibes. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Both pools were well maintained and even provided noodle floats for guests to use. We will for sure be returning again to stay at this property.

The pillows this time were very flat. Took all 4 on the bed to get comfortable.

We liked the closeness to Cade's Cove and slower pace away from Gatlinburg.

Can't really think of anything. It met our expectations and the area had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The location is awesome.

The bathtub had a soap film all over it and needed a good scrubbing. There was also a sock left laying in the room on the floor.

No breakfast offered.

Close to a lot in Townsend.

Room wasn't the cleanest on check in, found a previous guests medication on the floor, and, with having a 9 month old with us crawling all over the place, something like this simply cannot happen! Room also had a significant population of ants. Since we were there only a short time, we just dealt with it.

The location, the atmosphere was quiet. The rockers on the porch. The staff were nice.

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat.

Very close to the Smoky Mountains, quiet and clean. I love these smaller motels. This was my second stay there and I will stay there again. If you want fancy, it's not for you but it is clean and comfortable.

I've yet to find anything I don't like about this place.

It was very clean. The check in was easy and the location was super convenient!

The balcony view was beautiful. Very quiet for sleeping. No stairs or elevator as you park directly in front of your room.

Single-serve coffee pot made tasteless coffee. Vanity located in sleeping area instead of bathroom.

Great Location. Comfortable beds and nice bedroom area.

The entire bathroom was just a nightmare. For some reason we got put in a handicapped room but I’m a registered nurse and it would be awfully hard for a handicap person to function in that shower. It’s extremely outdated and it’s a tub and not a walk-in shower where you could roll a wheelchair in. The showerhead itself was just so old. Also the TV wouldn’t turn on without turning on the light switch first. It was very odd. The bathroom definitely didn’t match the bedroom part. The bedroom part was nice but the bathroom needs a lot of work. Need to really update it.
