You have to be exact about the time you will arrive, there are no staff on the premises. i had to wait 40 minutes to be let in and then I only got in because someone else in the building let me in. I was early but I had not imagined that there would be no staff at all on the premises.

Surprisingly quiet given the location. Comfortable and clean. Great to have the self check-in option for a late arrival.

It isn't an area you would want to spend any time in, but good if you're just passing through and need good transport links. Coffee in the room would be good!

the location was great 5 minutes from the main station the building was quite moderm and the toilet was great as was not small at all. the host also came to help me with the air con which was great the room had a mini fridge and was good for a one day stay if it had been more wouldn’t say for a family of 4 would of been good as it was just oke big room with 3 beds 2 single and one doble for the 4 us so one a one night stay it is fine

the kitchen was closed due to covid so wasn’t able to use the stove or make myself some food I’m the property but that was fine there are stores nearby and the location is very near to the metro and station

Bed was phenomenal and the room was pretty clean.

Room door was too thin, so you could hear anyone talking in the corridor.

Prestige B&B is steps from the station! I was greeted by Marina and her adorable son Fillipo. Check in was quick. Marina gave me the keys and was so welcoming. The room was great! There are 2 plugs with USB ports on either side of the bed, which is unusual, and a nice surprise. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well. The shower was nice and hot, and good water pressure. Later in the evening when I returned to the B&B after sightseeing, I met Sergio, Marina’s husband, and we talked for a bit. He’s a very kind person, and when I asked if I could leave my luggage after check out, he arranged for that as well. The next time I am in Naples I will definitely book ahead so I can stay here again! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I love supporting a family owned business! Grazie Marina, Sergio e Fillipo! The location is great. It's right next to the train station and the bus stop for the airport bus. The elevator is great. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and the water in the shower is beyond hot.

Check in is a little bit frustrating because no one is on site all the time. You have to try to coordinate your arrival with the guy who will let you in. It wasn't a big deal for me but I could see it being an issue for some people.

Room was clean.

Was afraid to use the lift because it looked old as if it was going to break down so had to walk up four storeys to get to my room. Out side was very intimidating with gangs congregating near the building, drinking and making a lot of noise and people sleeping on the streets. It was supposed to be bread and breakfast but was told that the Prestige Bed and Breakfast hotel did NOT provide breakfast and that we should go outside of the hotel to source our own breakfast. Why is it called Bed and Breakfast hotel when no such service is offered? It is still clearly stated on Booming.com that Italian breakfast on a tray in the room is offered. Also we depended on the Wi Fi service to make plans and booking but the internet was down for two or three days which was frustrating. Two of our main priorities when booking our hotel room was that breakfast should be available ar a cost and that there was WI FI facilities. We felt let down. Had we known no breakfast was available we would have booked elsewhere. This is very misleading. When we did see the manager/ owner he was useful though he did charge us the absolute maximum for a lift to the airport when a taxi would have been less expensive according to taxi rank drivers nearby. All in all would not recommend or visit again.

Nice location next to the train station. Room was nice, well equiped and clean (maybe it would be great to have there one metal cutlery and corkscrew), but otherwise it was perfect, we liked it very much.
