This charming cottage is right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood one block from shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet and a great starting point to see all of the beautiful scenery and waterfalls in Highlands. Grocery store is close by and the property managers were awesome! I would definitely stay here again. So cute!

Aside from the fireplace issue and the service, the property itself is wonderful. It was just very disappointing to return at the end of the day and not have the ambiance of the fireplace. The property could be wonderful if the support staff had been attentive. We reported to the office and attempted to leave a voice mail on Alicen's cell, but the mailbox was full and would not accept a message. Alicen suggested that the info regarding the fireplace was in our check in paperwork, but the only info in the paperwork was regarding the use of the firewood in a wood burning fireplace. There was no info regarding the workings and thermostat for the gas fireplace in the cottage.

Perfect location to walk into town, adorable house in a really cute and nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well. We were close to all the happenings of downtown and close to many hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely come back!

We loved the little house! It was bright and pretty inside and close to town. We do allot of walking and loved the location.

Great rental property. Only drawback was being hassled about the garbage. We paid a paid a good amount for cleaning. Then get a list of instructions on how to clean the house. Strip the bed, wash and dry towels, etc. Did not have that much contact with your team. Only 1 phone call. The rest was done by email.

We loved the property and location. We have only one complaint. Our last night (Thursday), the neighbors had a HUGE party that lasted until 4am. It was very loud. Ironically enough upon check out, as I was checking the drawers to make sure we didn't leave anything, I found a packet of ear plugs in the nightstand. I am wondering if the partying is a regular occurrence.

The convenience of this property to town center was more than we had hoped for. Also, the property had been updated which made it appealing. My contact was Alicen. Alicen was friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Again, loved the property and hope to rent again. Just really didn't enjoy the rental process. The rental was great and everything we wanted; however, it was a difficult process renting the property. The credit card you had on file was not able to be processed. I called and spoke to someone about it and they confirmed it wasn't an issue. A week later my husband called to confirm we were all set and you had canceled the reservation. Fortunately, we called to confirm - otherwise a vacation we planned in June for December would have been ruined. You consistently got my name wrong in all communication. My name is Lauren, not Laura. I also found the multiple emails too be burdensome and confusing. So I would say this was not an issue process to book. I've had much better experiences with other companies - vrbo and airbnb.

This was the perfect spot for me and my wife. It's close to town so you can walk everywhere. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. It was just outstanding and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you like to leave the car in the driveway!

Great little house! We would definitely stay there again

This little cottage is beautiful and clean. Exactly like in the pictures! It is small but cozy. We rented it for my wedding, and my bridesmaids and I all got ready together in it. It is perfectly walking distance from the Ugly Dog Cafe, which is where we were after the wedding. Highly recommend!

Nice property. Owner never responded to a question I posed 2 months prior to rental date. Can lights didn't work in one bedroom and there was no smoke derector in that bedroom. Plenty of kitchen dishes, glasses and untensils. Comfy beds and very short walk to Ugly Dog.

This place was so darling!! We came in town for a long weekend with another couple and it was perfect. We walked everywhere. Truly perfect for 2 couples. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely to feel cozy without a bunch of clutter everywhere. The rooms were identical and we loved that they both had king beds and an ensuite bathroom. No trying to figure out which couple gets the “better room”. We enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants all weekend so we didn’t do any cooking at the house. One thing that would be really great to add would be a coat rack maybe on the wall behind the front door! The nextdoor neighbors were also really friendly and nice. They were waking their dogs and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We LOVED LOVED this adorable house. It is recently updated with very tasteful decor and has all the supplies we needed. It's location is perfection ... a quick five minute walk to downtown which was perfect for kids. We have already recommended this house to several friends and we will definitely be back! We LOVED this house! It was adorable inside, had everything we needed, and it’s proximity to downtown could not get better. Far away enough that it felt private but close enough that it only took two minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant. Very clean upon arrival. We very much enjoyed and needed the bottle of wine that was waiting on us. Super convenient to town. We will be back!!
