House is in a nice location on land and water. Easy access to town and boat ramp. Outside space was nice for enjoying the lake at anytime of day. There was plenty of room to store boat trailer and have plenty of parking,house had plenty of space to stretch your legs.

If you are looking for a spacious home in Hot Springs area, especially if you have a boat, this could be for you! The home is clean and several updates have been made. The backyard porch area is gorgeous - air breezes nicely and minimal bugs in JULY (a welcome reprieve from Florida gnats and mosquitos) and the boat slip would make this perfect for boat owners. Loved having the option for making a pot of coffee or single Keurig. The air conditioner struggled to cool in the early evening, but eventually did its job for the morning. The hot water is VERY HOT--FYI if you have kids, you'll want to monitor the water temp for showers :). The carport/steep driveway is not conducive to full size SUVs or big trucks. We chose to park at the top of the driveway/roadway. The WIFI is a struggle so if you are planning to connect and do any work from your computer, it'll be challenging. We did pull off movie night with Netflix one night and only a handful of "buffering" issues. The hosts were very responsive when needed.

This house is so much better in person than the photos. It is so cozy and comfortable. The property is very clean and has everything you need. I even found a grapefruit spoon. The yard was plenty big for our girls to run and play and the dock and swimming cove were perfect. You could tell there was thought put into all the details. Marcia was so helpful during our stay and even had some recommendations on things to do. We left feeling rejuvenated and had a wonderful relaxing time.

Photos were true. Water beautiful! There was no no wake zone which was rough on our boat. The first day was extremely hot - over 100* & the ac couldn’t keep up, but the owners helped us out. Overall great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We brought our boat so the boat house is a big benefit. The view from the covered porch is wonderful and very relaxing.

We had a great week celebrating Thanksgiving in Hot Springs. The house was the perfect getaway for our family! We would love to stay again in the summer to take advtange of being right on the lake.

Property highlights: - Very convenient location to many Hot Springs attractions - great grocery store down the street with everything you need - We did not take advantage of this but the boat slip / dock were really nice - looks like an amazing place to enjoy the water during warmer weather. - Very smooth booking / check-in process - we had plenty of towels, stuff in the kitchen to cook with. The only thing that might be helpful is more areas to lay luggage on to unpack. Considerations: - The owner did communicate this in advance but the driveway is steep so if you have a larger vehicle, you won't be able to park it under the car port. We had an Expedition and it did not fit. Not a huge deal for us but if you require a covered space and have a larger vehicle, talk to the owner before booking - It is a little small in the bedrooms. It says it can sleep up to 6 but with 4 we were crowded.

What made the location even better was the fact that we picked THE hottest week to visit, plus our kids were battling colds. So we were able to cool off between activities and freshen up on medicines w/ plenty time to spare. The home was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I'm obsessed with the mattresses! Marcia was a dream to work with. The internet router went down and she did everything to make it right for the remainder of our stay. She was super helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. I truly hope to return in the cooler weather to continue exploring Hot Springs!!!

This house has it all! Owners are friendly and responsive and have been very thoughtful in providing comfortable beds, fluffy towels and misc little amenities. The deck is shaded with a beautiful view and nice lake breezes. We would love to stay here again!

We were all looking for a location where we could swim and relax and this lakeside getaway offered just that. We relaxed and then we went into town and drove around the park areas. All in all, it was wonderful and we will certainly look to return in the future.

Boathouse was very handy. Takes less than 10 minutes to motor from Treasure Island lauch on 270 to boathouse. Very enjoyable place to stay.

The property was very clean and just as described in the property listing. We were able to get to the downtown area in about 10 minutes. This property is situated on a nice, quiet neighborhood of established home. It was very quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for!

I was coming from Dallas, Tx and it was a nice get-away from the city for a couple of days. Sitting on the back pourch was very relaxing watching the sunset over the lake.

The house was a little tight but the views from the house were great! It was raining and was cold the whole visit but the fireplace and view of the lake made our stay warm and relaxing.
