Уютная красивая квартира. Есть отопление, газавая плита, микроволновка, стиральная машина, холодильник, стол и стулья, удобные кровати. Квартира чистая. Вся техника исправно работает. Есть пастельное бельё, полотенца. Интернет нормальный, хотя в спальне Wi-Fi сигнал слабоватый. Расположение в исторической части города удобное. Если нужно будет поехать в этот район, я выберу эту квартиру повторно.

Квартира на 1м этаже, очень тесно расположена другая квартира, похоже, что раньше это была одна. Соседей слышно. Мне достались не шумные соседи и проживание было комфортным.

Комфортно, тепло, чисто, полное оснащение, адекватный контактный собственник Отличное расположение, но для тех, кто любит не в эпицентре движа жить, а немного прогуляться по аутентичным улочках Тбилиси

В день отъезда отключили воду, но это неудобство не относится к апартаментам, а скорее к коммунальным службам города

The apartment was clean and spacious, the owner Albert was always ready to assist. He sent me taxis whenever I needed to go out and even helped me get some change when I ran out of lari. He was worried about the water heater without me complaining, he came around to check if I got hot water early in the morning and even though he spoke little to no English he found means to communicate.

Clean, comfortable, good view, thanks to manager Albert, he helped us with all questions.

No breakfast, but excellent kitchen allowed me to cook whatever I wanted during my stay

Everything was great!

Amazing unproblematic owner, the house was very clean and it was so amazingly warm inside. We really loved staying there. 5 minutes to the nearest metro station was and bus stop and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. There was everything we needed for that short stay, even more.

Fantastic apartment with a thoughtful design and all necessities. The place was super clean with a good wi-fi connection, located in a new building, close to main attractions, and great places to eat. We were given new pillows and slept really well, especially as the area is very quiet. Lovely hosts Albert and Linda were extremely helpful and friendly, answered all our questions, and suggested great places to take a walk with the baby. Highly recommend!
