Superb! Amazing house! Clean! Great hosts!

Excellent location and property with tons of space! We had a great time with a larger group and absolutely zero issues, would stay again!

We booked the house for the Labor Day weekend for 10 families and their children. The location was prefect and an easy drive for all of us who came from multiple locations (Boston, NYC, Upstate NY, Philly). The house is located at a dead end street and is secluded from other properties providing the perfect privacy for such a large gathering. The check is was easy and all the instructions were provided in detail prior to our arrival. The host were super responsive and were available through both texts and emails. On our arrival, the house was clean and had all the basic necessities required - towels, soaps, paper towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. All the 10 families were able to get their own room and except for the two rooms, all the rooms had two queen beds. We had an minor issue with the electrical sockets not working in two of the rooms and Tina was able to send a handyman to address the issue. The kids (as well as the adults) had a great time at the pool and in the hot tub. The basement is a large area where the kids would hang out all day long and the adults were able to spend some quality time in the large eat in kitchen and on the deck. The house has plenty of bathrooms and that is a huge plus. Overall, everyone of us had a great time and we plan to book this place again next year.

This was a great house for our annual summer vacation with friends and family. There was plenty of space, house was well stocked for group cooking and was a great location with a variety of options nearby for activities for all. Tina and Boris were great hosts sharing a variety of local recommendations in advance of our stay and made the check in/out process very easy. They were very communicative throughout our stay checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was a pleasure having our family under one roof with room enough to move around and socialize. The children spent many hours in the pool. The hot tub was relaxing and the games downstairs kept the children busy. Thanks for providing a great place for us to hang out!

Everything was perfect for our stay! Tina and Boris were amazing hosts. They responded very timely and in an organized fashion, and making sure we had all the information we needed. The home was in great condition and was well stocked. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

We’re a large group of college friends, only getting larger each year as more kids enter the fold. It’s become challenging to find a large enough accommodation that not only fits us all but one which also offers enough space to enjoy ourselves. This house was perfect. With the three floors, outdoor areas, spacious kitchen/living space and bathrooms, we had plenty of room to play, run around, cook, sand sit. At the night when the kids were asleep, the basement offered a comfortable and reassuring space to enjoy adult-only time to catch up on each others lives over a few drinks and board games. The few issues or uncertainties we had were answered nearly immediately as the hosts were very responsible and helpful. I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

The weekend trip we planned would not have been the same without this house. Between being able to fit our group very comfortably and offering something for all of us to do together I can’t thank the owners enough for hosting us. They were beyond helpful the entire time of our stay. Multiple members of our group already started talking about coming back for our next mountain trip !

Nice and spacious house for a family reunion. Rooms were nicely furnished and mattresses were comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely look for this property again when I plan my next vacation.

Everything was smooth and worked well. Main area of the house is really as advertised. We were very happy with it.

We spent a weekend here with a large group of adults and kids. The house was huge and fully stocked. The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely and the highlights of the house. We are already looking at future dates to return.

We truly enjoyed this property - wonderful family space for the three generations at our family reunion. The property allowed us to be together without being on top of one another. The bedrooms were roomy and separated into wings, which allowed each family a little privacy. Between the pool, the hot tub, the deck and the game room downstairs with a pool table and shuffle board, the house offered plenty of entertainment for old and young alike. Kitchen worked well for cooking large meals with many cooks and helpers collaborating. The house was clean, neat, and reasonable stocked.

The house was a great size- plenty of space. We enjoyed all of the games and the pool so much that we rarely left. Small issues that came up were handled quickly.

The house was exactly as described - large and spacious with plenty of room for all. The furniture (couches) and kitchen are starting to show a bit of wear and tear and could use replacing. The pool and hot tub were great - but the decks were extremely slippery due to some algae growth - making them very dangerous.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was large, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and was perfect for a quiet, calm family get together with lots of fun activities indoors and out!

The house is perfect for a large group. It's set up to allow separate areas for individual family groups if wanted also. The property is quiet and private. The pool is a good size and the decks are great for lounging. The young adults even went on a hike into the woods. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our time at the house for a large family gathering. There were breathtaking views of the mountains from the great room. The younger children really enjoyed seeing the wildlife, and the area was conducive to long walks or runs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Good place for large group ( 30)of adults and kids , close to camelback, Kitchen a little tight , we cooked a bunch , basement spacious for kids to play around , spacious living room area .. yard was great hiking and secluded , great views

This is a great location - close to 3 resorts for skiing. We made it out on a Friday to Jack Frost for our 7 yo to learn. Our friends made it to the closer resort for tubing and enjoyed the hot chocolate and food truck stands that were there. We all enjoyed the hot tub daily as well as the great hiking right from the back yard. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out with a beautiful view of the mountains. Tina and Boris even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. We will definitely be returning here.

The house is perfect for large groups. Plenty of open space in a large great room and same sized lower level. Checked all the boxes for our group. Owner super responsive and made it a great stay.
