Our family thoroughly enjoyed using the home as it had easy driving access to the house as well as downtown Charleston, the Citadel where we attended the graduation ceremony for Charleston School of Law, nearby stores and Folly Beach. It had everything we needed regarding bedrooms, baths, kitchen and two tables, plus a dining table on the beautiful covered porch. Thank you so much!

The host was very helpful w/ communication leading up to our stay & instructions for check-in & check-out. House was very clean & cutely decorated. The beds were comfortable, in addition to quality towels & dishes. The location was a short drive from Folly Beach which was a very enjoyable beach town & a manageable drive to downtown Charleston. This was a girlfriend weekend trip for 4 adults. Everyone in our party had very positive feedback about our lodging experience & we would recommend it to others!

Nice place and near amenities and Folly Beach. There were 6 adults and we loved tha roominess of the house. Convenient to downtown as we ubered a couple of different nights to go out downtown. We would rent this place again!

Clean with lots of room and convenient location

We had a great time. The house is only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 5 minutes from Folly Beach. Jennifer and Tim were great host and checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this house.

Location and accomodations were fine. The cleaning crew needs a new training session. We felt there were a number of unacceptable conditions for the price we paid. Would expect to have our cleaning fee refunded. I have pictures and videos to document and we walked the owner through all of our concerns so this should not be a surprise to them

The house was roomy and had been cleaned well before our arrival. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Owner responded to questions or shared info in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean, well organized inside. Had a good amount of utensils for the kitchen and plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The outside could use some TLC. Could use a pressure wash on the deck area and the table and chairs. The grill was usable, but it needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay here again.

Great place very clean very quiet and close to everything deck needs to have Moore chairs and not the big table it took too much space kitchen well equipped bathrooms awesome and plenty of hot water

Had a great quick stay while we were at the Governor’s Cup Surf Contest! Place is super nice and we were able to get out to the Washout very quickly early in the morning.

From the start, this house and the host were both perfect. The host sent our details a few days in advanced so that we had plenty of time to plan our trip arrival time. The pictures do not do this house justice! The house was a perfect size for our short weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The area in general felt very safe. The weekend ended up getting rained out, but the house was stocked up with plenty of things to do to keep the kids busy. The house was close to Harris Teeter, allowing us to get groceries and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at the house. Overall, my family and I would love to stay in this house or in a home owned by this host again!

Property was great just got 80 degrees all day but it was a very hot day & mobile homes

As advertised the house provided easy access to both Charleston and olly Beach. There were several grocery stores within a short distancr. The neighborhood was quiet. We planned to grill but the propane tank was empty. We were able to easily contact the owner who offered to bring over a full tank immediately The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and well supplied. The only drawback was that the only thing available to clean floors with was a vacuum. this was nor useful for getting up sand and dust. I recommend that at least a broom be provided on site. Something like a Swiffer would have been helpful too. I do wonder if the lack was an oversight since we did find a dustpan.

The property is very comfortable with nice linens. The house is also well stocked. They even have beach chairs and an umbrella. Good location between the beach and downtown Charleston.

If you are looking to come to the beach to get drunk and be rowdy during your stay THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. This property is set in a quiet, residential neighborhood in a very serene setting. The house is very well kept up and very clean. There were so many extra little amenities that you don't always find in a rental. The kitchen is very large and well stocked, in terms of equipment, so it's perfect if you like to cook or want to cook while on vacation. There is a great second story front porch perfect for coffee or cocktails. The porch also has a large table for eating and a full sized gas grill. The location is perfect - just a few short minutes from the beach. There is a grocery store SUPER close to the neighborhood. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this property.

My daughters and I stayed here for a quick Mothers Day getaway. The house was well stocked, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the front porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location...close to the city and the quaint town of Folly Beach. The house suited our needs but was in need of a deep cleaning. The fridge was dirty and the outside areas were a little shabby.

Easy access from our house to the Folly Beach area and into Charleston itself. Great location and nice neighborhood too.

As others have stated, this property is nicer in person than the pictures do it justice. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, family room. Everything we needed was stocked. Linens are high quality. Cool, crisp a/c! And just a few minutes from Folly Beach and a stone's throw from groceries, etc. If I returned to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Property was accurately described, clean, and commensurate with the price. Local residential neighborhood where people are friendly enough but not invasive. Ten minute drive to Folly beach and 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting family on James Island. It was very spacious for our 5 adults and one infant. We were very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is very nice a quiet. We loved the master bathroom and bedroom with a king bed. It was very clean and had lots of towels. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter!

House provided a perfect thanksgiving away for our family! The location was perfect. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. In fact it is one of the best we have been too. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Smooth process

The property owner provided exceptional service during the booking process. The property was centrally located between Charleston Historic District and Folly Beach. It was an easy drive back and forth to downtown Charleston. The property was conveniently located to the beach. The house was exceptionally clean and cozy for the three of us. I would recommend that the sofa is replaced to match all the other upgrades in the home. We loved the layout of the home. It allowed us to gather to talk, eat and retreat to our own bedrooms. The property had great amenities and was extremely comfortable. It was a great pick to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday.

We were amazed at this property. Hard to believe, but the pictures online did not do this property justice. We wanted for nothing. Everything was so well stocked, all the latest modern conveniences. Your schedule was so flexible for us. Location was perfect, quiet, residential Southern charming neighborhood, close to Folly Beach, restaurants, grocery store. The home was beautiful and so tastefully decorated in Southern decor. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous getaway in Charleston. Nicely priced as well. Thank you so much!
