We had another nice stay set week! The house was exactly what was online and we love the location, garage, and good sized bedrooms. My only tip would be to add hooks in each bedroom (or over the closet hanging hooks) as there were 6 of us and nowhere to all hang our bath towels. I have to say the closets are a great size so you don’t have to step over suitcases or bags each day. We will be back next year!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here many times, and it is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. There is plenty of room, and the game room in the garage is always a big hit. The house very well kept, and has everything we need. Already looking forward to next year!

Great location. You can smell the ocean. Short walk to Sea St beach. Quaint cape cod homes.

My husband and I, our two grown kids and their significant others had a wonderful time during the Thanksgiving holiday we spent here. This place was dog friendly, and both kids have a dog, and we were able to walk them to the beach a few times, less than a mile away. The home gave us lots of room to spread out, play some games, and cook an entire holiday meal without being on top of each other. There was a great game room in the garage which we didn't use because it was a little too cold there, but if we rent again in the summer it would be a blast! Thanks for having so many extras there that we didn't expect, like the lobster pot, all the lobster crackers and plenty of good pots and pans, casserole dishes, towels, as well as plates, glasses & silverware. We had a great time!!!!

Stayed there with my family for a week. Loved the house and location. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Pool table and other fun things in the garage were a hit with my kids and grandkids!

From start to finish the process went very smoothly. The property was well represented in the listing, and it was accurate in reality. The accommodations were clean, up to date and perfect for the classic Cape Cod vacation. The amenities available were over and above most others. Look forward to another family vacation in the future.

Very clean and modern. Great bathrooms! Pleased that every room had a window air conditioner (we had a very warm week). No dishwasher, though. And the nearest beach was almost a full mile away compared to the listing that said it was .5 miles away. That made it more difficult with a 3 yr. old in tow.

Excellent location, great yard for outdoor playing and relaxing because it’s not a busy street but right by Sea View so excellent access to things. Lots to do for the kids.

The house was perfect for our family and friends… had everything we needed and the playroom was great for the teens. We walked to sea street beach one day and drove to mayflower then others

Everything was perfect. My siblings all rented their own houses in town. The plan was to take turns hosting at night but once we saw the yard, fire pit and garage (playroom) we knew we would host most nights. It was great! Only downfall was the outside shower wasn’t hooked up but that won’t stop us as we are hoping to rent next year as well.

From the start the realtor/manager was a dream to work with. The location was in the middle of everything. Quiet neighborhood. House was nice and beds were comfortable. We had a couple issues with minor mechanical problems, but the realtor drove over that day to address and fixed it on the spot. Overall a very nice house and location.

Don't have a single complaint - the location was wonderful, the neighborhood very quiet, the property manager available & communicative. The game room was a huge score with our teens, as was the hammock and large yard! The house is comfy and very nicely decorated...tasteful but not pretentious. Just lovely! The beds were very comfortable, and having a washer & dryer available was a huge blessing. We'd stay there again without hesitation. :)

We so enjoyed our stay here! The house was comfortable and plenty big enough for all 5 of us and our dog. The garage entertainment room was super! It allowed us to have some playing pool or pingpong (easy to switch between the 2 table tops) as well as some just lounging and watching the football game Sunday afternoon! The location was just perfect for our plans - right in the middle of the Cape! We spent Saturday morning up at Race Point Beach area, then came back for lunch at the house, then off to Falmouth for the Cape Cod Winery Fall Festival! Great weekend, truly!

We stayed for a long weekend off season and we couldn’t of asked for a better house. It was perfect for our family of six.. my husband and I , our two younger boys (4 and 7) and our parents. It was the perfect location. Close enough to the beach (just a very quick drive) and close to all the activities of Dennisport but nicely tucked away in a quiet little area of the cape. Everything was well thought of and taken care of. And the garage conversion to a game / hang out space was absolutely ideal during the rainy times. We loved our stay and can’t wait to book there again!

Clean, well maintained and has everything we needed, as advertised. Back yard could use fence or plantings, not very private but neighbors we met were very nice. Last tenants left a little trash, minor issues. Maggie the realtor and Paul who does the lawn were very nice to deal with. Game garage a big plus! We'd rent it again, love the Cape.

This is an awesome property to rent for a big family or group of friends. The house has everything one needs. If you want to cook, there are ample of pots and pans and provisions available. So many games for the teens and kids. The highlight of our stay was the game room. It had everything one needs and can think of for entertainment. There are beaches within walking/ biking limits. The neighborhood and neighbors and awesome! One of them offered us firewood and dropped it for us too. Margaret was so prompt in responding and taking care of needs. She also let us late check out as there were no guests coming in that day. The only glitch was no dishwasher but its negligible owing to other facilities available. I would recommend this place to all. Will be booking this again soon.

The checking time was very late due to previous renters. The cleaners were very nice though and we were able to utilize the outdoor fridge and game room. The only disappointment was no dishwasher. I like to be able to sanitize the dishes and silverware. Also a bummer to have to wash dishes all the time. Nice house though.
