The Mountain View’s were incredible. The house was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was great. We had a great time!!! We had an issue but the management took care of it ASAP!!! It never interfered with our trip ! JANE WAS THE BOMB!!! Thank you !!!

Beyond fabulous place to stay! We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this place quickly was dubbed “the favorite” by all! College gals reunion and all wanted their own room, which is difficult to find. 4 spacious bedrooms and one “loft” kept all happy and comfortable! The pool and backyard area is unbelievable with great views, pool toys, grill, etc. The house was well stocked with the basics, and other guests had left things behind to “share.” Jane, the Host, was quick to respond with small requests. Would highly recommend this location—-(I hope it’s available!) as we will be back!

Our group of four adults and four kids under 10 stayed here. It was perfect for us! Very clean and well stocked. We made almost all of our meals in the well-supplies kitchen. My toddler was very appreciative of the kids books and toys. And the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

We usually go to Fl for the cool months and this year we decided to go west! The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels including pool towels and comfortable furniture. The master bed wasn’t that great but everything else made up for it! The area is close to lots of great hiking and the view out of the back is stunning. Great house for a family or group.

Did some hiking, did some sight seeing, did some golfing, did some sky watching, went to flea market. Played some cards, eat great food. Had great time.

We rented this beautiful home for family for Christmas week. There was even a small Christmas tree set up for their arrival. They absolutely loved it, and did not want to go home! They loved the pool and said the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions, and check in was a breeze.

My family gathered at this property to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. My parents live close by. The property was comfortable for 7 adults and 1 teen. Pool was clean, some basic supplies for kitchen provided. Highly recommended

Perfect spot for a family. We were able to gather everyone with plenty of room, and the main attraction was the swimming, pool and eating! The barbecue was available. Everything ran well in the home.

Very clean house, we had no issues and the owners are very nice. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room. The whole family had a blast and loved the house. Will definitely be doing this again at one of this owners locations.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023. The home and private pool are very nice. It's about a 35 minute drive from the airport, mostly interstate. Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing mountain views and peaceful sunsets. The pool is shaded in the morning and sun filled around mid-day to sunset. From check in to check out this was a great experience. We will definitely be back to this VRBO!

Our accommodations in the Gold Canyon/Phoenix residence exceeded or expectations. The house was exactly as described and represented in the photos. The condition of the house was excellent with comfortable and current furnishings and linens, clean everything, quiet inside and outside and a helpful, responsive host. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Jane was amazing & the house was too. The listing is perfectly accurate, the house is clean & well-stocked. We stayed for Christmas so there was a tree, all lit up for us - so great! The pool was fantastic, clean, and heated to the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the sunrise and sunset are great. The neighborhood is great for walking/running and trails are within two miles for hiking. Clear instructions were included for easy checkout. Thank you Jane for a great holiday family vacation!

Great location. Lots of hiking nearby. Grandkids loved the time swimming in the backyard pool. Leisurely week just enjoying a family get together. House well equipped for cooking, swimming and sleeping. Lots of room for all activities. Great stay. Highly recommend this house.

The house and neighborhood were perfect. The owner was too. But I do not recommend it for a group of teenagers. The community seemed to be 55+. We were in town for a baseball tournament.

The property was amazing. It was especially suited for our adults group with the king size beds, the TV's in each room and an additional lounging area upstairs. The Home was very well stocked with anything that you would need and impeccably clean. The owners were so communicative and easy to reach prior to our visit as we had no idea about the area for the wedding. Oh.. the pool was GREAT!

Perfect setting for a weekend getaway for us. Communication with property manager was quick and efficient- very easy. Property is very nice and the pool was a wonderful addition to end each day with. Bookmarking for future needs!

Great home for relaxing vacation!
Beautiful home in a great location. We loved the proximity to many great hiking trails in the area. The property was well maintained and included many amenities including a heated pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again for a relaxing get away!
