This place was great. It has plenty of room for the whole family and has a park about 100 yards from the front door. Close to the free vail shuttle.
My only negative about the property was that the main door to the property is operated by keypad with no ability to deadbolt the door once inside. There is a guy who comes to service the hot tub who has the code. He does knock, but given that it is a three story property, it is very easy to not hear the knock. This could easily lead to a situation where you came down from the third floor and found a random man walking through the living room. This should really be changed.

Perfectly located condo for all your skiing needs. Clean, well stocked and easy to get to. Would definitely rent again.

three adults and three kids went on a ski vacation for spring break. The location of this home was ideal for skiing. We were able to jump on the shuttle VERY easily and that way everyone didn't have to be on the same schedule. Home was comfortable, had great games, hot tub was great!

We had a very nice stay at this property. My husband and I stayed with our daughter (2.5). Friends were supposed to join but ended up having to cancel. The condo was very nicely appointed. It was super convenient to the shuttle into town. It was also right next to a park which made it wonderful for our daughter. Having the hot tub on the balcony out back was lovely! We would love to return.

A very well equipped and maintained property. You can tell when the owners actually use the property because it has the equipment they would want when they stay there - kitchen equipment, games, firewood, etc.
Overall, 5 stars!
One small suggestion - maybe provide guidance on how to best navigate the bus system for skiers.

This was a great location with the park and river. House was clean, had lots of games, and kid friendly items. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. It was as very clean and well kept. The beds were louder than expected when laying on them and moving around especially the queen bed.

The condo is in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the busy resort area but just a few minute drive to get to everything. It was easy to find. The stairs in the condo are a bit steep but not a problem for our family. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable!

Last minute decision to stay here for 2 nights and it was the best decision of the whole trip. Tge hot tub was the selling points for after a long day of motorcycle riding thru the passes. Very comfortable and didn't mind not having air conditioning since the nights were cool. Would for sure stay here again.

We had a great experience at the property. We had a minor issue but the management company and owner solved the issue quickly. Loved being so close to the river and trails. Great location.

Great spot for the family
This spot was great for a family stay. Each child had a bed and the family and dining room were large enough for us to gather for movies, games, and meals. The very big tv and comfy couch made movie night a family favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy-to-prepare meals. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place and great location
The condo and location are great. It is nicely furnished and comfortable. The only negative feedback is the downstairs queen mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, the place was fantastic. It is very comfortable and well equipped. You are only 10 minutes from downtown and there is a grocery less than 5.
Bottom line is I would recommend the condo to friends.

Great condo in W. Vail
This was the perfect place for our family’s summer trip. Location was perfect for so many fun outings & activities. The condo was so comfortable & easily slept our family 5. Kitchen was well-equipped & the hot tub was heaven on the back porch. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay for families with kids
This place was great! Met all our needs and then some. There were games, coloring stuff for the little one, and there was an awesome playground just down the street. Plus it was quiet at night and a good reprieve from the bustle of the village. Just what we wanted.

Nice townhome, perfect for my adult children and us. Great bedding, nice comfortable beds. Very nicely updated. Very comfortable. Check out the trail head at the end of the parking lot. Nice walk down by the stream. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean and loved the fact that the 2 bunk beds in bedroom number 3 were full size not twin, which was great for my 2 adult size sons. All appliances worked great & were also very clean. Kitchen fully equipped and super clean. Condo was decorated good and I have to say we had everything we needed and if I had any questions regarding the condo Athena got back to me immediately. Thanks Athena look forward to contacting & working with u again next year!

Nice time away
This property was in a great location and overall met all of our expectations. The only problem that we had was that there were some workers working on our unit the entire time during our stay. We would have at least liked to have a heads up about it, as it was a little annoying each morning. Other than that, the property was great!
