My husband and I visited for two nights with our two young children and my parents. My parents took the loft, my husband and I took the small side-room in the living room and left the front (better) room to our kids, because it was closer and easier for them to get to the bathroom. Definitely loved the location of this condo. Communication with the host was easy and quick. When we first checked in, it was taking quite a while to warm the place up, so the host was quickly able to alter the settings to help get the house warmed up more quickly. The fireplace was great, too, and we loved having so many blankets available. There's very limited space to put food (one suggestion to the host might be to move the empty bottles/glasses elsewhere to free up some space for groceries) but this was a minor thing that didn't lessen our enjoyment of the house. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very good condo for a family on vacation, clean and spacious. Small but complete kitchen with lots of dishes, pots, and everything you need to cook a meal. Loved having two ovens. 😊😊

A couple hiccups which were quickly resolved by the owner. One, the TV and secondly - my failure to read the instructions on Check-in. The owner was quickly responsive.

Property was in an awesome location. Right at the Market, within walking distance to lodge/slopes. Home had most all of the staples you would need. Great Place and owner was very responsive to questions

Spent a long weekend at the property with family. Location was perfect and the was excellent for the 5 of us. Could not have asked for anything better. Planning on going back in 2023. I hope we can rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very cozy & comfortable. We had everything we needed & Philip was a great host. He always got back to us quickly when we had any questions. The condo is a short walk from the Market and the Mountain Inn, which was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again, especially since it’s dog-friendly.

The home was really great. Close to literally everything you need when going to Wintergreen. Communicating with Philip was great and easy. Just make sure you pay attention to the directions he gives you. The GPS confused some on the arrival portion, but that was mostly because we were also all arriving at night.

Really nice condo. It was just what we needed for the weekend. Definitely will rent again hopefully in the winter so we can do some skiing.

We stayed 4 nights at the property and found it to be quite comfortable. There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The property was lovely. There is a small market and a gas station very near to the property. The restaurants were also close. It is up in the mountains and the views are beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo worked very well for 4 adults and our two dogs. The whole place was spotless upon arrival and though it’s an older complex, everything seemed well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked and has new appliances. We enjoyed the small deck off the kitchen. The TV is large, with lots of channels and apps. The internet worked well, no issues for the 3 adults who were working during the day. The beds were comfortable and it’s very quiet for sleeping, as there is no one above you. The master bedroom is a loft and open to the space downstairs, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, the condo is not brand new or fancy or huge, but it is very comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The owner was instantly responsive to our questions. One of the best aspects of the condo is its location. It’s steps from the market, close to the Laurelwood pool, which we enjoyed several afternoons, and a short walk to the Mountain Inn, the slopes, and many hiking trails. The only time we moved the car was to go off mountain to visit the many breweries and wineries, and to see the sights of nearby Charlottesville. The bottom line for us was a happy stay in a nice condo for a reasonable price. We would return.

Had a very peaceful mountain getaway. The condo location was lovely and there were plenty of beautiful places to see and summer activities at Wintergreen including hiking trails, a pool and other activities in the area. My daughter and I did a horseback ride near DevilsBrewery. The condo has plenty of room for a family. The condo has its quirks (e.g., very small bedrooms except for the master bedroom that is upstairs and not enclosed). But overall a very nice place and pleasant retreat place. The owner was very kind and responsive.

Be sure to check out the newly opened Rail Trail for the 1850's 4200' train tunnel at Afton Va. If there are clear skies be sure to drive up to the Wintergreen Devil's Knob overlook to watch the stars, satellites and meteors after sunset.

My spouse, son and dog had a great stay. The condo is located in a super convenient spot that was easily accessible to all of Wintergreen Resort’s offerings. We were super comfortable and would definitely visit again.
