The property is absolutely breathtaking. Very private and beautiful. The house looks over the pond and a 360 degree of pure nature. The house is stunning. For our family of 5 it was absolutely a lavish vacation house. A lot of natural light coming through every window of the house especially when you wake up in the morning. The kitchen is totally accessible for any of your cooking or baking. We did a lot of that. Coming from our small house in New York, we really felt like being in a dream castle on our winter ski vacation. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in a quiet relaxation.

Worked out great for a family holiday get-together! Well-appointed kitchen, lots of space to do puzzles, the snowy property was gorgeous.

Trying to get everyone together on thanksgiving has been a bit challenging with a new blended family. We chose to have a pre thanksgiving family destination celebration and found the most perfect place and location to do so. Becket Massachusetts a stones throw from Stockbridge. This beautiful property on many acres gave our grandchildren a place to explore. There was a pond and open beautifully maintained grassy areas to run and kick soccer ball. Cozy conversations by a well stocked wooded fireplace and a full downstairs for movies and games for our grandchildren. We all had amazing spaces. Kitchen was well equipped making all our thanksgiving dishes brought up easy to reheat cook and celebrate around a great dining table. Bathrooms updated beautifully appointed with towels and hairdryer etc. Immaculate and so inviting. The owner had contacted us prior to our visit and took time to tell us about trails nearby as well as Stockbridge. Games puzzles and even s'mores fixings were there for a family or couples to enjoy. I can't say enough about our stay except experiencing our first snow fall there. Magical and exciting to say the least!! We highly recommend this beautiful property and definitely will be back to experience in the summer! Thank you for a wonderful experience at your beautiful and loving home!

I stayed here for a week with 2 adult friends and we loved the house & yard. Having 3 bedrooms & bathrooms on 3 different floors was perfect for us. The huge, beautiful yard had fire pits set up & chairs to sit outside, and we liked the screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of equipment. I suggest putting Beech Tree Ln & Woodmere Rd into your GPS, since part of Beech Tree is closed so our GPS initially brought us to a dead end.

Great area for a long weekend with friends. The house was relaxing, very comfortable and perfect for the four of us. The property was beautiful and Chris and Jane were excellent hosts!

Chris and Jane went above and beyond to make our stay at their home a stand-out experience. We are foodies and always look for restaurants that surprise us with outstanding dishes. We were having a hard time making reservations at several restaurants . Jane and Chris immediately jumped in helping us out and made reservations at 3 different restaurants for us. They also suggested a hike which we did and loved. They were just so darn helpful with everything. This home is beautifully designed with soothing colors and textures. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen has high quality everything you would need to cook and the landscape has well thought-out plant material (being a Master Gardener I always notice the plants). The property has a pond with a pond house. My husband did yoga most mornings on the porch of this charming little house. The only slight down side would be the WiFi is kinda slow and the signal for Netflix can drop . But this beautiful retreat of a house in the forest will delight everyone!

My friends and I went away for a girls weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! The home is beautiful and the property itself was breathtaking. We didn’t have to leave the house all weekend! The pond in the yard was the best part! There was a boat we took out every day to enjoy the outdoors. It was such a relaxing weekend and a nice break from the city. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Bear Pond was incredible. The owners are wonderful hosts and make you feel so welcome. I felt as if I was staying at my favorite uncle & aunt’s home with all the personal touches for the guests. The owner gave us tips on the area and even made a gift basket for our family upon arrival. These hosts don’t skimp on making sure there are supplies to use during your stay. The kitchen is a perfect place to do meals at home. If you forgot sunscreen or extra paper towels the home is prepared. The house itself is beautiful, organized, clean and cozy. The whole property has an air of magic to it. It’s a very peaceful and safe place. Our family had a wonderful time thanks to the owners of this home and them sharing it with us all. It was such a great time together as a family in the Berkshires. Thank you!

The pictures don't do this property justice - it's even nicer than it looks! You feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere but it's still convenient to the small towns and events in the Berkshires. Beautiful landscaping and enough indoor spaces that our group could spread out or come together as we wished. I stopped to admire the Adirondack chairs placed by the pond several times a day -- although a window covering in the bedroom would have allowed me to start doing so later than sunrise! Our family made some great memories here.

My wife and I and our two young kids spent a very relaxing week here. Chris (one of the owners) was an amazing host. He reached out a week before our arrival to tell us a bit about the property and inquire as to any particular needs. When we arrived, there was a very thoughtful gift basket awaiting us, including some activities for the kids. The house (especially the kitchen) is very well stocked and thoughtfully furnished. During the day, we spent much time out in the sun room, enjoying the view of the home's large private pond. At night, we enjoyed wood fires in the grand family room (plenty of seasoned firewood graciously provided by the owners). The pond on the property is huge. The kids enjoyed hunting for tadpoles by the shore and going out in the row boat. The entire property is very private - down a long driveway at the end of a private road. Yet only a short drive from attractions in Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, etc. Communications with Chris were great. He was very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a secluded and relaxing vacation home, look no further! We look forward to staying here again one day.

Our group of six (four adults, two children) had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. There was somewhere comfortable to relax in every room. We especially enjoyed taking the boat out on the pond, sitting by the fire pit, and reading books and playing board games by the large fireplace in the family room. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we needed. The owner was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 spent a week here for a much needed change of scenery and the property did not disappoint. The house is very clean and well appointed, particularly the kitchen. The surrounding property is beautiful and we enjoyed snow-shoeing on the trails -- the winter scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. Our children enjoyed some light sledding and playing in the snow. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our pod of four relocated to the this lovely hide away in the Berkshires for a week of R & R. We hiked, cooked, ate and played lots of games before a roaring fire. Perfection!

Great quiet place to be present with friends and family. We loved that TVs were not in the first floor - where everyone gathers. Wonderfully quiet and beautifully kept landscaping was truly a joyous disconnected yet fully connecting weekend.

The home is beautiful and clean. The property is outstanding. There so many lovely places to walk, sit and read. The quiet allows listening to frogs, owls, and all kinds of birds. It's really a paradise!

My partner, children, grandchild and I had a wonderful time at Adam's place. The layout was perfect -- three adults with partners, and one with a 6-month old -- and we each had all the privacy we could want, while having plenty of spaces to be together. The fireplace in the center of the living space and visible from the dining table made the entire adventure relaxing and engaging. Moveover the physical location -- in easily walkable/hikeable woods, with plenty of privacy, with easy access to shopping and things to do in the winter -- added to the comfort, ease and fun. I can't recommend this place enough. We had a marvelous time

This is a delightful home tucked into the Berkshire woods but close to Tanglewood. Very well equipped kitchen and nice bedding and towels. There was wood supplied for the outdoor firepit and a million stars over head.

This was a perfect house for 7 good friends to cook, reminisce, and laugh. Three beautiful bathrooms were much appreciated as was the well appointed kitchen. We were thrilled to use the fireplace and relax in the cozy living room.The actual destination was Jacob’s Pillow so the 6 min drive was just perfect! We hope to be back next year.
