The room was ok- very dusty , soiled carpets and almost no water pressure at anytime. Most of the rooms at this Motel are upper rooms. There are no elevators so you must walk upstairs with your luggage .

Nice location! Bed was comfortable. Not badly priced.

They told us we got a free upgrade at their sister hotel next door. I didn't think it was anything special. Bathroom was kinda run downed and just an average room.

Room was a good size for two people. Well kept, looked like it had been painted recently. Bed was comfortable, there was a small table with 3 comfortable chairs and then a larger comfy chair in the corner. Great location we were able to walk to the center of town within 15 mins or so. The couple that owns the motel were very nice. We spoke with them several times.

I don’t care for carpet so wish they didn’t have it.

Fantastic value for money and close enough to everything in Lake George that we could park our car and walk in. A very unassuming but comfortable and clean place. We parked right in front of our room, and had comfy beds, fridge, and table. The room had a real feeling of cleanliness and being cared for.

The ONLY thing was that the coffee pot had some mildew growing in it and was a make where you can't open everything up to scrub it. I always run water through first because I brew tea, so I saw this pale mildewy stuff sloughing off into the pot---a lot of it. I had to run hot water through the machine at least five times before it ran clean. After that I was able to make tea so it didn't really affect my stay, and everything else in the room was spotless! Hopefully they deep clean or replace the coffee pots soon though. I think it might not have been noticeable if you were brewing coffee because the coffee filter would have caught it.

All of downtown Lake George was within walking distance. It made it very easy to enjoy our time there and not have to worry about traffic.

The location was good, and the room spacious. Easy parking, and the pool seemed nice, but closed. The owner was welcoming, but did not offer extra information.

The shower was very dated, and complicated, with very little water coming out. There were no extra blankets, and it was cold.

Low water pressure in toilet

The location was great. It was my first time in Lake George and there were lots of things to do around like mini golfing, boating, restaurants, and other indoor activities. Retail Stores and chain restaurants were about 10 minutes down the road which wasn’t bad. The room was super clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. I would certainly stay again!

I found it hard to find breakfast nearby while there. The water was the only other downside if you flushed or if too many faucets were running it impacted the shower

The motel is very well taken care of, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend it.
