If it wasn’t because of the bugs and the Ac in the first floor the apt would have been a success…

Great communications, great place. We had a wonderful stay.

The pool was beautiful and spacious. The weather is so hot, so the pool wasn’t refreshing. Wish chillers could be brought in! Great team! Very courteous and professional!

Great place.

Accommodation was great with large rooms and comfy beds. All set in a super American charm marina setting. The upkeep and cleanliness to the Accommodation and marina is good and with 24hr security on the electric entry and exit gates this adds to the relaxed feeling this location gives. There is no beach area to this location so this is something to consider if it's is a must for your hols. Also it is a drive to get your food and drink shopping. There is no amenities on site to buy any, not even a restaurant or cafe to buy food and drinks or a bar. There was a lot of road works being done along the stretch of road right outside the location, which is good that the upkeep outside is being done as well, but it did mean walking to local restaurants was a bit of concern, not that there is very much focus on pedestrians along the main road anyway. Take care on this. Debbie at the office was very friendly and offered help when required.

SUGGESTS: Snorkeling by Jesus, fishing, Feeding Tarpons, We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The feeling of safety, amenities, and lodging were perfect!

The property was clean and in good order. There was some wear in the rental, but you could tell it was cleaned before we came. I was happy with the property. The location was great for our needs. The grounds were great, property was perfect for our family. The extra space downstairs was just right for my mother. Average quality of cookware, dishes and utensils. Our only complaint was the garbage can in the kitchen. It was super annoying to use and the bags did NOT go in easily. A foot step for opening would be quite helpful. Everyone including our kids complained about it, we all got a chuckle out of how many comments were made. We had some noise our last night because people came in and stayed next door. I could tell they were excited and loud because of that, we needed to get up at 2 am to make our flight out and they woke me up a couple of times. Thankfully it was only one night. We enjoyed so many fun things. Aquarium Adventures, Diving History Museum, Key West, Glass Bottom Boat, Alligator Farm. Communication was quick and we had no issues when in communication with BFR.
