The villa is well-equiped and spotlessly clean. Very near beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop nearby to other places on the island. The hosts (Eleni and Giannis) are what make this place really special. They are super helpful, made us cake and a BBQ, explained the bus timetable and were simply wonderful hosts. I strongly recommend and would give more stars if I could! Say a big hi to Caramelo (the dog) if you book this place! Would recommend (and already am)

Our hosts were so special and very accommodating. The feel more like friends and their hospitality was boundless. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we wanted with a great pool and I recommend you trust the hosts recommendations of where to visit or eat. Without doubt the very best holiday home we have ever stayed in. The house is large, has excellent facilities and there was nothing more we could have wanted. The pool and spa are wonderful. The most hospitable, friendly and helpful owners live on site and are very happy to share their vast knowledge of all aspects of the island. Location is quiet and the views are wonderful from the house and especally from the master bedroom and it's balcony.

Quite simply, the loveliest villa we have ever stayed in! It has everything – lots of outdoor space, a pool with gorgeous sunset views. It is spacious, comfortable and extremely well stocked. What makes it extra special are the hosts Eleni and Giannis. They could not have been more welcoming, kind and thoughtful. They arranged the taxi pick up from the port, gave us lifts to the supermarket, gifted us delicious home cooked food and provided fabulous suggestions for places to explore. They gave us our privacy while being on hand if we needed anything. I broke my ankle just before the holiday so was on crutches: they made everything as simple as possible in their friendly and easy going way. There are lots of accessible and beautiful beaches nearby. Kalouni beach is less than a ten minute walk away (for those not on crutches) with a fantastic seafood restaurant – veggie options available. Massouri beach offers an amazing, clear sea with food and drinks brought to your sunbed. And catching a ferry over to Telendos for the day is a must. Kalymnos is a beautiful island and Kantouni is a perfect base for exploring. The villa was amazing in every sense (design, space, views, facilities, location) but most of all it was made very special by the Greek hospitality of the hosts. Eleni and Giannis, who epitomize philoxenia – go on, look it up!

We thought the house was absolutely beautiful, very well equipped to a very high standard and the pool area is probably the best we’ve seen in all our travels in Greece providing lovely views out to sea. Everything was spotless on arrival and the pool was maintained daily and kept in an equally wonderful condition. We also loved the location as it provides easy access to both the places of interest on the west coast and the town/port of Pothia but without being in the hussle and bussle of either. But what makes this villa EXTRA special are the hosts, Yianni and Eleni. They are the most kind and welcoming people you could wish to meet. They are always on hand to provide help and advice whilst at the same time remaining discreet and leaving their guests to enjoy their holidays in peace, the perfect balance. They also speak perfect English making communication easy when required. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay on Kalymnos longer as we absolutely loved the authentic Greek atmosphere on the island but although we have many more adventures to places we have not yet visited in Greece planned, we know that we will certainly come back to Kalymnos one day and most of all to see Yianni and Eleni. If I would return to Kalmnos with a big group, I would definitely book Eleni's and Giannis house again! If you book their house, you are definitly making the right choice.
