My family has been visiting Grand Haven for 10 years. This was our 9th Mother’s Day spent in this wonderful city. This is our favorite place that we’ve stayed in so far. It was absolutely perfect! We loved how organized and clean it was. The location is great. We even were able to use the bikes to ride around in town.

This was a great place walking distance to everything.

Great space and even better hosts. Easy walk to Grand Haven main-street or a quick drive to Hoffmaster State Park. We didn't take advantage of the bikes, but they would be a great way to get to the beach in the summer.

The condo was gorgeous, with tasteful, modern decor. Location was perfect with great access to all attractions. Overall an amazing stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were excellent, location was perfect for heading downtown. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Great trip for our anniversary!!!!

I have rented several homes through VRBO and the owners of this one may be the easiest we have ever worked with. They had everything set and ready for us to check in and be comfortable for our stay. We were even notified that we could check in early if we wanted. We were a bit intimidated by the smart home features, but seri became a useful tool when needing the weather in the mornings before adventuring for the day. Grand Haven did not disappoint either. This was our second time staying in this lovely town and highly recommend.

I rented this condo with 4 other professional women, visiting Grand Haven for a long weekend. Let me start by saying the most obvious. The condo is in a perfect location, is just as in the pictures with minor updates in decor, the decor is impeccable, and the cleanliness is next level! Everything was just as described, well stocked and has all the amenities you’ll need for most situations. As well, everything was in working order and honestly, I can’t think of anything else to add except more detailed things that sets this apart from other properties. The “smart” amenities are superb! Great addition but do make sure you’re respectful in taking advantage of the nicely bound spiral notebook the owner has laid out for you to read on how to utilize these features, especially if you aren’t familiar with them. There’s been great care taken to help navigate the home, so we made sure to use this. The booklet also helps you make best use of your time in Grand Haven with a touch of local points and tips. Additional things that are amazing: The beds and pillows are comfy, a must for me. Sheets and blankets are plush! The water has PLENTY of pressure for showers, even if 2 are taken at once! The owners are generous with providing chairs, towels, AND bikes for a beach trip that’s just a mile up the road. The owner answers questions very quickly and is quite attentive. On top of all of this, even the surrounding renters were fun to talk to! Will stay again when in Grand Haven!

Our family had a relaxing and fun filled week at this wonderful townhome! It was very welcoming and had everything we needed and more. The host was always helpful. Great experience overall!

Property was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail was so appreciated. Chargers in every room, Alexa’s for the kids to use, updates galore. Very clean, so user friendly! Garage stacked with bikes, beach gear, and other useful vacation oriented items. Beds are super comfortable, all lines pristine. Home was a 5 minute drive to the beach and 7 minute walk to downtown. Owners are very friendly! Highly recommend for any family!

This house was beautifully updated, very clean, in a quiet location, but also within walking or biking distance to all amenities of Grand Haven. It had everything we needed (and more) for a long weekend stay including bikes and beach chairs. Owner was very responsive to questions and left us all the information we would need for our stay. Highly recommend/would definitely stay here again!

Right where you want to be in downtown grand Haven walking distance to the marina, farmers market and playground and best of all all the shopping! Perfect view for the fireworks and lots of games, bikes, etc. that we utilized. Hope to come back again!

We had a great stay at Portside Quarters. The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space. Having the bikes and beach chairs was a wonderful addition making it easy for us to get to the beach and back without having to deal with the traffic. Communication was excellent and every aspect of the stay was seamless right down to QR codes making things like joining the wifi and checking the check out instructions simple and straight forward. I highly recommend staying here.

Once again…..As usual….EXCELLENT! We stayed for 13 days this time, so relaxing and peaceful. Kelly and Tom thank you for providing us with our home away from home, we absolutely love it here!!

This property exceeded any and all of our expectations! It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with items that I wouldn't expect in a rental. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we wanted to do. Communication with Tom and Kelly was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience in Grand Haven! The smart features of the home were a fun bonus. It was a perfect little getaway with my family of 7. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much again!

