Cute little place, close to Sea World, Old Town, 16min uber to Gaslight, Not far from Balboa Park (zoo). Resturants,Pubs and 7-11 all within waking distance. Place has everything you need.

Perfect little bungalow for our family of 3- near everything we wanted to do and visit. Great communication with owners.

This was our 2nd stay here. The house is very small but adequate for 2 or 3 people. Only negative was lots of ants in the bathroom. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but basically OK.

My husband and I chose this place for our anniversary. We knew that Ocean Beach was right in the flight path for the San Diego airport. What the owner did not say was how extremely close the house was. We truly tried to stay, but it was too loud, jets were flying over every few minutes and the surrounding neighbors were not hospitable as well. someone kept knocking on our window. We ended up having to find lodging elsewhere. That was more quiet and private. When we addressed these issues with the owner she actually talked to me in a very condescending tone, did not believe what I was telling her and treated me as if I were a very ignorant person. Her solution to all the air traffic was to close all the windows, turn the AC unit on and the TV very loud to drown out all the noise. But truthfully, no amount of white noise would’ve drowned out the sound of the Jets, or the shaking of the home as they flew by.

We had a quick stay in San Diego and this bungalow was just right for us. Communication with the owner was fantastic!

We loved our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained and had plenty of space for our family of 4. There were a few very good restaurants just a short walk away, and Ocean Beach was a short drive. Very convenient and comfortable.

Quaint little bungalow perfect a few night stay.

It was nice for what we needed it for. The airplanes were a lot louder than expected. It was nice for 2 nights for the 3 of us. Just no where to unpack your stuff. So we had our suitcases open in the living room. Location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Location for beaches and everything that makes San Diego a great city. House was easy to access and comfortable for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. Close to all the things we had on our list. I had a couple of questions for the property owner and she exceptionally fast in her response, one of which required a repair person to be sent out. She arranged it very timely and we had the issue resolved quickly. 5 stars for her service

The place is cozy which was OK for us because we are out and about all day. Overall it was a nice place, my only critique is there are black spots (most likely mold) build up on the window blinds in the bathroom which can be easily taken care of by changing the blinds.

It was perfect for our needs. Has pote pans, pretty much anything you need to cook with during your stay. Also has a pack n play and beach sand toys for kids! Having off street parking was essential as most of the parking in this area is lining the street and packed. It is about a 20-30 min walk from ocean Beach but we drove and easily accessed parking there and other beaches nearby. You can hear the airplanes that fly over but after the first day or so we just tuned them out, it wasn't a big deal for us or our two children (1&3). Thanks so much for the stay!

It was great to be walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops and yoga studios and all of the neighbors were super friendly. Host responds very quickly and the house has all the amenities you need for a vacation at the beach. Would stay again!

The property was perfect for my two kids and myself. The location is awesome, so close to multiple beaches, the San Diego zoo, SeaWorld, the Marina and about 10 minutes from the airport.

Small well appointed house. Know it is on jet path but not bothersome for us as we’re gone most of day and airport quiet 11pm to 6 am. Sweet living area and well appointed kitchen, bath and master bedroom. A/C and fans available. Small bedroom bed needed a mattress topper for comfort. Location worked fine for us.

This property is the best of locations if you want to feel like you are a part of San Diego. Close to freeway, airport, beach, MCRD, ect. Got in on Wednesday and was able to make it to Ocean Beach and the dog park Beach before even checking into the house, 45 minutes after landing!!! Better try to make it to OB Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoon for food, produce and crafts! The neighborhood looks a little run down, but not this property. A well maintained little gem! It's not the Ritz, and could use a little interior paint touch up. Maybe a new coffee pot. And the placemats need washed. But, I was expecting a run down ramshackle and it was not at all! Dene was quick to answer any questions. The neighbors were friendly but not social. Airplane noise I didn't much notice nor freeway noise. Cute cute cute and I would 100 percent stay again. Also, for anyone coming for a boot camp graduation, this is perfect and cheaper then a hotel since you don't have to pay for parking... rent a car, go explore a little, enjoy the area. Thanks Dene

This property was awesome for me and my partner it was in a very convenient area. Everything we needed was super easy to get to and the property was very clean and cozy.

My son and family stayed and liked the place very much. Their only issue was that there was evidence of a cat in residence prior to their visit. One member of the PARTY IS VERY allergic to cat fur and dander. Please state that a cat lives there for future renters.

Arrival and check in was a breeze, the directions to find the listing were very detailed and made it easy to get back to the rental after every outting. There was a bit of humidity on Friday which was unexpected but it was nice to walk into a completely air conditioned rental, there was not one room that wasn't pleasant to be in. After unloading our supplies we realized we forgot a couple things so we popped out right before dinner. Everything you could possibly need is all within a 1-5 mile radius, so convenient and it made our stay very easy. The bed was very comfy, there were extra blankets and lots of pillows. The bathroom was clean, had lots of towels, plenty of counter space and the water pressure was great. The listing states it's close to the airport but we didn't really notice the noise. The little room in the back was great for storing all our gear out of the way, making it easy to set up for the next day, laying things out made it easier to see what was over packed. Being able to park in the driveway was great since the street parking was impacted, and we felt very safe during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We were fine enough here as a family, with kids from 2 years old to 9. It’s definitely an older place. I slept on the couch and made sure a blanket was under me since the couch cushions seemed pretty old. For families, it could use a small supply of plastic dishware. But the location did give easy access to the activities we had planned and we pretty much just used the home for sleeping, showering, and eating breakfast. It served its purpose fine. Management gave great communication and we had no problems while staying here.

This is a small but cozy place! great location to call home base while exploring San Diego. The door code was changed without our knowledge so we had to call the property manager right away, but she answered and we were in the house within 2 minutes! Would stay here again.
