Thanks for a great stay. Ideal house for 8 guys and a golf trip.

House was great and mostly as advertised. The game area looked as though hadn’t been used in awhile or cleaned. Many items missing. Dust covered tables and the pool table is a piece of junk. Outdoor tv useless, main tv useless except for streaming and even then the TVs were tough to navigate, not set up to easily log into your own services. 1 or 2 cable boxes to watch sports in main room and outside would be nice. A property of that scale and for that price should have a good pool table and a way to watch sports easily. Few kitchen items missing as well but it’s been long enough since my stay that don’t remember specifically.

We enjoyed our annual trip with our five adult children and their SOs and our granddaughter. Wonderful!

Place easily accommodated all of us (10)-lots of fun things like putting green pool table and arcade-plant to book our family vacation there next year

Pictures looked amazing, we were really happy and excited to spend our Memorial Day here. Unfortunately, it was not what we expected. From the moment we walked in we know something was off, especially with Vacaystay. Dirty knife in the sink as if someone just left, dining table wiped down and it was all black, gummy bears in the carpet, bedsheets dirty. Maybe if they left the gummy bears as a welcoming gift we would’ve been more excited about it. The way of trying to fix it was to get a cleaning service to come? Isn’t the house suppose to be clean before ? As the weekend went, noticed the casita tv and light didn’t work, master bedroom fan didn’t either and nor did many outlets. Contacted vacaystay again, let me send a technician ? So what half of my trip is going to be spend with strangers coming in and out of the house ? The final straw, a sandstorm(understand weather is out of their control) occurred and made the pool and backyard unusable, we asked for a pool man and they said they are all booked, I said that’s not my problem, so they said they will get someone there. The day came and went and no pool man showed up. My wife and I stayed back as our friends went to another hotel pool just to enjoy the day, and for what ? Nothing. Tried to get at least the cleaning fee and pool fee waived from Vacaystay, their response was y ou refused service so no? I paid for a clean house, not for someone to come clean after I get there. Overall the house was great, if Vacaystay did their job as a third party and cleaned and maintained the house. Unfortunately for us, we got stuck with a huge bill and a forgettable stay.

Great spot to get together with friends for a weekend. They have a few similar places around the area (including next door) but have everything you would need. Wifi didn't work at first, had texted the property manager number and they quickly dispatched a tech.

Very nice, some minor issues, responded and fixed within minutes or as scheduled. Would use again.

Air conditioning did not work properly the 1st night. It was miserable. They did fix it the next day. Also, the hot water was not working well. There were many times when hot water was not available. Some areas outside were not cleaned well.

We went here for my wife's 40th birthday. There was 9 of us which was more than enough room to sleep and play. We enjoyed all the games and loved the pool and spa. Communication through text with the property managers was prompt and curteous. Can't wait to stay there again.

Excellent property, it was great for our big family!!

There is plenty of room and the layout is awesome. We absolutely loved the backyard. The only problem was the pool heater was accidentally left on when we checked in and it was to hot to use the first day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Roq house. It’s has a great open layout in the house with ample sleeping for large groups. There is plenty of outside activities beside swimming to keep people busy. We would definitely rent this house again.

It was great here. Enough room for entire family. Service was fast and same day when we did have an issue. Love the house and visit.

We rented this house for my mom’s 60th birthday. Although the house sleeps up to 26 people, we were only 21 and it was very comfortable to fit everybody. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool and grill area was really awesome to eat and hang out. We were lucky to have had nice weather for the weekend so we spent most of our time outside. My mom had a memorable weekend celebrating with those closest to her. Will definitely rent this property again in the future.

The home met our needs however the Neighbors next-door can call security at any time for any noise level complaint which results in a $500 fine. We had some pool games that lasted about 20 minutes one night at 8:30. Noise restrictions are Very unrealistic for a 24 bed home:(😤�

This house is huge and can keep you entertained!. It has arcade (one broken) darts,pool table,mini putt, fooseball, a nice pool and hot tub and a play area for kids. The weather we had was rainy and chilly but the pool was warm enough to still swim in which was great to keep the kids busy. If you love sun exposure all day on a sunny day the back yard only had sun from about 10am-2pm. It’s in a great location, 6 min drive to Costco and other grocery stores as well as shopping. The neighbourhood is well manicured, beautiful landscaping and feels safe as it’s gated. There is lots of sleeping options! And extra cots,playpens, high chair, car seats etc if you need them. Check in was easy as we were sent detailed instructions for door & gate codes etc. Every room had a TV although the batteries were dead in several so you would have to move the remotes around. The downfalls is when we arrived it felt as though it hadn’t been cleaned or used in a while. The walls and bathrooms needed to be scrubbed. There was no face clothes,hand towels, bath soap, etc. We found two used glasses near lawn chairs outside. There are several pieces of furniture and items that need attention to fixing as broken or nearly broken. If this property was better stocked and had access to a vacuum, newer sheets and a good clean I would give it 5 stars. Although we had these concerns, the property managers were very receptive and immediately addressed the concerns the day after check in. They provided housekeeping and extra towels soap etc.

We had a group of 27 here over Christmas and the house worked very well. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the kitchen and living areas, as well as the various patio options. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, arcade games, and mini golf, and we all appreciated WiFi that worked with plenty of people accessing it. We had a great time checking out Palm Springs with this as our home base. Our only recommendations would be to ensure there is enough bedding/extra blankets/towels for the number of guests staying. We made do, but could have used a couple spares if there had been any.