My second time at this property and I will come again. It is absolutely perfect. From the high end appliances, high quality comfortable beds, to the smart home technology, it is a fun place to stay. The owner has thought of every detail for a perfect vacation home. It is also in a great location with an easy walk to downtown GH or take one of the like-new condition bikes to the beach. Garage parking for your car and an additional space for a visitor takes all the parking stress away during the busy months.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a wonderful location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Grand Haven. The directions given for the house were very clear and easy to follow. The beds were super comfortable and we had every amenity that we needed. There was plenty of space for my whole family to sleep.

I highly recommend this beautiful condo. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The decor and finishes were lovely. The location was ideal. My sister-in-law and I appreciated the SMART home features, available bicycles, and beach chairs. In addition, you will not find two more gracious hosts! The owners were very responsive and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were welcomed by a fresh bouquet of flowers in honor of my 60th birthday and some fresh eggs from their hens. If you are looking for a memorable stay in Grand Haven, you will not be disappointed by choosing this amazing home and its kind and thoughtful owners.

The condo is an easy walk to the boardwalk and the downtown area. The condo is extremely clean! Very warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay (tho it wasn’t long enough) and would stay again and recommend this location to others. Only concern is parking is a little restricted however there is a nice garage to park in. Just not a lot of space if you have visitors.

This is the best VRBO I have been in and we have been in a few all over the country. The condo was spotless. Check in very easy. Enjoyed walking to waterfront and restaurants and shops. Very comfortable beds. Coffee and filters were provided. Would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being close to the playground. The property was nice. Felt new and clean. The Siri interaction throughout the home was pretty cool. My daughter LOVED the Lego set that was available.

Very clean. Super well stocked. We rode the bikes to the beach, to the pier, to restaurants, to the musical fountains. Wonderful weekend with friends for my birthday.

Portside Quarters was the perfect home to stay at while vacationing in Grand Haven. It provided everything we needed plus so many extras! The house was very clean, modern, nicely decorated and close to everything. I really enjoyed the amenities including the bicycles and Siri. Loved it!

The condo is close to everything. Lots of amenities. All supplies like paper, utensils, spices, coffee, etc. available. Smart home uses Siri for blinds, lights, etc. Owner very responsive to all emails. I would stay again!

In 10+ yrs of using VRBO, this is by far one of my top properties ever visited. The location is ideal, with only a 5-10 minute walk to the Farmer's Market, downtown and to watch the Grand Haven Fountain. Yet, far enough away there wasn't traffic or people noise. Restaurants and major grocery stores are a convenient drive away in Grand Haven. The condo was immaculately clean, had high quality linens and towels, and everything we need to cook and bake a few simple meals. Even had condiments like ketchup in the fridge, and coffee in the cabinet. We enjoyed the comfy TV area on a rainy morning, the back balcony for a cup of coffee or wine and tried out some of the board games. Communication with the owners was seamless. Only even better if was around the bedroom shades, if you like it dark to sleep (or like to sleep late on vacation!) I would suggest bringing a sleeping eye mask as the welcoming Michigan sun is very bright in the mornings! I would highly recommend this rental and 100% would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven. The condo was more stunning than pictured, very clean, full of amenities and very modern. Check in was flawless and Thomas was very prompt to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the bikes, board games, beach towels etc....The location was close to downtown, musical fountain, Grand Haven State Park, Meijer and Walmart should you need anything. This condo was just as pictured. The location to the downtown shops / beach was an easy walk or bike ride. Thomas was very responsive and the check-in process was flawless. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Lake Michigan and all of the attractions Grand Haven has to offer. This was a refreshing Summer vacation from our normal hot and sweltering Florida vacations. We loved the location, amenities and best of all, the weather!

This was our first Vrbo experience and I feel like it set the bar high - the condo was immaculate and full of anything we could have needed for our stay in Grand Haven! Great location, just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants downtown, and a short drive the other direction to stock up on groceries, etc. Would certainly consider renting again if we come back.
