Very nice property, comfortable beds/mattresses, everything works well ( a/c great ), good condition bikes, dining area large table - great for family games, etc., Kitchen well-stocked with extras. B-B-Q above average ( fast cooking after ignition ).. Didn't use hot tub, but it's also in good condition. Ideal layout for multi-families with kids. Highly recommend - 5 stars.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms and baths provided excellent comfort and privacy for our large family. The house is well appointed. Everyone enjoyed games, view and large kitchen.

We can’t say enough about Ted and Patti’s beautiful home, and what wonderful attentive hosts they are. This house had everything our three generations of family needed - space, and privacy, and lots of room for dinners, games, and activities. Literally something for everyone - foos ball, ping pong, games and puzzles. The en suite bathrooms and king bed suites (and beds!) were great; and the cousins shared the spacious bunk bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom. It was fantastic to have SHARC passes to get our fill of fun in the sun, and was a bonus that the passes covered the pickleball courts!! It was great to have bikes that actually worked (we’ve rented some homes where they just didn’t work or were broke etc) and we loved family bike rides in the evening. The view from the deck was spectacular - lots of deer and birds and of course a river view. Saw some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen had all the extras you could hope for - and was fun to make a couple of dinners, including grilled steaks. We loved our stay and only regret we didn’t book a few more days! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing week at this beautiful home! Everything we needed was right there, including bikes and SHARC passes! Our families ages ranged from 70 to 5 and there was something for everyone! We loved the close proximity to the High Desert Museum, the Lava Caves, horseback riding, the Deschutes River float, the SHARC water park and the Sunriver Village. The home was clean, very well equipped and so comfortable for all of us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Sunriver. Hope to back someday!

The house is stunning and the host couldn't have been more accommodating

We have rented for years at Sunriver mostly winter to ski and explore local trails. This home was our favorite, great layout for large group, family with teenagers who want space, best hot tub in any house we've stayed, well stocked and highly functional kitchen for meals and shared cooking, the beds were so comfortable, the sitting area upstairs great for family games or a morning cup of coffee. We will definitely be back. This house and location were spectacular.

Ted & Patti were amazing hosts and I’m so thankful we were able to stay at this home. It was the perfect set up for our friends and family with 5 adults and 5 kids. Each of the 3 master bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, the boys and girls rooms were perfect for the kids/teens with a shared bathroom, plus two other bathrooms. The layout was family friendly and so open, plus having 2 fridges, 2 stovetops, 2 dishwashers and 3 ovens was priceless! The view was amazing and so peaceful with deer wandering around. We had the best time. The kids loved using the SHARC passes too. It was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family. The young adults had the lower level. The kitchen was large and had everything you could need for making meals. We will definitely be coming back.

The home had warmth for a comfortable stay. The view of the river bank is so serene. Plenty of space for a group of 10 to spread out in two different living rooms if needed. But we all stayed upstairs on the couch or played games in the kitchen. Having 2 fridges, a beverage fridge, plus 2 dishwashers and 3 ovens - a large groups dream! Thank you Ted and Patti for a wonderful stay!

Overall very nice property house was great large size plenty of space for our group of 10. Privacy and large driveway was great for the kids to be able to play. Would definitely stay again!!!

We had an amazing time. The home has a wonderful layout and location. So much to do for the entire family. We loved that it had 2 dishwashers and lots of plates etc. the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had.

Our annual golf vacation trip. 5 couples, with half golfing daily, and other half hiking/swimming/etc. This house was a great base. Pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of room for 10 people to spread out as needed. The 5 bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, 5-1/2 bathrooms are decent sized. Kitchen was phenomenal: 3 ovens, 2 stovetops, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots, 2 fridges (1 in garage). Fully stocked dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. The wetbar and wine fridge were appreciated and used! We sat on the covered deck and front porch regularly for coffee, happy hours, and relaxing. Used the full laundry room, which had beach towels to use at the SHARC as well as the actual SHARC passes. With the kitchen and family room being so large, we didn't use the lower den at all - except to play foosball! Ping pong in the garage was also a hit! Having recycling onsite was also appreciated. The meadow/river views were lovely with deer seen daily. Lots of mosquitos, which is standard for any place with a combo of tall grass and water. We had OFF, so we were prepared. We were able to walk out the door and be on one of the many paved walking trails. Super close to hiking. Overall, this was a great house with great communication from the owners. We will definitely keep this on the list for future vacations.

Wonderful house. Very comfortable and spacious. We had plenty of room for 10 adults. There are 5 full baths so every each couple had a bedroom and full bathroom. Great view of Deschutes River. We enjoyed all the room, the hot tub, the cruiser bikes, and the outstanding location. Could start hikes and mountain bike rides right from the neighborhood without even having to drive somewhere. Would definitely come back to Sunriver and if we had a large group of 8-10 people, would definitely rent this house again. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Nine adults and three generations gathered for a wedding at the Sunriver resort. We came for the week and perfect weather to go with the perfect location. We biked, hiked, walked, pickleballed and ping-ponged, every day. The expansive house allowed all to have space to relax and enjoy the many interesting appointments of the house itself, and the location/view of river and wildlife. If we return to Sunriver, 100% will look for this property again.

Owners were great and made sure you knew and had everything you needed to have a great stay.

This house is beautiful and has a incredible view. Loved being in Sunriver but also on the edge of nature and seeing wild animals. Amazing stay!

This property was all it was advertised to be; beautiful location, with great views and many amenities. The upstairs kitchen and family room were great places to hang out and enjoy the open layout and large picture window views. The kitchen was well appointed for family cooking. Each bedroom with it’s own bathroom was a plus! The owners are also very responsive to any inquiries/needs. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Great home for our large family. Plenty of room for all. Spent thanksgiving there and the kitchen had everything we needed including a roasting pan and 3 ovens! Would definitely come back!

Our stay was GREAT! From the communication from Ted, the accurate listing and the unbelievable home. The home is extremely spacious and easily accommodates a larger group. It was clean well cared for and just a bike ride into the resort or short drive to Bend or Mt Bachelor. If you are looking at a home in this area, reserve quickly - you will not be disappointed!

This house did not disappoint! It was nice and spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms that were nice and clean. The kitchen with two stove tops, three ovens and two dishwashers was more than adequate to meet all our needs, including all the dishware & utensils anyone would want or need. The beds were all very comfortable.

Amazing communication. Ted really cares! He absolutely wants everything to be perfect and will work hard to make it so. Property has to be one of the nicest in the area. Highly recommended.

As a family, we could not have had a better time and this house fit all our needs. This house was so amazing from location to amenities. We were already to book again in the near future.

Beautiful home in a private setting. Our family enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day weekend in Sunriver. The residence easily accommodated our group of 7 and was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Everyone enjoyed riding bikes on the trails, swimming at SHARC and brunch at the lodge. The hosts are very responsive. Hope to return again in the future.

We enjoyed 4 nights at this home and we were not ready to leave. The house itself is top notch, everything is great quality and well maintained. From the bikes to the hot tub to the well appointed gourmet kitchen and the very comfortable beds! You wont be disappointed! And so much space, it’s huge! In addition, the property is incredible - the peaceful views of the meadow and river are enjoyed through the large picture windows. We were lucky enough to get snow and literally felt like we were in a snow globe. Loved everything, including the responsive owners and the bottle of wine!
