Très bon hôtel avec un gérant aux petits soins, c’est ce qui fait vraiment la différence.

L'accueil de Rooney,qui nous a surclassées en offrant une chambre tres confortable avec balcon et eau chaude à volonté. Ses conseils pour les activités, les restaurants à fréuenter,la reservation d'un tuk tuk pour 1 journee de circuit et sa disponibilité et son sourire. L'endroit hors du bruit de la ville, la propreté des lieux. Allez y les yeux fermés!!!

It would be better if the check out timing would be 12 o'clock instead of 11.

Tout l'emplacement, les équipements de la chambre, le balcon, le confort de la literie, l'eau chaude très rare dans les hôtels à Munnar et l'extrême gentillesse du Gérant Roonie qui se met en 4 pour vous rendre service et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Great location. Owner is super friendly. Definitely choose room with balcony. Great view. Excellent size, fab hot water for shower, comfortable bed, parking, Excellent value. Nice seatng area in room, tv. Highly recommend .

If I could give an 11 for staff and cleanliness I would! Roney was the nicest, kindest most helpful host. He put so much effort into ensuring that I had the best possible stay. He had great suggestions about where to go and saved me money. The bathroom was sparkling and shiny, toilet immaculate. His family have the little shop next door, his mother works there and his brother make the chocolate they sell. His mum is lovely, very smiley. I got sick on my final night and she helped me in all sorts of ways to manage. They have a strong work ethic.

I was on my own and so the room was perfect, it might feel snug with two. Although Roney didn’t offer breakfast there are lots of eating options very nearby

The place is really nice. Close to the city center and the owner was amazing, he answered every question we asked. If you are looking for products from India. Buy it here, the cheapest place that we found. Staff is really helpful and nice. Recommended 😁
