Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful porch area! Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved).

The online pix do not do this condo any justice! Just saying.. it was really beautiful and so comfortable. I was dreading the steps all the way to the 3rd floor (41) but it was so worth it. I would definitely stay there again! Great location, very private, very clean, exquisite!!

It was pretty dusty with nearly an inch of dust on the return vent and we had seen several roaches inside and out. We also did not have an oven for the entire week. After being told it would be fixed three different times, it never got fixed. Bryant Real Estate would only offer a $100.00 credit for the inconvenience. That barely covers one meal for a family of six. I do not recommend renting thru Bryant Real Estate. Their customers/tenants satisfaction is definitely not a priority to them. Additionally, there are 42 steps from the ground to the font door. Keep that in mind if renting.

Maintenance was called and was able to get one of the TVs working but the other TVs did not work and we had no access to wifi. There was a broken tub plunger for the guest bathroom. And a sink plunger for the kitchen sink definitely would have been helpful in doing the dishes. The cleanliness of the condo could have been better. But overall, we had a great week in a great location. Check in and checkout was very smooth!

The weather was a little chilly still but sitting out on the deck in the sun was perfect. The views are amazing and the unit was super clean (and I am one to check EVERYTHING for cleanliness). As noted in the description there is no elevator and there are 40+ steps to the condo but we survived that several times a day going out to tour the area. There are lots of areas within a short distance from the condo to eat and for entertainment. There are several grocery stores and general merchandise stores not too far away as well. If we could own a place of our own at the beach this would be the perfect one. We will definitely be visiting here again.

It is near the Carolina Beach business district with easy access to restaurants, grocery, etc. The living room and master bedroom overlook the water, with a balcony with nice deck furniture. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave as well as stove and oven. Linens were provided. We had a very comfortable stay.

Several issues with the condo including lights not working, curtain rods falling off of walls, washing machine not working, and general disrepair. In need of a deep cleaning and some serious upgrades.

Good experience but would have been better if there wasn’t an issue with the washer which led to issue with our bath towels.

But once received, the rental was great. Very clean, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Laundry worked well. Sheets and towels were wrapped in plastic so we had to put them on ourselves but it was worth the peace of mind. Balcony was incredible. Ease of boardwalk access was perfect. We saw lockers on the ground floor but weren't given any information on those. The walk up the three flights of stairs wasn't ideal but tolerable and expected. We had a maintenance person bring in a piece of artwork that they were fixing, and he called ahead of time and was very friendly and professional. 5/5, highly recommend. Great experience.

The location is great and the condo is in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach access is easy and the pool is nice. A couple of things I wish I had known before we rented this property: - This property is managed by a realty company, not the owner. As soon as we booked, everything was handled by the realty company, not VRBO. It felt a little like a bait and switch. It meant that all the information we got ahead of time was generic rental info, and not specific to this unit. When we couldn't get the wifi to work, the rental company didn't have any more information than we did. When I've rented from VRBO in the past, I've always communicated directly with the owner and could get details such as what kind of coffee filters were needed, etc. I'm also used to having some kind of welcome folder with info about the unit and the area -- there was nothing like that. - In other units I've rented, there has often been a storage closet with beach chairs and toys that we could use. There wasn't anything like that in this unit. All in all, we had a great week, but I wish I had known these things before we booked.

Property was just okay; nice view of the ocean but unfortunately it triggered my allergic asthma so i only stayed one night out of six. Had to eat the cost and move to another location for the week.

However, the main selling point of the photos and description was the panoramic beach views which do not exist. Instead, there is a large home blocking the views and looking down onto the deck and into the master bedroom.

An hour after the property was reserved I received a phone call stating that my reservation was cancelled and my money would be refunded. This was supposed to be my birthday weekend getaway but since it was last minute I could not reserve another condo. I honestly cannot say anything else about the property because I wasn’t able to stay there. This will probably not be posted either!

Got a call from realtor saying we no longer have the place available you reserved and we are 2hrs from our destination, mind you it was a 6 hr drive. Panicked and angry had a back and forth conversation with agent. Initially I was told we will refund your trip fully except the VRBO cost which is 130 dollars. I said this is unacceptable and after discussing other options we were provided with a very nice duplex which was totally great, while we were not ocean front as reserved we were very pleased with the alternative. BRYANT REALITY did a great job turning what could have been a disaster of a vacation into an awsome one. Would book with them again!!

We recently stayed at this property for my wife's birthday. The location and actual space is beautiful. Its right on the beach, great balcony, nice rooms. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any of those from 7:30am till 5:00pm because there is a house being built literally next door. Beginning at 7:30am we heard hammers, sawing, people talking and listening loudly to the radio. We could hear this from the bedrooms so we couldn't sleep in and at the time they were working on the third floor of the house so there were workers about 15 feet from our balcony so we didn't feel comfortable sitting outside with all of the noise and smells of smoking, etc. Even when they left for lunch, they left their radios on. We let the property managers know and they were responsive but did not offer to discount our stay or help resolve in any way. I work for a property management company so I completely understand when something is outside of your control, and construction of a neighboring property is certainly out of their control,. But something that is always in your control is transparency and communication. We are unhappy with our stay because no one communicated that the house next door was being built or offered to discount us or give us the option to find another property. So I would recommend this property because it is a great location, but as of Oct 2019 the site next door is a bottom up construction site, so at least during the week days, its completely unusable.
