An amazing property with beautiful views of the ocean. The owner has thought of everything down to glad wrap and condiments. We loved staying here and found the owners extremely obliging and helpful.

What an absolutely perfect stay! The house, the location, the amenities, the homeliness! It’s the whole package! The weather quickly turned our plans to get married on the beach in front of the house however the property offered such a perfect view with a beautiful open grassed area, we were able to still make our special day work. Our family had a lovely stay with us and we all couldn’t have been happier. Kath and Luke should be so happy and proud of the home away from home they have built.

Fantastic location and a perfect place to recharge and rejuvenate!

We, (8 adults, 4 kids) found the property very good and it was ideal for relaxation, with a good beachside view and outdoor space for entertainment. The beach was nice, but the water was murky and there were excessive amounts of seaweed stranded on the beach. A major problem was that there was no WiFi at the property which became a bit of inconvenience for the kids. One of the bathroom showers was quite cramped and small and the laundry sink was clogged up.

Beautiful home. It is essentially two houses side by side. Works perfectly for a large family group with kids. It’s easy for the elders to have their own private space and then have main meals in one larger family space. Great location next to the beach. Loved it.

This property is perfectly situated looking over the beach. The stroll down to the beach was less than a 100m. Perfect for 2 families looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Our families stay was absolutely amazing. A perfect spot for the wedding party to prepare and simply walk down the stairs to a breath taking beach ceremony. A superb view from the balcony out to the ocean and a very relaxed and well appointed outdoor living area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen facilities were great. Thanks for a great stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed every waking moment. The location is fantastic, the house was clean and well equipped with plenty of room to accommodate our large group; the beach was a stones throw away, and the views and sounds of the waves crashing were so relaxing. Loved lying in the hammock watching the bird life. Divine.

Cannot fault anything about our stay. Kathy’s understanding after a hiccup (COVID) caused issues with the original booking was appreciated. All communication was 👌🏼. The house itself is…. WOW!!! The location & view was something you need to experience, the house was perfect. Clean, modern, well-stocked. The adults took advantage of the many zones to chill out and enjoy the views. The teens spent so much time enjoying the perfect beach. It was the perfect place for a family weekend together. 100% recommend.

This house is in an amazing location overlooking Peppermint Grove Beach, with the beach only a short walk down and over the dune. The beach is beautiful and great for sunning, swimming, fishing and kayaking. The house is kitted put with everything you need and more. We would certainly stay here again.

You can tell that the house is owned and lived in by a family. Every single bare necessity is provided for. Every small detail is thought of. Arriving to the property and taking in that view of the beach, is heavenly and breath taking. The house was so clean and tidy and gardens so manicured. The outdoor shower was definitely a trap with the smaller kids but an absolute luxury all the same. We spent hours at the long inside dining table playing games and doing puzzles. The hammocks were used for hours on end and the kids loved the boat out the front. Truly a memorable experience 🙂

We absolutely loved our stay, the morning walks along the beach, fishing, swimming, it was so relaxing. Kath and Luke were amazing to deal with and made the whole experience so enjoyable 😊

The hosts Kath & Luke were so accomodating and lovely. The house catered for everyone and we could do our own thing without being on top of each other. View was spectacular and access to the beach so easy. We created so many beautiful memories with our family including my sisters who I had not seen in 4 years. A magical weekend.

Perfect home away from home experience. Spacious for 2 families and best view to wake up to.

Great house and location. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only frustrations were tech related. Our kids loved playing the wii but often only one remote was usable. The TV remote (generic, not original to TV) also wasn’t workable with a lot of the DVDs - if they didn’t have auto-play it was impossible to select play. And my last little grumble - not having internet at the property was disappointing. There was a smart TV which did run movies but having to do that off mobile data was not good. A broadband connection at the property would surely be a small monthly cost for the owner which would be of great benefit for guests! Otherwise the house is really well stocked and the location is beautiful right on the beach front!
