Nice house, great host! There was an issue with the air conditioning on Sunday evening when we returned to the house from being out all day, and it was WARM. We contacted the owner, and he had a repairman there within a couple of hours and got it fixed... Again, on a Sunday night! We were impressed! The host is an excellent communicator. There's a brand new beach access very close to the house that's a nice walk. We loved the Tiki hut and took fun family pictures in it.

The property was perfect for our group of six. There were lots of amenities included. Our favorite was hanging out in the tiki hut. Excellent location; not far from St Augustine and very close to several beautiful sugar sand beaches. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is perfect and the pictures don't do it justice. The Tiki Hut was our favorite spot to rest each night. We had lots of space to relax. the beaches are beautiful with soft white sand. St. Augustine has lots to do. We loved our Sunset Cruise (even did it 2x). took a drive to see Manatees. Loved Lightner Museum. Benk was a perfect host.

The home was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint! Our party of 4 adults and 2 young children were very comfortable in this home. We appreciated the bed linens being provided in a neatly-folded bundle. Benk greeted us on arrival and gave us helpful information about the home and area. He even brought an additional bike. We were able to pack very light thanks to all that was included with the home. We especially enjoyed the CrockPot for easy meals that were ready after a day at the beach. This truly was the best part, being so close to beautiful Crescent Park Beach. We were in awe and visited 5 times during our stay. Parking is free and we had no trouble finding a spot even on the weekend! Back on the property, I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and tiki hut while watching the butterflies and birds that visited the landscaped yard that makes you feel tucked away from it all. We were about 25 minutes away from St. Augustine, but it is an easy drive that we made about 4 times during our stay. A Wal-Mart and a Publix are not far, either. I look forward to coming back some day.

This is a excellent house to rent for your vacation in St. Augustine. The house has all the amenities that you will need for your stay. It is like staying in your own home. All you need to bring is your clothes. I would definitely stay there again.

We were pleased with our two night stay! The property owner was awesome and answered any questions we had. Property is close to Crescent Beach Park and would recommend driving there and parking if you have small kids. The backyard play area was perfect for our three year old! We loved the privacy of the front yard as well.

We loved how accommodating this home was to our needs. There was enough room for our family to gather. Spare beds so that everyone had one. The tiki hut was awesome, as well as the hammocks to relax. Was a short walk to the beach, and a 20 min drive to the old town. Everything we needed was a short drive as well. House was very clean, and host was so informative and helpful. Loved all the binders and pamphlets to help make decisions, and let us know our way around. Definitely would stay again.

This house is a great example of what a 'home-away-from-home' should be like. Everything about the house was Outstanding. We have been to Florida at least a dozen different times in the last 30 years and this ranks #1 with us. The only thing that could possibly be improved on would be a somewhat shorter walk to the beach, but even that wasn't a problem.

We recently stayed at this property, as we are considering relocating, and wanted to spend some time checking out the area. We met Benk when we checked in, and he was very personable and helpful in answering our questions. He told us to “have fun”, and that’s exactly what we did. From the fantastic tropical-themed gazebo in the front yard, to the cool swing in the back yard, we enjoyed everything in and around the home. Many VRBO’s are stocked with spices, condiments, etc - this home had quite a few items that we were able to use, which was a big plus! The sound system was great, the washer and dryer were just perfect, and the master shower was heavenly! There is so much to see and do in this area, that we didn’t spend a ton of time at the home, but it was a wonderful place to call “home base” during our stay! Benk’s wife is an artist, and some of her work is displayed (and for sale) at the home - we thought this was a very neat touch! We highly recommend Benk and his wonderful property!

Loved everything about this location. Plenty of space for everyone, had everything available that you would need for the beach. House was so kind and clean. Check in process was so smooth, very friendly couple. We will definitely be back to this location.

Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Plenty of space for 5 people and it so happened there were 5 bikes for use. The kitchen could use at least one bigger pot and pan. Great stay

The house was spacious clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed .Benk our host was there to greet us and gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. The beach was an easy 15 minute walk. We will be back.

There were 2 parents and 5 adult aged 18-26, and we all fit in this cozy house perfectly. The big, square living room, plus huge sectional and two comfy chairs leaves enough room for everyone to enjoy. The big living room one of my favorite parts. The kitchen is beautiful and supplied with everything. But enough about the beautiful house, the backyard is so peaceful and fun. I took a nap with a margarita in my hand in the hammock. Yes, it is a neighborhood, so there are houses around you, but with the privacy plants all around, you don't even notice! The main event: the beach!! What I loved about this house is there are three beaches nearby! I did not want to lug chairs and things to the beach, so we turned right out of the neighborhood and parked at a public parking lot about 1/4 a mile away. The beach has such fine sand! Further north, across from Salt Life restaurant, by the pier, the sand is much coarser. Where this house is, the A1A is only two lanes (so less traffic and road noise), the beach is flatter (much better), as opposed to steeper by the pier which has a steep beach, and it is a delight. Yes, the water was cold in January, but the five young adults were in it for hours. Back to the house. I loved that there was plenty of room at the dining table. When houses say they sleep 8, but only have a table for 4 or 6, that annoys me. Not a problem here. The beds were comfortable, and the master sweet has a huge closet with hangers. The bathrooms are so nice! Easy to find and navigate to when first arriving! Cute neighborhood. For the price, you cannot beat this wonderful house!! Great owner too! Quick communications and nice person! I could not be happier with our stay!

Just a great stay. House is exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Our group spent much of the time at a friend's home nearby but this home has everything you need for a great vacation. Loved walking to the beach and the intercoastal! Thank you Benk for sharing your home! Hope to be back next year!!!

2nd time staying here at Benk house . Beautiful as the last time!! We took our moms here cause we enjoyed ourselves so much last time! This will be our new Saint Augustine spot.. The house was very clean, stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen necessities and some extras such as coffee. Wonderful back deck to sit and enjoy and in a great location.

We had great time! We were greeted by our friendly host as he finished up readying the house for us, and the house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for our party of 7 (3 Moms and 4 13 year old girls). I highly recommend this rental and hope to return in the future!

Very clean and comfortable cottage, spent the days on the beach and sightseeing, the evening on the cottage deck watching the birds and enjoying a glass of wine ! Perfect!!
