A wonderful place to be away from crazy life and celebrate our 40th anniversary. Enjoyed the hot tub and loft area. A little stormy for golf, but was convenient if weather was better.

Great location. Quiet, great indoor temperatures with a hot tub and roaming deer. This was our second stay at this VRBO.
We did a hike everyday and then soaked in the hot tub while reading and having a cold drink. Kitchen was well stocked. Love the two queen geds in the bedroom.

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay! Two huge bedrooms, two living areas, 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back.

The condo totally met our needs (two couples). We were there when it was very hot and had some trouble regulating the A/C so that the couple upstairs was comfortable without the people on the main level being too cold, but we managed. The deer wandering around were wonderful to see.

The listing and expectations were spot on and the iwners provided all the communication to make our arrival and stay perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Red Lodge and the nearby Beartooths are a hidden gem of Montana for sure and close to Yellowstone.

Moose Hollow is the most wonderful place-the amount of care and detail went into decorating this place and making it truly the most thoughtful and heartfelt place we stayed in. Great location to biking, hiking trails and town as well. Small little creek just out of the back door and all amenities that travelers need. Great beds too. Thank you very much. 150 % recommended

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a nice way to end and start the days when the temps were cooler. We even soaked our feet in the cool creek after a long day of hiking. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The condo was so homey, and we loved all the moose themed decor. MJ was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions and very pleasant to talk to. It was close to town, but far enough away to provide peace and relaxation. The hot tub was clean and the jets felt great on tired travelers' backs! We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in town. Thanks so much MJ for the use of your beautiful condo!

The owner from whom we rented the condo, was very helpful and friendly. The only negative remark about the stay was that there was so many notes on the owners belongings and so many belongings in the condo that we lacked space in closets, drawers, and cupboards. This is the first VRBO where we felt we were invading someone’s domain. The owner was so very accommodating in returning items left in the condo.

Grandparents (my husband and I) hosted our son and daughter-in-law and 3 little boys (ages 6, 4, and 18 months) for a getaway. The home was so great. Loft area with bedroom and bath was perfect for the family of 5 (youngest slept in a pac n play). We ate all of our meals in. We hiked, fished, played outdoor games and went to the Yellowstone Sanctuary and city park. Loved the town of Red Lodge. MJ was available though her directions made it possible that we didn’t need to contact her during our stay. Totally recommend this property!

This is a perfect property to give privacy to two different families with sleeping/bathing space for one family on each floor. MJ is a wonderful host who allows your privacy during your stay. We will stay here again if/when we return to Red Lodge.

Large bedroom with en suite downstairs and large bedroom with full bathroom upstairs, plus another downstairs bathroom, washer/dryer, hot tub, (clean and ready to use), and a creek running through the small backyard just off the patio. DJ was quick to communicate and very accommodating, the perfect hostess. On the golf course and a short drive to downtown. I recommend without reservation.

Lovely little moose village
We loved our stay at Moose hollow. It was very convenient for our purposes. We enjoyed the hot tub. MJ was so kind and helpful when some booking/reservation issues occurred. She was a great hostess 😀

Excellent accommodations!
We just spent a girl's weekend with my mom and sisters at Moose Hollow. We enjoyed staying here so much! The unit is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. We cooked most of our meals right there. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and so enjoyable. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. MJ was so easy to communicate with and so helpful and responsive. I often say I would stay in units again, but we will be staying here in the future. Red Lodge itself is a wonderful destination, but I would use Moose Hollow as a base camp for Yellowstone, Beartooth pass, Billings, skiing, and everything else this area has to offer! Thanks again MJ!

A "Moost" Stay!!
Our stay at Moose Hollow was great! MJ shines as a host. We had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with her when we showed up at exactly 3:30 and she was finishing up cleaning. The condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked with kitchen items and paper products, and decorated perfectly for this Moose lover!
My husband and I and his 93 year old mother fared well while there. His Mom is mobile and in good health but hates stairs, so she stayed downstairs and my husband and I had the upstairs to ourselves. The condo is not air conditioned, so in the above-average temperatures of this summer the upstairs was warm until up in the morning, but even this heat-sensitive person (I have MS) managed.
We highly recommend Moose Hollow for your stay. Thank you, MJ, for your exceptional hospitality!!

it was quiet at night, day traffic was a little loud. we were on trails most days so all was good. we had everything we needed. it was clean. the new air conditioning will be a great help. thanks for everything. candy

We had a great experience with our stay! Very comfortable with my grand children. No air conditioning but was still very comfortable! Wished we would have stayed longer! Very easy check in and check out! Great host!

Wonderful stay in Red Lodge
Lovely accommodations, very cozy and comfortable., clean and well stocked. Close to town, and awesome 4th of July Rodeo. No AC so loft stayed pretty warm during our stay, however, we were visiting during unusual high temperatures (80s & 90s) for Montana. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo, Quiet neighborhood
MJ has a lovely condo with everything you need to make your stay effortless. We did have an unfortunate accident happen while staying at Moose Lodge, but her communication and accommodations were perfect. You will not regret booking this cozy home.
