Had a great week at the condo. Perfect weather and everything was just right. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

This was our third or forth stay at this condo and every stay has been great.

Always very clean. Great location....quick walk to pools, beach and shops.

We had a great time at the condo. It's easy access to the beach. I would stay here again and again. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

We had 3 generations get together from 3 different states; PA, MN and NY. It was my third time staying at Sea Colony and this condo was my favorite. 3 BR and 2 BA gave all of us the privacy that we needed while we had plenty of time together in the kitchen, living room and balcony. The ground floor was a great feature which enabled us to simply walk out to the promenade and beach. There were 4 TVs which was very handy but we only used 2. Two of the TVs never got turned on even once. We spent lots of time on the balcony. On our last day we went across the street to the Freeman building and enjoyed their very clean and big exercise room, pool and hot tub. Cottage Cafe across the street was perfect the first night as we were all tired from travelling, unpacking and setting up. Keith was easy to work with and in fact his welcome letter had all the details we needed so we never had to call him for anything while we were there for 5 quick nights. I will definately return to Bethany Beach and Sea Colony as it has become one of my favorite vacation places.

The convenience of this unit cannot be understated. Walk right out to the beach, pool, outdoor relaxing. Keith was extremely responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this unit and would rent it again

We love Sea Colony and have been coming for many years. This was a great unit. The location on the first floor is very convenient to get out to the pool and the beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated and in great shape. The beds were a little soft for us but overall were comfortable enough. We really appreciated that the linen rental was included. The kitchen is well appointed and the couch in the living room is very comfortable. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out on the patio, overlooking the ocean. The condo was very nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. This was our first time staying at Sea Colony, and in addition to the beach and the pool, we enjoyed using the gym, taking Zumba classes and playing tennis. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

Third time renting this property and we love it!

We have stayed at this unit often, and it is by far the best we have ever had at Sea Colony. We have been vacationing at sea colony for the past 30+ years. The owner of this property, Keith, has always addressed any needs we have had very efficiently, there is never a worry. He is great to deal with.

I can't give this space enough praise - it's clean, it's perfected located within the Sea Colony complex, it's big enough for our family, and it's just perfect. We stayed here for the first time last year and decided to return because of how well it worked for our kids (5 & 6). This unit having it's own access to the pool/beach area just makes the whole process of getting out for the day SO much easier. Kids can go back on their own, you can literally see them get there from the beach! Keith is a responsive owner and the unit is in excellent shape. Thank you for another great vacation!

We have been staying here for the past 5 years and love. With 3 young kids, walking out to the pool and or beach is wonderful. Great place to stay!

Great place and location. No mention of a 45.00 fee we paid to the condo people. Should be added in. Otherwise place was nice and spacious for a condo

We had a great weekend exploring all the Delaware beach towns, but best part was our stay right by the ocean in a relaxing setting. Comfortable bed, lovely stocked kitchen, easy access to beach and close walk to downtown Bethany. Great experience!

The ability to walk right out to the ocean and sea the sunrise from the condo was a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday milestone! Kitchen was equipped well for cooking and the condo was spacious for 5 adults - and of most importance - the beds were all comfortable!

This condo was absolutely perfect for a group of 5 friends getting together. It was clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location. Being on the same level as the boardwalk and having direct acces through the french doors to the beach was awesome! We loved being ablento see the sunrise right from the living room. Thank you!

We love this condo! It’s our home away from home! Always clean and perfect! We’ve rented before in the summer but this was our first time renting the condo during the winter season. It was wonderful! Indoor pools were open which was wonderful for our 4 year old. We will be back again this summer and next winter!!

Although I've been to Sea Colony in the past this was my first stay at this property. Unit was clean and comfortable with updated decor and amenities. Check in was smooth and directions on use of unit were clear and concise. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at a fabulous property. The furnishings and decor are quite impressive. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed in order to prepare the meals we brought with us. Access to the beach was phenomenal. We highly recommend this property for your vacation!

A beautiful, extremely comfortable, well equipped condo! We enjoyed a brief fall visit here, and had a really wonderful time. The unit was sparkling clean, and obviously was so well cared for. We’d love to return for a summer visit, and would be thrilled to rent this unit again!
