We were able to be very comfortably and relax.

The property manager can not control this, but the neighboring villa had a large number of people in/out and were very loud in the middle of the night.

Convenient, well maintained, easy check-in and out.

The property was a great place to stay. Close to Starved Rock and downtown Utica. Accommodated a group of girls getting together comfortably! The owner was responsive and easy to work with!

The Villa was perfect for the 5 of us ladies. There was enough space that we did not run into each other. Having two full bathrooms was a bonus.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful 2 day stay! The resort offers a few things on site, and the state park and town had loads of fun things to do. The villas was sparkling clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking things we needed to make our own meals. I would suggest you arrive before dark, no streetlights made it difficult to read building numbers etc, but we figured it out. Our host responded quickly to our questions during our stay. Price point was cheaper than most hotel options for our large family, with much more included in the stay!

Place was just what we needed for the weekend. Very clean and inviting. I would suggest bringing your own toilet paper though..1 ply not so good. Overall very happy with our stay.

Justine’s villa was wonderful for our family get away. It was clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked easy to locate and perfect location for our planned activities. The kids loved the fact the wi-fi never went out. Justine made the rental process easy. I would recommend Justine’s villa to anyone.

We had a great time during our weekend near Starved Rock. We arrived late in the evening and were happy that the directions to the villa and how to access it were very clear. The villa is very spacious. While there were only five us, it would easily fit nine guests comfortably as advertised. We chose to eat our meals out during our weekend away, but there was plenty of room to accommodate guests between the table and breakfast bar. We loved getting cozy on the couch with comfy blankets while watching a movie as a family. The villa is in a great location. It’s across the street from the St. Louis Canyon parking lot and just down the street from the Starved Rock Visitor Center. It was nice to be so close for our hiking and kayak adventures. We enjoyed some delicious meals out locally. Uptown Grill in nearby Lasalle was a treat. We enjoyed dinner at Skoogs, followed by ice cream at Bruce & Ollie’s. Breakfasts at The Country House and Cindy’s on 39 hit the spot. We look forward to returning to the area and would love to stay in this villa again. Thank you for sharing your great property!

The property met was exactly what we were hoping for.

TV and Cable Box needs attention. TV aspect ratio was a problem. Not enough to spoil the weekend, but just something to be checked.

My family had an excellent experience at this beautiful villa. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for all of our hiking excursions!

Easy check in process but I would recommend checking in before night time. We had a hard time finding the unit since it was pretty dark when we arrived. The place was very spacious and nice. The water was a little cloudy so we had to bottled water to cook all of our food. The upstairs sliding door in the masters bedroom was not working. The state park was 2 minutes away from the place which made it convenient. Overall, it was a good experience and will definitely come back!

Spacious 2 bedroom close to hiking trails. Clean. Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Perfect for family hiking trip.

Villa was very nice. We had a little trouble with the code for the lock to get in, but owner was very good at helping. The stay was for 4 ladies to catch up and reboot! We played games, drank wine and slept well.

Our stay at this location was excellent! The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was very spacious and clean. It was me, my spouse and our three boys. It was more than enough room for all of us. Plenty of towels and extra linens. It is right next to the Grand Bear lodge which offers a mini golf course, restaurant, and arcade. They also have an indoor water park, but due to COVID, the water park is operating at limited capacity and only lodge guests can visit. Arcade, restaurant, and mini golf is open to the public though. Overall nice relaxing visit. Would definitely recommend.

I've stayed in the complex several times. This plans was perfect for a weekend get away. It has everything needed to make your stay comfortable.

Just spent 3 fun filled and relaxing days in this nicely appointed unit. It is literally down the street from Starved Rock State Park. We really enjoyed fishing within the park and the scenic hikes. Dined at the historic Starved Rock Lodge and Tangled Roots Restaurants. Both restaurants served up delicious meals with excellent service! This unit has everything you need to relax- 2 fireplaces that are easy to turn on and a nice sized Jacuzzi. The beds were sooo comfortable! Looking forward to returning for some winter fun!
