About as close to the beach as you can get. No boardwalk to deal with, just walk out of the elevator and around the corner is the beach. Super close to the water. Great experience

This place was the perfect location for not only a beach getaway but a private vacation with everything you could want close enough that you could still hit the hit spots of 30A or PCB. It was the most comfortable condo and everything was thought of in advance from beach items to extra fans everywhere. I couldn’t have asked for better!

Pinnacle Port is a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation,,, the beaches are the best, so easy to access , just steps away from our Condo.. C2 Building. Our condo host Lori was awesome, she was very responsive to our emails and texts.. and the condo was so comfortable and EVERYTHING we needed was provided ! We brought our own beach chairs but there were plenty available to rent. We can't say enough great things about our trip! Will definitely stay at Sunshine and Sand Condo again!

This was our second time staying in this unit! We love the beach front views, closeness to the beach, and all the amenities in the community area!
The room was exactly as described! Everything was clean and well kept! The condo even had shovels, nets, boogie boards and other sand toys that the kids enjoyed playing with at the beach!
We loved riding our bikes in the neighborhood and putting our kayaks in at the dock!
Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive anytime we had to contact her!
We would definitely recommend this unit and we will be staying here again!!

This was the prefect little spot to enjoy a week at the beach. Lori was wonderful about communicating with me as needed. The condo kitchen has all the basics for a week away from home. The beds were comfy, and 2 bathrooms was a big plus. The view of the ocean was lovely as well. We had no complaints at all!

Property was just as described and nicely appointed. Couches were comfy and the place felt welcoming! We had an awful week of weather, but with the location we were never more than 30 min from finding other activities. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location could not have been better, super close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was truly lovely with so much to do, our teens loved walking around and all the amenities (pools, tennis, basketball courts). Very walkable and safe area! The condo itself was lovely, to be able to literally walk out onto the beach was a game changer and so convenient. The view was beautiful and we loved being able to enjoy the patio. We discovered Philips inlet late in the week but it was the perfect spot for our infant to enjoy the beach without having to get in the ocean. Highly recommend to other young families. Communication with owner was seamless! We cannot recommend this spot enough and can’t wait to book again!

This was an amazing getaway for my spouse and I. The host went above and beyond even letting me know of current events around the area. The beach was spectacular. We needed a break from life and this place surpassed our needs. Clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated condo. 100% recommend!!!! Loooved this condo. So super cute. Everything was very clean and they had everything you could need in the kitchen (if you would like to cook while there)
The condo is in a PERFECT location. It is directly on the beach. It was so nice to be able to just walk up when I needed to eat a snack, grab more water, or get more sunscreen. We didn’t have to haul everything to the beach with us. Super nice!
It is away from the traffic of pcb and close enough to seaside to go to dinner and hangout there if you want to.

Absolutely stunning from every aspect. Do yourself a favor and book this place. From the host, to the accommodations, to the view, and everything in between was unbelievable. The condo was nice, however the air conditioning situation was very poor. We found out after the second night there that the whole complex had been having issues for quite some time.

Memories Made
Sunshine and Sand was a wonderful condo to call home while on our recent vacation! We have stayed in Pinnacle Port for the last 20ish years when coming to PCB and this condo had it all! The Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. FANS!! were in every room since ceiling fans aren’t an option. We brought our own since no other condo has ever had those for every room, but it wasn’t needed:) Power strips were also an added bonus since everyone has something to charge these days. The furniture was comfy and big enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The view was awesome. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful. What more can I say? Stay in Sunshine and Sand for a great location - away from the crowds - and a beautiful home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean. The condo is steps away from the beach. The view from the condo was perfect. Plenty of parking. Pinnacle Port is out of the way of the business of Panama City. There are plenty of nice restaurants close by. We look forward to staying here again.

Family vacation- best stay ever
I have been coming to Panama City beach my whole life and this is the cleanest, nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The beds were so comfy and every item we needed from pots and pans, to plenty of towels, and plenty of dishes were provided. Lori was beyond accommodating and did everything she could to make our stay easy and stress free. We will for sure stay again!

Place is perfect to the T … The only thing I could say is the inside of the shower curtain needs a new one and couches felt like they could be cleaned. All in all I hope they take this review as me looking out for them. Because regardless the Communication with the owner was on point if we needed her didn’t take her but a minute to get back with me And the place is in a great spot easy to get to the beach, pool, the playground, parking lot I mean this place is just great ! Thank you for sharing your place with us !!
