We haves rented another unit in this complex and it was wonderful. This unit had issues with cooling. Was very hot upstairs and wasn’t well equipped with towels needed for 7 people. Also was not as clean as I would have liked. Excellent location for our trip. Communication was good from manager.

Property was in excellent proximity to the Beech Mountain slopes. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Loft bedroom is perfect for families with kids. Entry foyer has plenty of hooks for snow gear. Extra heat unit in Kitchen was perfect for cold mornings. Game area has a fun skylight “dome” in the ceiling. Flat easy parking directly in front of condo.

This is a great property! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, plenty of seating for movies - table big enough for game night! Bathrooms look newly remodeled- VERY CLEAN - I’m a stickler about bathrooms - easy to control the temps in each room, nice and close to the slopes! Entry way perfect for ski gear! We had 7 adults one night -5 the rest of the time - plenty of room for everyone. We will rent this place again for our next ski trip! Owners very helpful and easy to get ahold of when needed.

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved how close it was to the slopes and a few restaurants. The kids loved Brick Oven Pizza. We saw several deer. It was not crowded, neighbors were quiet and neighborhood was clean and safe.

Excellent - clean and inviting, worked very well for a weekend get away to Tweetsie and Boone with kids . Condo had everything needed for family/children plenty of beds, space and bathrooms too!

We loved our weekend stay at Altitude Adjustment. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer. The home was beautiful and in a fabulous location. The owner told us about local happenings around town that we enjoyed including live music and bounce houses for the kids. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. I will say with it being the end of June, we were a little warm. The air conditioner didn’t keep us quite cool enough, but we wound up being better just opening the windows and using the fans provided in each room. We’ve found in the past that most condos in the area do not have AC at all, however, so at least there were AC units available here. We really did love the condo. There is plenty of room for even a large family to stay and not be crowded. We can’t wait to come back again.

This property is perfect for groups of people coming together for a mountain getaway. The owner was so kind and thoughtful, very personable and easy to communicate with. The upper loft area has 3 twin beds perfect for kids and teens. The two private bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. (The upper loft floor has a bathroom as well). Great patio area. They even provided sleds under the porch which some people in our group utilized. We loved staying there.

The property is great! The location is a 5-minute drive or walk to the slopes. It’s close to multiple restaurants but in a nice residential setting so it’s quiet. Parking is easy. Place is well- equipped so no need to bring anything, and the layout was wonderful for our party of 5. Would suit more easily. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect for the ski resort. This property was very clean and provided everything you needed. The owners were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Daren and his wife gave us the opportunity to be with our friends and enjoy BEECH MOUNTAIN at the same time! Everything went perfect the condo was very spacious, yet very open as well. We could talk to each other anywhere even on different levels! We had everything we needed to cook and more. We definitely felt very at home here and would love to return in the future! Wonderful property. Saw deer every morning drinking coffee looking at the view! Walking distance to slopes. Had a blast! Owners gave amazing advice on eating and recreation. Went out of their way to make our trip the best! Can't wait to book again. Took boys 12 and 13 and they had a blast. Perfect setup for us!

We stayed at this property in Beech Mountain and enjoyed a beautiful white Christmas morning. The property is in excellent condition, clean and very well kept. Super close to ski area and all amenities on the mountain. The views from the back porch of the property are absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was about time that our family had a very relaxing Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we missed the snow by 2 days. The property was great and way bigger than what we needed. It was good to be able to spread out. Beech Mountain is a wonderful place even if the ski resort isn't open. Daren is a great owner who is very responsive to ay of your needs. Place was stocked with everything we needed. If we are able to get some time to go skiing we will definitely return.

This property is in the perfect spot on Beech Mountain near Freds, the slopes and restaurants. It was plenty roomy for our family including my mom, sister, two kids, and three dogs. The owners responded promptly to all our communications. The condo was clean and well-equipped for us to cook, play games, and relax. We would definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Altitude Adjustment. The condo was clean and well-appointed. There was plenty of space for all of us, including our dog. We enjoyed the fireplace in the great room and the condo was close to all the spots on Beech Mtn. Daren was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a lovely retreat in the mountains.

Amazing time, we had the opportunity to see the bears that made our morning. Big mama bear with 3 cubs .The kitchen has plenty tools to make a good meal . Thanks Daren to share your beautiful place !
